Wrong apple ID email stuck on my iphone so can't sync to PC: How do I fix?
Hi- I've 2 iphones- one is UK registered and one Irish. There are 2 separate apple IDs and 2 geographically different payment accounts. BUT my iphone 4 when it copied the phone directory from my Irish iphone 3 also has the ID code stuck into its memory. It will not sync with the UK iphones account and keeps saying the password doesn't match!!
It isn't the password it's the apple ID in the phone that is wrong but I don't know how to access the ID on the phone to fix it
How do I do this please?
Settings > Store > tap ID > sign out > sign in with new ID
Remember that you won't be able to sync or update any apps or media purchased under your old iTunes account. There's no way to merge iTunes accounts.

Was this a text message, or did you get redirected to that site in Safari? If the latter, that app probably did it, and that should be reported to Apple. I can't imagine how such a scam wouldn't be a violation of the App Store rules. (You can report a problem with an app in the purchase history on a computer in iTunes, though the interface for doing so is quite bad. I'm not sure what you would do if you don't have iTunes on a computer.)
If it was a text message, be sure to block the sender in Settings -> Messages -> Blocked. -
i have changed the apple ID (email) but on my iphone , the icloud is stil asking me to log in whit the old email.And it is poping-up on every 10 seconds.I never used icloud, and i dont want to use it.I just dont know how to disable the icloud.
If you see that pop up you enabled icloud. Whether you want or do not want now to use it irrelevant until you actually disable activation lock.
In order to do that you have to change your apple id back to do that just long enough to sign in and back out. System will ask you to verify, don't.
Just sign in on the prompt you getting and then logout. Once done, change apple id to what you have now and verify. Then decide if you want to
use icloud (who does not want to be able to track their phone if lost or stolen). -

Settings > iTunes and App Store > Apple ID = Sign Out... Then Sign In using the preferred Apple ID.
It should be Noted that anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID -

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like iOS device's are not appearing in iTunes. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Hey I bought an iPhone off gumtree and everything was well. But then I tried to set it up and it asked for the apple if of the previous owner and so I asked him for it his Apple ID but refused to tell me so I can not use the phone. how do I fix this?

A new Apple ID represents a new user, and cannot do anything with data from another user.

Can I use Google Sync to transfer only my contacts from my IPhone 4 to my gmail account? I do not want to sync info from Gmail to the IPhone. Can the sync work only one-way? You do realize that the SIM only contains account information for your wireless account.
Moving the SIM from phone to phone does not cause any of your iTunes content, contacts, email, etc to magically appear on the device. -
I have a new Macbook pro. I downloaded all previous Itunes purchases and then sync my IPhone. The New songs that I purchased today appear on the IPhone however it will not play. How do I fix the issue with my IPhone?

I'd start off your troubleshooting process by deleting and redownloading the songs:
If iTunes in the Cloud is available in your country, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
Delete the purchased song that is exhibiting the problem from your iTunes library.
Click on the Purchased link in the iTunes Store to view your previously purchased music.
Download your previously purchased song from this list.

Only my email will not rotate, all other applications rotate as expected. How do I fix this? This is a recent development for no apparent reason, my email appears to be locked from rotating, all other aspects of my email still work.
Quit the mail app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
It that doesn't work - try this .... Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. -

Didn't the link to contact the iTunes Store staff in the 'Additional Information' section of that article work for you? If you don't already have a valid rescue email address, only Apple itself can reset the questions.
