Writing Data into Mongo DB using Mongo DB Connector

Hi All, I am using informatica 9.5.0 server and client 9.5.1 Hot fix4 (This contains Informatica Mongo DB Connector).I am able to succesfully read the data from Mongo DB collections and write them into falt files.But while writing the data into Mongo DB Collections, i am getting below error.Please help me on resolving below issue

Hi, I am facing issues while setting data type, precision, length for fields in ICT. The datatype specified for all columns is string with default length of 1000.The data I am setting is beyond this length but the issue is whenever I set the length to more than this either the application crash, connection reset or read method fail error comes. If I skip the column with large data like one below everything works fine. The issue is the string literal I want to process is too long. Please give pointers to handle this situation. Following is the error I am getting READER_1_1_1, APPSDK_Msg_1762, [INFO] Error: Error Reading the tableThe call to SetStringData failed for the column index [9] and the data [[{"value":"SD5SL9FF9ADFF8626","count":15},{"value":"SD8SL2FF6ADFF18958","count":13},{"value":"SD8SL5FF5ADFF44289","count":13},{"value":"SD9SL6FF7ADFF31619","count":13},{"value":"SD3SL1FF3ADFF51051","count":12},{"value":"SD4SL5FF10ADFF17208","count":12},{"value":"SD6SL4FF2ADFF46373","count":12},{"value":"SD0SL1FF8ADFF11838","count":11},{"value":"SD0SL2FF4ADFF38454","count":11},{"value":"SD1SL8FF10ADFF18652","count":11},{"value":"SD1SL9FF9ADFF52693","count":11},{"value":"SD3SL5FF3ADFF32863","count":11},{"value":"SD4SL9FF8ADFF22002","count":11},{"value":"SD5SL1FF8ADFF44518","count":11},{"value":"SD5SL8FF9ADFF32147","count":11},{"value":"SD6SL5FF9ADFF40479","count":11},{"value":"SD7SL10FF6ADFF48967","count":11},{"value":"SD7SL1FF7ADFF18303","count":11},{"value":"SD8SL1FF7ADFF44406","count":11},{"value":"SD9SL8FF5ADFF35124","count":11},{"value":"SD0SL10FF7ADFF45875","count":10},{"value":"SD0SL1FF8ADFF19817","count":10},{"value":"SD0SL2FF2ADFF9321","count":10},{"value":"SD0SL5FF2ADFF32929","count":10},{"value":"SD10SL4FF2ADFF25775","count":10},{"value":"SD10SL5FF2ADFF39953","count":10},{"value":"SD10SL5FF4ADFF38148","count":10},{"value":"SD10SL8FF5ADFF31078","count":10},{"value":"SD1SL4FF8ADFF6150","count":10},{"value":"SD1SL4FF9ADFF9972","count":10},{"value":"SD1SL6FF1ADFF38328","count":10},{"value":"SD2SL2FF8ADFF26256","count":10},{"value":"SD2SL4FF3ADFF19958","count":10},{"value":"SD2SL4FF8ADFF38607","count":10},{"value":"SD2SL7FF4ADFF8933","count":10},{"value":"SD3SL3FF2ADFF16050","count":10},{"value":"SD3SL4FF6ADFF18039","count":10},{"value":"SD3SL5FF5ADFF6631","count":10},{"value":"SD4SL1FF9ADFF9240","count":10},{"value":"SD5SL2FF6ADFF44536","count":10},{"value":"SD5SL4FF10ADFF44420","count":10},{"value":"SD5SL5FF3ADFF51802","count":10},{"value":"SD5SL5FF8ADFF24242","count":10},{"value":"SD6SL3FF6ADFF40333","count":10},{"value":"SD6SL7FF4ADFF7158","count":10},{"value":"SD6SL8FF6ADFF19457","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL1FF10ADFF27055","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL3FF1ADFF11396","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL3FF2ADFF33142","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL4FF9ADFF37995","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL5FF7ADFF25115","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL6FF1ADFF50091","count":10},{"value":"SD7SL6FF8ADFF13794","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL3FF6ADFF30500","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL4FF8ADFF47571","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL6FF6ADFF45041","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL7FF10ADFF39110","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL7FF4ADFF20541","count":10},{"value":"SD8SL9FF5ADFF19729","count":10},{"value":"SD0SL10FF7ADFF13980","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL10FF7ADFF9646","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL2FF3ADFF6929","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL2FF5ADFF28096","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL2FF8ADFF35707","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL3FF2ADFF31417","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL3FF5ADFF31051","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL4FF2ADFF19848","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL5FF3ADFF41630","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL5FF4ADFF44617","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL7FF4ADFF32034","count":9},{"value":"SD0SL8FF9ADFF46284","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL10FF4ADFF34379","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL2FF10ADFF27496","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL4FF9ADFF31312","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL5FF1ADFF34758","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL5FF3ADFF49223","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL8FF7ADFF31594","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL8FF9ADFF26498","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL9FF3ADFF15150","count":9},{"value":"SD10SL9FF9ADFF50612","count":9},{"value":"SD1SL1FF4ADFF24047","count":9},{"value":"SD1SL2FF6ADFF11445","count":9},{"value":"SD1SL5FF10ADFF6479","count":9},{"value":"SD1SL6FF4ADFF46760","count":9},{"value":"SD1SL8FF9ADFF48867","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL10FF4ADFF50170","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL10FF4ADFF8244","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL10FF9ADFF48392","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL2FF10ADFF41385","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL5FF9ADFF17260","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL7FF8ADFF34075","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL8FF6ADFF26537","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL8FF7ADFF29212","count":9},{"value":"SD2SL9FF7ADFF36406","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL10FF9ADFF8535","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL1FF5ADFF49281","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL1FF7ADFF19704","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL4FF5ADFF50544","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL6FF4ADFF9607","count":9},{"value":"SD3SL8FF9ADFF51773","count":9}]] because of the following error: [INFA_DATA_TRUNCATED]. Please use a shorter title in your subject line and not post the entire question in therre.  (See the subject line I created.)   There is also no such word as "datas".  Data is already plural.
    Please read http://stackoverflow.com/help/how-to-ask.  Your question is hard to read because you aren't using proper punctuation and capitalization of your sentences.  It looks like one run-on sentence.
    Beyond that, it is impossible to help you solve our problem with just your question.  Please provide some more information.  Perhaps even attach code we can look at.  Show us what the data you are sending is supposed to look like, and what it actually looks like.

