Wrong booking

Hi All,
Here a problem related to SD-FI.
A Billing document generates wrong booking. Instead of account 'X' ( just example), the booking is happening in some other account "Y'.
This account assignment is should done by FI team right?
Where to do these and how to solve this wrong booking?

A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

The most comprehensive delete method I know about is to delete the book from iTunes on the computer you sync your iPad with. You'll be asked if you're sure, and it will be deleted from your iPad and any other i-Device you sync to.
I think that's the best you can do.

iBooks wrongly solt me the wrong book, it looks like the correct book in my library but when I read it it's about some 'cory' bloke going to a physiatrist hospital, not Katie Price, :-/ how do I sort it out? Can't email apple or anything, drives me mad!! was really looking forward to reading it too as I have just finished reading her third autobiography 'Pushed to the Limit'. It's really got my back up that they have charged me £4.99, for the wrong book, it's not a lot of money but that isn't the point, it is when your paying for something you don't even want. Grrrr really got my back up!

Is it a book that you've bought or is it only a pre-order ? If pre-ordered then you can cancel the pre-order : iTunes Store: About pre-orders (you aren't charged for pre-orders until they are released, so there shouldn't be anything to refund)

Nano 1G Plays Wrong Books? (Again)

I love this Nano so I'm stickin' with it. It had this same problem a few years ago and luckily, I accidentally ran over its predecessor "fixing" the problem forever. I bought a second 1G, 2GB model and it's been working fine but has now developed the same problem.
I keep two or three audio books on the Nano and for no apparent reason, suddenly when I select (say) "Glass Castle" book, it shows the cover art for the "Steve Martin" book and plays that book instead. There are five books sitting in the Audiobook section of this Nano. and now, when any one is selected, another one pops up and that one plays.
If I click around the Audiobooks on the Nano, I will serendipitously find the one I am looking for hiding behind the wrong Title line in the Audiobooks stack.
I have rebooted it and dragged all the books into the trash and reloaded them from my Library but the same thing happens.
If I just insert a single book onto the Nano, it works fine but the minute I add a second or more, the swap-meet starts and I need to stop and start one at a time until I find the book I'm trying to play.
There was no fix for this when calling Apple a few years ago.
I'm trying desperately to keep this Nano because the new recall replacement is so tiny that I cannot operate it with my big and arthritic fingers.
Any thoughts or recollections of past solutions would be dearly appreciated.

The "stacks" I referred to was my term referencing the long lists of podcasts from which I pull items into the Nano. Usually I "synch" and just take the three most recent. But, occasionally, I drag and drop from an older section and that's where the system seems to get out of hand for my understanding of what follows. It works fine for me. Using the automatic synching gets to be so unreliable with regards to the actual content I acquired, that the manual way seems simpler for me.
I seem to have a conceptual problem with the playlist system. (I think it's a left-over fragment of A.D.D. plus a dash of dyslexia).
For me the synching doesn't seem to be the issue because I'm dragging and dropping everything in by hand and then allowing the manual synch to eliminate the listened-to stuff and refilling the podcast categories in my list with the three most recent items. (My hair is starting to hurt. ;-)
You seem to better understand the things that cause problems but troubleshooting using a whole new system is scary for me.
I admit that I feel incapable of trusting the playlist approach because I just don't understand the architecture well enough to trust what I am doing and fear risking my 60+ carefully selected podcasts. (I need the podcasts to get through my 2.5 hours of twice-weekly gym routines to keep healthy enough get to my 78th birthday). So, I don't want to risk jumping into a possibly empty swimming pool wearing a bathing suit with no heavy padding.
Again, many thanks fir your patient and expert help. I'll just continue to play "Whack-A-Mole" with the books until I get a big enough royalty check in to pay for a new logic board or buy a super clean eBay unit.

HT1689 what if I download the wrong book

I downloaded a book instead of an audio book to ITunes on my computer by mistake, how do I reverse the transaction or exchange the 2 books or get a store credit for the amount paid?
I can't even view the book in ITunes on my computer - I assume because I have an IPod touch.
This process should be simple - what's the problem?

All sales are final. You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.
Ibooks can be read only on ipod touch/iphone/ipad.
