Writing Tablet w/ability to POST to YouTube

Is there a TABLET I can write on and POST my notes to YouTube?  I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

My first thought was an Android powered digital camera/camcorder or phone (even an old smartphone without a data plan) with a Tripod or dock of some sort, and an actual Whiteboard. The camera on an android smartphone allows you to share to youtube with one/two button press.
There is an android app called Screencast that will let you record video of the screen of the device, but it requires the device be rooted. Rooting voids the warranty, generally, though. I didn't dig too deep, but found a few hits for screen recording without root in android. May be an option worth exploring.
As far as the smartphone camera to youtube idea, an iPhone or iPod touch should work just as well.

  • I need to change a photo into a video file in order to post on youtube. How can I do this with my mac?

I need to change a photo into a video file in order to post in youtube. How can I do this with my mac mini?

When I go to import, the choices are :
    movies
    camera archive
    imovie for IOS
    imovie for HD
It refuses to import a photo with any of these choices, which is located on the desktop or in a folder. It's a regular .jpg
There are instructions to drag it. I put it there, and it bounces right back. The photo will not stay.
I just need this one picture to go on so I can post a meditation on youtube.  It doesn't come from a camera.

  • Recording television spots for posting to youtube...

My employer wants to record and possibly post onto youtube some of the TV spots he has had. I've heard of EyeTV and some other products, but would these be optimal for taking a direct digital signal and quicking uploading the video to youtube? It said that the videos would be recorded in mpeg-2, would this be easy to put on youtube or would there be converting neccessary. If you have an answer please help--if you have used these products before it would be VERY helpful.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Posting/sharing YouTube with facebok

    Hi
Love the iPad but can't see how to post a YouTube video on to facebok. The apple site promotes this but all I can see is share that prompts to send a email link
    Please advise
    Jason

There is away... But there are a few steps.
Open the YouTube app on the iPad...
Pick the video you want to link to FaceBook...
The video will open in fullscreen. Hit the done button to collapse the video...
The from the overlaying menu pick share...
    An email will popup...
Copy the video's URL from the body of the email...
    Open FaceBook...
Tap on the box that says, "What's on you mind?"
Pick the link icon (paper with what looks like a tac in it)...
Then tap the http:// box and paste the video URL into that box.
    Hit attach then share... Done.
There a blank comment box at the top if you wish to use it. Once you have done this a few times you'll zip right through it.

  • Firefox 23.0.1 lags. YouTube plays with lag. Only happens with Firefox browser. Any solution? Ability to download from YouTube only reason keeping FFox.

Videos from the internet play with lag. Pages scroll with lag. Pointer lags only on browser. There are no pending downloads in my computer. Saw a similar problem but it is not applicable to this issue. I have deleted cookies and other stuff and the problem persists. Already using Chrome but Fire Fox ability to download YouTube videos is only reason I still keep it. Loyal to Fire Fox for many years but this is becoming a mayor issue.

In order to be able to find the correct solution to your problem, we require some more non-personal information from you. Please do the following:
*Click the Firefox button at the top left, then click the ''Help'' menu and select ''Troubleshooting Information'' from the submenu. If you don't have a Firefox button, click the Help menu at the top and select ''Troubleshooting Information'' from the menu.
Now, a new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
*At the top of the page, you should see a button that says "Copy text to clipboard". Click it.
*Now, go back to your forum post and click inside the reply box. Press Ctrl+V to paste all the information you copied into the forum post.
If you need further information about the Troubleshooting information page, please read the article [[Use the Troubleshooting Information page to help fix Firefox issues]].

  • Can't post to YouTube with PrE 4

    Hi again.
I searched on the forums and found a Photoshop Elements user who posted a similar issue. But there was no resolution so I am posting here. Thanks for your indulgence.
I tried to share my 4.5 minute NTSC DV format (720x480) video to YouTube using the 1440 x 1080 preset. It renders about 95% complete (according to the progress bar) and then I get a dialog with the following error:
"Online Services encountered an error. The service will now be terminated or paused if possible. 10: Unable to send HTTP request with ::GetLastError of 12002."
It has failed several times. I am going to quit PrE 4 and try again.
    Windows Vista Business
Lastest Windows updates, QuickTime updates, IE8 etc.
I have a YouTube account and can log in. However, I have never posted a video before.
I rendered to disc using the 320 x 240 preset but the quality is no good. Dissolves are all blocky. Am I trying do render to a res that's not possible starting from DV? Is there a way to render to those YouTube presets first to disc and then upload it to YouTube?
Sorry for my ignorance. I work in a small business and it helps to be able to ask questions of the forum. I realize some intensive googling might get the answer but I'm juggling several things at the moment.
    Thanks!
    Steve

