Wrong (defunct) Spotify account received subscription payment

Used to have a FB linked spotify account - deactivated that link and opened spotify under another email. Premium member.  I went to update my card for payment (had expired) and noticed only after entering and submitting payment info, spotify (on computer) had defaulted back to FB account (which I don't use and don't want).  Can you please deactivate spotify [Mod edit-email] and apply the payment just made to the [Mod edit-email] account?
the user id for the pfizer-connected account is kathleen.turnbull
the user id for gmail/FB/defunct account is supposed to be the full email.but spotify takes the shorter version.
Drives me nuts how spotify continues to default to wrong account, evern when I enter the correct user id.  Keeps trying to force FB link.  Worst thing about spotify.  Need to avoid paying twice.

Hey there. No worries, I'd recommend we remove your old FB-created account so this won't happen again.
Please contact our team and confirm the old email address and your new username, along with the last 4 digits of the card used to subscribe for security reasons. They'll help remove it and refund the payment - and can also transfer your playlists so no music is lost. If you log in with your username and not email address it won't happen again. You can always choose to connect (and disconnect) this account with Facebook at any point from Spotify's Preferences.

    you can show as an advance with sp.gl for it or you can enter credit memo debiting bank clg a/c and crediting customer and later on selecting the credit memo for account settlement against the invoice in F-32.

    I can see in your account that your payment has been delivered successfully.  The monthly minute limit of your subscription however, will reset on the date when it was initially activated. Due to the time it can take for some transactions to be processed, we charge you three days in advance to ensure prompt delivery of your subscription.   • EBS upload wrong G/L account determination for incoming payments

    I´ve got problem with G/L account assignment in EBS upload.
    Client has 3 company codes 6250, 6251 and 6300. For each CC several bank accounts.
    Company codeHouse banks and Bank acccount ID is 1:1, one house bank - one bank account ID.
    House banks have the same names in company codes, also the Bbank Account IDs are the same in CC.
    CC 6300 has G/L accounts for bank settlements:
    Main:       13102211
    Incoming: 13106271
    Outgoing: 13106272
    Account symbol mask is +++++6+1 for icoming payments (transaction type: incoming)
                                                                                    main      /      incoming
    While uploading EBS for cc 6300 system post incoming payments as        40: 13102211 / 50: 13106211
    13106211 is wrong G/L account (it should be 13106271 ) and in CC 6300 is not defined, it is account from company code 6250.
    Could someone please tell me how the system determine the G/L account for icoming payments? Where to make the config?

    You account digits logic is little unclear. Thats why it is always important have the proper logic while formulating the accounts.
    For example
    If the main account is
    120300 (ending with 0)
    120301 (Cheque Payable Sub account 1)
    120302 (Cheque Receivable Sub Account 2)
    Now you can mask
    +++++1 for Cheque Payments
    +++++2 for Cheque Receipts
    But, you said, you
    main account 13102211 and incoming subaccount was 13106271
    If I understand correctly
    the masking should be ++++6271
    Otherwise
    +++67+

  • Accounts Receivable payment schedule

    Hello,
    Have you ever heard of a payment schedule possibility for Accounts receivable? This payment schedule is different then the scheduled billing. It occurs after the invoices have been posted and the customer is requesting to allow a change in the due dates of his open items. An agreement is then made with the customer that a certain percentage of the items are paid by date N, another by date N+1 etc. Usually this is done when the customers have a cash flow issue and also in cases when a product is just release and this kind of deviations from standard payments are allowed (this is not to be looked as a usual installment payment).
    Besides storing the data somewhere in SAP the business is also requesting to be able to see this information in various reports – i.e. FBL5 (they need to see the due date according to the payment term and the due date according to the payment schedule), Aging (aging according to the regular payment term and due date, and aging according to the payment schedule).

    Contract Accounting was available but only on an industry solution.

    if you are not in one of those sectors, you will need to upgrade before you can get access to Contract Accounting.
    Switching from FI-AR to CA-AR is a project in itself.

  • Refused Subscription Payment

    I received the second email notification, that my subscription payment was refused the second time, probably due to, that the related credit card is no longer exist. For buying Skype Credit I use a new credit card but probably the subscription renewal still remembers to the old card. I tried to change this but I do not have (any more) the subscription listed on my account, probably because it has expired. Any suggestion, what to do?

    According to your account you have one Subscription - the Unlimited UK/India Plan - not the Unlimited India Plan. Please clarify. PayPal couldn't process your original order due to the expired credit card. As you have now updated your card you should resubmit your order. If you cancel a Plan which is no longer available or allow it to expire you will lose it permanently.

    Hi,
    While posting the receivable for a day (T Code FP25 / FP50), multiple receipts/payments can be posted with one reconciliation key. When the data is getting posted to GL, it is getting posted as summary entry per Reconciliation Key. If I activate the line item while performing the transaction FP25 to FP50, system doesn't post the same. Can anybody will guide in this case?

    These are the transactions used in Student Accounting in the Campus Management component implemented with Contract Accounts Receivable / Payables.This is a add on package in the version 4.70

  • Posting a credit against a credit memo in a customers Accounts Receivable f

    Is it possible to post a Credit Card Credit ( refund ) against a customer's credit memo in their Accounts receivable file? We gave a credit card paying customer a credit memo for returning goods and also a credit to their credit card. Our bak now shows a credit card refund coming out of our bank account ( so it is like a negative deposit) I want to post that credit card refund against the credit memo but going thru the normal way of posting a cash payment says SAP will not take a negative deposit as a posting. Points will be awarded.

