Wrong acct. name

my account name is incorrect on my Itunes purchase from Nov. 2007 & due to this, I can't log in to authorize my computer to play it as I have no idea what my password is for the incorrect account name that is now over a year old. This problem just started happening when I Sync my Iphone. It won't complete the sync as it keeps saying the computer is not authorized to play a particular album & when I authorize it under my correct account name, it says it is already authorized. Then after I ok that, it goes right back to telling me that this computer is not authorized to play that particular album again. It just keeps going round & round! Any Ideas? Can Apple reset the password that is apparently locked due to my trying several times to guess the password on the incorrect account name?

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Delete and recreate your email settings.
Alternatively, use Apple's Mail for the job. It has Templates too - and more of them.

Firefox Sync
I've perform "Reset password" operation and tryed to set up Sync again - and got an error "Wrong user name or password". After resetting password once more error still remains.
This affect after I've update my Firefox to version 8.0.

Problem with the wrong host name, when accessing IR or ID

Hey all,
I am trying to accessing the IR and ID at my client however the wrong host name is being called. For instance the
URL should start nero.bcm.tmc.edu, but it is calling just nero. The basis guy here fixed a similar problem in the exchange profile for calling the Builder start page, where do we need to fix the problems for accessiing the IR and ID for the start page?

Custom Prompt sometimes shows wrong Machine Name

I set up a custom command prompt in my .bash_profile to show the machine name. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
The command:
export PS1='\[\033[0;32m\]\h \W\$ \[\033[0m\]'
Sometimes it shows
lud610wxp-sales rfreedman$
Sometimes it shows
qaimac rfreedman$
This is correct
I see the same behavior on other systems although the wrong machine name is different.

If you're on a network, the hostname for the prompt is set by performing a reverse DNS lookup of your IP address. Often an old entry will be listed in the reverse DNS table before the current one, and its name will be used instead of the correct one. You can manually edit /etc/hostconfig if this bothers you, but it generally does not affect anything because forward DNS queries will be correct.

Wrong Distinguished Name for SAP-Router

Hello Everybody,
I have a Problem about the Distinguish name of my sap router.
The Problem, when I go to sap to look for my Distinguish name and therefore to generate the saprouter certificat.
I found something totally wrong :
e.g. CN=SAProuter, OU=0000755120, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE
but it muss be like this e.g. CN=Routi, OU=0003380660, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE
How can I change this, I don't want to start my saprouter with the wrong Distinguish name.

Wrong class name inside class file

Hi@all!
I wrote a normal applet, and there are no compiling errors.
But if I try to run it in my netscape 4.77 following exception occurs:

I'm not sure but here's a couple ideas. If the class is a public class, then the name of the .class file and the class must be identical and remember that java is case sensitive. Second thought is a class that is defined to be part of a package must reside in a directory that matches the package name.
If you post more info, you might get a better answer.

Wrong sender name

When I use my computer or iphone to send emails with Icloud the wrong sender-name (The one next to the email adress) appers. I've changed my account name but it dosen't apply to Icloud. What should I do?

Wrong user name in network printer

A network printer keeps asking me for authorization because the wrong user name is listed. Where can I erase or change the default username/password for this printer? I can't find it anywhere.

A number of office copier/printers offer a job accounting facility for controlling usage to the printer, especially if it offers colour printing. To work with this facility, the driver should have a section where you can enter the appropriate details.
We have Canon MFD's and we use the job accounting feature in these copiers for printing and copying (so that we can charge clients). With the Canon drivers (PS and UFR2) there is a menu item called Special Features. Here there is a tab that lets you enter the id/pwd when you print.
Depending on your brand/model, you may find a similar setting. Note that you will have to use the vendor's driver. Generic drivers or the Gutenprint drivers included with Leopard do not provide such as facility.

Delete command in SQLPLUS by use wrong column name command

Assume I have three table T1,T2 and T3 shown as follow...

if I want to delete account in T1 that deleted account is in T2.
I must use query1 , it will work

delete from T1 where cusid in (select ref_cusid from T2);
but if i type wrong by this command
query2::>
delete from T1 where cusid in (select cusid from T2);
in query 2,it should be have warning message because field cusid is not in T2.Right ? But it will delete all account in table T1.
compare query2 with query 3,
query3::>
delete from T1 where cusid in (select field_test from T2);
it will show warning message like 'ORA-00904: "FIELD_TEST": invalid identifier'
I noticed that in query2 and query3 , Different Thing is query 2 wrong column name in T2 has same name as column in T1. I wonder why it is.