    Thanks, Steve.
I'm getting acceptable results with a 640x480 .flv file uploaded to YouTube.
In search of better quality, I followed the FAQ suggestions for AVI -> WMV -> YouTube but run into the non-square pixel problem. What I mean is, I "shared" the video to a DV-AVI file at 720 x 480. I then chose the Windows Media DVD quality (3.0 Mbps) and exported my AVI file from Windows Movie Maker as suggested by the FAQ, again at 720 x 480 resolution.
I then uploaded to YouTube. But in viewing the file, it is apparent that the video gets uploaded at 720 x 480 with square pixels. This makes the video look squashed. I could not find anywhere in the FAQ process to resize to 640 x 480.
This square vs. non-square pixel thing has always made my head hurt but I think I am understanding this correctly. Let me know if there are any suggestions or if I am missing some setting somewhere.
    Thanks again.
    Steve

  • How can I post a Youtube link via my FB app as an embed video?

The question is in the topic title. I want to post on my wall (or on a friend wall) a YouTube link via my FB app in order to be seen directly through the standard YouTube player (as happens via PC, just to be clear). How to do that? Suggestions?

    Hello coldpatrix,
    Welcome to the forums.
There is no supported way to embed a video to Facebook® using the Facebook for BlackBerry application. The only option you have is to post the link which will then take you to YouTube to see the video.

  • Making iMovies from unencrypted DVDs to post to YouTube

My dad gave me a DVD of some live performances I have done and I want to post them on YouTube. I figured this would be easy with a Mac, but the process has proved to be extremely time consuming and so I am looking for a better way.
First I followed this Yahoo answer:
Ok, rip the DVD onto your Mac with MacTheRipper(Free)
    http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/morein...
MTR will convert the DVD into a folder onto your computer. Next, download HandBrake (free) http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/morein...
Open handbrake, locate the "Video TS" folder inside the folder that MTR created. Then, convert it into a quicktime file. From there, open iMovie and drag the QT file into the clips pane. From there, click "Share" up at top and click "Web" so you can upload it into youtube.
I successfully ripped the file using MTR. I then used Handbrake to convert the file, and this may be where I got a little lost. I converted it using the "Normal" presets, and it is an mp4. (Seems to me to be a normal quicktime file.) I then tried to drag it into iMovie, and this seemed like it was going to work - except that a six minute clip was going to take about 400 minutes to import (not even counting the time I'd already spent), so I gave up for the time being.
Basically, I'm asking - surely there is an easier, more time efficient way to make this happen. Am I creating the wrong kind of file? Any answers would be so greatly appreciated.

    Hi
DVD to iMovie: Only for legally Yours material (No bought DVDs)
I use one of two methods:
    • miniDV tape Camera connected to DVD-player. Copy to tape. Use
    • Roxio Toast™ - Can back engineer home made DVDs
Non of these methods violate copy-protected DVDs to my knowledge.
    else
    A. don't put a mini DVD into Your Mac unless it’s a trayloaded DVD burner/reader
    B. Read what Karsten collected:

DVDs are in a socalled delivery format (mpeg2), which isn't meant and
made for any processing as editing... or, as honorable forum member
QuicktimeKirk stated: I use the analogy of the old Polaroid
"instant" cameras. Push the button, wait for the print to develop and
    show it off. ..
for using the iLife apps, you have to convert'em first, in
recommended order, choose one of the following tools/workarounds:
    • DVDxDV (free trial, 25$, Pro: 90$)
    • Apple mpeg2 plugin (19$) + Streamclip (free)
    • VisualHub (23.32$)
    • Cinematize >60$
    • Mpeg2Works >25$ + Apple plug-in
    • Toast 6/7/8 allows converting to dv/insert dvd, hit apple-k
    • connect a miniDV Camcorder with analogue input to a DVD-player and transfer disk to tape/use as converter
    • Drop2DV (free) a free tool claiming to convert DVDs into dv-stream...
    • Use iSquint for your conversions : www.iSquint.org

none of these apps override copyprotection mechanisms as on commercial dvds...

Can anyone enlighten me on writing a server repost script to post data to Eloqua.

  • Trouble posting on YouTube

I'm having a lot of trouble posting my videos on YouTube. Most fail giving
    http://youtube.com/profile_videos?user=betaneptune
as the address. You go there and and get my channel with a different video showing. I tried last night and numerous times this morning to post anything and only one movie made it. Private, public -- makes no difference. On YouTube I click my name, click videos, and only that one success shows up among other movies I published days or weeks ago. I got no mail, even for the one that posted. Any ideas what could be wrong? (Yes, I waited overnight for my first recent effort and still nothing.)

Sorry, just stumbled upon the answer on a YouTube forum. It seems the iMovie '11 Share Menu method is the problem. Answer: Export, then copy and paste to YouTube uploader drop area. OK.