    The invoice ref field in credit memo posting is related only with the payment terms. The systems determines the payment term from the original invoices.
    This field should be either filled with the original invoice document number or "V".
    If the field is left blank, then the system always takes the payment term for credit memo as "Due immediately"
    I dont thing there is a provision for copying the line item details as per original invoice document.

  • Posting to Accounts Receivable using WPUBON, when WPUBON contains tenders

    Hi all!
    My client has some special requirements when invoicing specific customers in SAP ERP using WPUBON from POS DM.
    They want accounts receivable to be involved, even though the WPUBON idoc have all tenders/means of payment that is required to pay for the sales in same POS transaction. (Balanced invoice with as much tenders as sales).
    What seems to be SAP standard, is that a WPUBON without tenders, will post to accounts receivable.
    If the WPUBON idoc includes some tenders, but not sufficiently to pay for all sales in same idoc, the tender amount will post to a balance account, while the remaining sales amount (after deducting the available tenders) are posted to the accounts receivable.
    If the WPUBON idoc includes all tenders sufficient to pay for all sales in same idoc, the tender amount will post to balance accounts, and NO postings are done to the accounts receivable.
    This might be logical, but for my client and its vendors it prevents them from printing the account receivable statement periodically to check it against the vendors own accounting. (The account receivable postings will be missing for sales that are paid in full in store).
    For comparison: When using Payment Card processing in SAP ERP, we create sales orders that are invoiced, and when the credit cards amounts are captured, we get a financial document that posts the invoice just as we want it for WPUBON. First the invoice is posted against accounts receivable (AR), and then we get a "counter-posting" against same AR account when credit card amount is captured and clearing account/balance account for credit card company is posted.
    When involving credit card as tender in WPUBON, we get postings to clearing account/balance account for credit card company , but not to AR account as we do for the sales order/invoice in SAP.
    Are there customzing settings that can be done in SAP ERP to make it similar for WPUBON idocs as for sales order/invoice in SAP ERP?
    Are there user exits that can "force" SAP ERP to post to AR?

  • Using Lockbox want to hit different GL account for each payment

    Hi Everyone,
    Currently, we have lockbox up and running for credit card payments from third party system and hitting cash account in Oracle.
    I want to implement one more payment mode for e.g. ACH, which will hit differed revenue account in Oracle.
    1. Now, as the current lockbox is hitting cash, I didn't left with any other option but I ended up setting up new lockbox with deffered revenue account attached to it. Here correct me if I am wrong with my understanding. Can one lockbox hit different GL account for different payment mode like Cash account for Credit Card and Differed Revenue account for ACH?
    2. With my assumption from point 1 that I have to create new one for different GL account, I created new lockbox and added lockbox number in transmission format, control file and in data file. After that launched lockbox program for each lockbox number with understanding that each lockbox program will pick up its own payment records based on lockbox nubmer in datafile and process it. But what happened is that first lockbox program processed its own record and also another lockbox number records and finally, its processed its own way of hitting cash account. So again payments hit cash accounts, where my expectation was that each lockbox will pick up its own lockbox number record and hit it to respective GL account i.e. cash and deffered revenue.
    Why one lockbox processed another lockbox number records also from same file?
    How to achieve this? I dont want to make two seperate data file for each lockbox number, but want to process from one single data file.
    Please update me ASAP as I need to freeze the requirement at the earliest.

    I suggest you to create a Dummy Materials. Lets say,
    material number: 1001
    enter material description as Domestic
    material number: 1002
    enter material description as Imports
    and in OBYC for GBB
    make the following settings:
    val grp      gen mod    val cla      gl a/c dr     gl a/c cr
    0001     VBR     4000     74180040     74180040
    0001     VBR     4001     78020091     78020091
    so that when u create PO u can get default GL (consumption GL )  for the material (u can use the same for material group also) and u can maintain WRX acc determination as follows ..

    Thus u need to create 2 different valuation class for these material group specific and in PO while entering the text u can add the text which is displayed along with material description

The customer has had some transactions booked in general ledger, is it possible to replace it with other AR account ? I have actually created GL account per customer group. I use UDF and FMS so that each time when select a certain customer group, the GL account automatically filled in the field. Please help. Thanks

    Once the Business Partner (BP) is posted with entries you cant change.
    But You can create another BP and you can transfer the amount by passing the journal. You should link the new BP to Old BP thru Payments Consolidation. So that only,  we can get the pending invoices at the time of Incoming/Outgoing payments.

    As a result of the high number of customers and invoices, utilities companies must create a large number of payment demands. To prevent you from having to enter this mass data in general ledger accounting, sub-ledger accounting has been integrated into FI-CA: Accounts receivable and payable. Contract accounts receivable and payable is specially designed to process mass data. At certain intervals, the system transfers the cumulated individual bookings to the general ledger in Financial Accounting (FI). You can also transfer sales or service invoices from the Sales and Distribution (SD) component to contract accounts receivable and payable. The goal of contract accounts receivable and payable is to automate all processes. Manual intervention is only necessary if an agentu2019s decision is required.
    It is different from costing topics.