    "Part then blank spaces |1211121313 then blank spaces |A"
    how can I remove these spaces between columns.I used set space 0 but not working.
    Thanks in advance.
    Your help will be appreciated.

    Hi Frank,
    I have seen your reply for SET LINE SIZE function. But, I could not be able to understand it.
    I am facing similar kind of issue in my present project.
    I am trying spool more than 50 columns from a table into flat file. Because of more column lengths in few columns, i am getting space. There are so many columns with the same issue. I want to remove that space.so that, data can fit perfectly in one line in .txt file without any wrap text.

    Hi,
    I am working on a Project where the requirement is to load data from a csv file into HANA Database.
    I am using HDBSQL, command line client on a windows machine to upload the data into HANA DB on a linux server.
    I am able to successfully use the HDBSQL to export the file.
    I have the following questions w.r.t to Bulk uploading data from CSV:
    Where should the CSV file reside? Can this be in the windows machine or is it mandatory to have in the dropbox location.
    Where should the control file reside? Can this be in the windows machine or is it mandatory to have in the dropbox location.
    Where will the error file reside in case of errors?
    I am new to this and any help is much appreicated.
    Thanks,

    We need to create the DATA,CONTROL and ERROR folders on the linux server on which HANA is installed.( or a server accessible to SAP HANA server )
    Hence we need to SFTP the file to HANA server to further load into Table.

    In order to load a collection or array of data you can use <html:select> with <html: options collection="" name=""/>
    here collection attribute refers to the Arraylist or Array of data and name is the name of the Form bean.
    Hope this helps...

  • Problem while writing data on xls file using jxl API

    Hi,
    I am getting problem while writing data on excel file using jxl api.
    When i write data on file and all handles associated to the file are closed, file size increases but when i open the file nothing is written in it and when file is closed manually from excel window, file size decreased to its original that was before writing data.
    here is code:
              FileOutputStream os = new FileOutputStream(this.dirPath + this.fileName, true);
              WritableWorkbook this.workbook = Workbook.createWorkbook(os);
    after writing data following handler are closed:
    this.os.flush();
                        this.workbook.write();
                        this.workbook.close();
                        this.os.close();
                        this.os = null;
    can any body help me.
    Thanks in advance

    Err, I did help you. I did understand your problem; and I solved it for you. What was missing was that you apparently made no effort to understand what you were being told. Or even consider it. You just argued about it, as though you were the one with the solution, instead of the one whose code didn't work.
    And the other thing that was missing was the part where you said 'thank you' to me for solving your problem. Somewhat more appropriate than biting the hand that fed you, frankly. I do this for nothing, on my own gas, and it's extremely irritating when people keep asking about problems I have already solved for them. I am entitled to discourage that. It's part of making them more efficient actually.
    But it happens often enough that it also makes me think I'm just wasting my time. Probably I am.

  • Export batch data into CSV file using SQL SP

    Hi,
    I have created WCF-Custom receive adapter to poll Sql SP (WITH xmlnamespaces(DEFAULT 'Namespace' and For XML PATH(''), Type) . Get the result properly in batch while polling and but getting error while converting into CSV by using map.
    Please can anyone give me some idea to export SQL data into CSV file using SP.