I doubt very much if this is really what you did:
sql>desc T2;
ref_cusid number
sql>select * from T2

1) 103The desc command shows a column name ref_cusid. The select command shows a column title cusid, not ref_cusid.
You start by saying that you have 3 tables, without doing anything with T3. Are you sure you you haven't mixed up a copy and paste somewhere?

Mac Mail Wrong Display Name

My Mac mail app for my icloud account has the wrong display name for the account. About three years ago, I bought my mac on the company credit card, and had to use our accounting director's name for the billing address. (We'll call him Richard Nicks). Three years later, I open Mac mail and HIS name is the display name for my icloud email!
Of course it's grayed out, so I have to change it in the icloud account. But when I go log into icloud, his name does not show up anywhere. I've confirmed the email addresses are all the same so I know I don't have multiple accounts or anything. I've closed mail, resynchronized it, rebuilt the database, no joy. Where in the world is it getting his name from and how can I change that?

In Account Preferences, the name and email address are grayed out so I cannot change those.
I looked in my contacts, go under All iCloud, and there's only one contact. The picture is of a piano that says Me, so I assume that is my Me card. This has my correct name.
Interesting to note, when I send an email from iCloud on my iPhone, it comes across with the correct display name.
I'm at a loss on where else to check. Thanks for the help!

Mail.app Is Showing Wrong "From" Name

I'm having a heck of a time with Mail.app.
The latest bug is that in the list of incoming mail, it occasionally shows the wrong From name. When I open it up, it shows the correct name.
Any ideas?
And I still can't get it to send mail from the proper email address. I has one it likes, and will not deviate.

Quit Mail. Force quit if necessary.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
~/Library/Mail/V2/MailData
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
          Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar. Paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
A folder window will open. Inside it there should be files with names as follows:
          Envelope Index
          ExternalUpdates.storedata
Move those files to the Desktop, leaving the window open. Other files in the folder may have longer names that begin as above. Move those files, if any, to the Trash.
Relaunch Mail. It should prompt you to re-import your messages. You may get a warning that the index is damaged and that Mail has to quit. Click OK. Typically, the process takes a few minutes, but it may take hours if you have gigantic mailboxes. In that case, you may be able to speed things up by temporarily adding your home folder to the Privacy list in the Spotlight preference pane. Remove it when Mail has finished importing.
Test. If Mail now works as expected, you can delete the files you moved to the Desktop. Otherwise, post your results.

Awrrpt gives wrong tablespace names (old names of renamed tablespaces)

I found a strange thing running some awr reports:
I'm running a 10.2.0.1.0 db on a 32 bit Win cluster.
I rebuilt some tablespaces to switch to automatic extents management, and I renamed tablespaces to a new name. Everything works fine, but awrrpt shows the wrong (old) names.
Basically, here's what I did:
--create new tablespaces
CREATE TABLESPACE TS1_NEW ...
CREATE TABLESPACE TS2_NEW ...
--move tables from TS1 to TS1_NEW
ALTER TABLE T MOVE TABLESPACE TS1_NEW...
--move indexes from TS1 to TS1_NEW
ALTER INDEX I REBUILD TABLESPACE TS2_NEW...
--restore default names
DROP TABLESPACE TS1...
DROP TABLESPACE TS2...
ALTER TABLESPACE TS1_NEW RENAME TO TS1
ALTER TABLESPACE TS2_NEW RENAME TO TS2
now, dba_tablespaces and v$tablespace show the right names ( TS1 and TS2 ), but if I run awrrpt.sql and look at the section "IO Stats"."Tablespace IO Stats" I found statistics for tablespaces TS1_NEW and TS2_NEW, and I don't find anything for tablespaces TS! and TS2!
Obviously the time interval of the report is not the problem: I finished to build the new tablespaces at 7pm of 13th december and I run the awrrpt between 14-Dec-07 13:01:03 and 14-Dec-07 14:00:20... and the database has also been restarted many times (to try failover / failback) after the drop and rename operations.
So my question is: where does awrrpt find the (wrong) names of the tablespaces?
Am I going into troubles?

Check out Metalink Note:343795.1, does it apply?No: I got no errors in alert.log and statistics made by awrrpt looks corrrect (or at least reasonable).
I only got the wrong (old) tablespace name.

Gl acct name needed in reports

Hi ALL,
i am unable to see the GL Acct name in the reports.
In Reports i need to display G/L A/c number and its name in seperate coloumn.
G/L acct number s are starts from 1, 2 , 3 , 4.
i hav uploaded masterdata only for g/l acct attr's for 3, 4.
Do i need to upload master data for all the g/l accts ?
Cant we upload master data only for specific GL Accts..

i have uploaded GL acct master data attr's succesfully. when i see the master data , g/l acct names are not showing to me .