    How are you doing this.
    You would have got XML representation for the XML batch received from SQL
    You should have a flat-file schema representing the CSV file which you want to send.
    Map the received XML representation of data from SQL to flat-file schema
    have custom pipeline with flat-file assembler on the assembler stage of the send pipeline.
    In the send port use the map which convert received XML from SQL to flat file schema and use the above custom flat-file disassembler send port

  • Time Stamp problem while writing data into the excel file

    Hii, All
                  I am taking the data from the DAQ card of the TOPSCCC with the 8 ms of scanrate for each channel and there are total 16 no of Analog channels in the Card, now i am acquiring the data from the card, time stamping it and writing it into the excel file, which is tab delimited, now the problem is, the data which are in the excel file have the same timestamp for 4 to 5 continuous records, instead we want each data with the different and continuous time stamp with same difference of time stamp between two records, mean if it is difference of 8 ms then it should be the 8 ms for all, but here it is taking the differnce of 16 ms for two samples and giving same time stamp for four to five records and that shouldn't happen, here i am attaching my vi, drivers for the cards and Excel file with the data, can you please give me any suggestion how to do it?
           Please help me i require this suggestion as early as possible, i am requiring it urgently.

  • JDBC Thin driver doesn't support writing data into remote database via database link

    Dear Oracle Guru:
    Please confirm: Oracle JDBC thin driver does not support writing data to remote database via database link.
    The following errors occur when trying to write data into a remote database via database link through jdbc thin driver:
    ORA-03106: fatal two-task communication protocol error
    ORA-02063: preceding line from FDBE.PAPDSRAS1
    ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from PA
    SQL statement is a prepared statement using a SQL like: insert into mytable@pa (col1,col2) values (?,?).
    Thanks.
    null

    Thanks, Dan.
    I still think it is a driver problem, because I can do similar things in a stored procedure or in PL/SQL Developer to copy records from a local database table to a remote database table via database link (insert into mytable@pa select * from mytable). The value for distributed_transactions of our database is 10.

  • How do I put data into a template using the Labview report generation toolkit for Microsoft Office?

    I am running Lookout 5.0 and have recently purchased the Labview Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office to create reports from my Lookout logged data. Since I have never used Labview I am having my problems. I tried following the tutorials but they do not seem to be examples of what I want to do.
    I log rainfall totals (1 spreadsheet)in Lookout from 40 different sites in 5 minute increments. I copy these totals and paste them into another spreadsheet which sums them up to give me hourly totals and then paste those totals into a spreadsheet for distribution.
    In Labview I create a new report and use the distribution sheet as my template, but how do I complete
    the steps of loading the raw 5 minute data into labview and then paste it into the hourly total spreadsheet and then transfer those totals into the distribution template?
    I have been trying to figure this out for over a week, and I am getting nowhere.
    Any response would be appreciated.
    Thanks

    Lookout saves the files in .csv form which can be opened in Excel. I did make some progress by using the "append table to report" vi which allowed me to put values into an array and then those values were entered into my template on my report vi.
    Where I am stuck now is I want to be able to put values into my template from a .csv file, not from an array I have to manually put numbers in.
    Once those values are in my template I want to pull summed values from the template and place them into a final excel file for printing.
    I have attached examples of the files I am working with to help you better understand what I am trying to do.
    I hope that makes sense.

  • BCP data into a file using Runtime class

    Hi,
         I have a problem in using the Runtime class.
    I am trying to bcp a table's data into a file.I am working on a Unix environment.
    My bcp is not getting completed fully.The total records to be bcped is 1 million,but only one lakh records is getting bcped and then it hangs up..But if i issue the bcp command from my telnet session it is bcping it to the file without any problem.Can anyone help me out on how to overcome this..
    Is there anything specific with Runtime class..I am pasting the code that i tried out below.
    String l_s_bcpQuery="bcp mubstage.dbo.HousingUnitSampleMarket out /dun/d3nmb0/mariaps/subracheckprototype -c -t~ -Umariaps -Prykwz5ba -SD3NMB_MUB";
    try{
    Runtime time=Runtime.getRuntime();
    Process p=time.exec(l_s_bcpQuery);
    p.waitFor();
    System.out.println("The exit value is:"+p.exitValue());
    }catch(Exception ioe){
         ioe.printStackTrace();
         System.out.println("IOException"+ioe.getMessage());

    you might need to capture the stout & sterr from the process. see http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.1/docs/api/java/lang/Process.html, or many other similar questions on this forum.
    try this:
    try{
    Runtime time=Runtime.getRuntime();
    Process p=time.exec(l_s_bcpQuery);
    BufferedReader stout = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(p.getInputStream()));
    BufferedReader sterr = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(p.getErrorStream()));
    String out = stout.readLine();
    String err = sterr.readLine();
    while((out != null)||(err != null))
    if(out != null)
    System.out.println(out);
    if(err != null)
    System.err.println(err);
    out = stout.readLine();
    err = sterr.readLine();
    int exit_value = p.waitFor();
    System.out.println("The exit value is:"+ exit_value);
    }catch(Exception ioe){
    ioe.printStackTrace();
    System.out.println("IOException"+ioe.getMessage());
    }

    I deleted the request and want to load through process chains....... but  how to do ?????? without flat file ...can we laod using process chains?
    I appreciate any inputs.......
    Regards,
    Prasanthi.

    did you even bother looking at the links in my previous posts???
    read the docs...try yourself...if you encounter specific issues, you can post them on the forum...
    if you're really expecting somebody to post a step by step for process chain, i think you can wait a long, long time...
