Wrong Entries in Out-Queues

Dear All,
we've got a very big problem in oure CRM Mobiles Sales 3.0. In the Out-Queues we've got wrong entries, which have other Queue-ID's than they expecet to have but they've got the same transaction-ID.
When the clients now try to make conntrans, they get an error message: Internal error in incomming datastream.
Is there any report to clean up the Out-Queues, and fix the problem?
If you know a solution for this problem, please let me know.
Best regards
Christian Rodemeister

Hi there,
I think I have to get a little more detailed.
We have about 300 clients and nearly everyone has got about 2 till 20 wrong entries in his queue.
If we delete all queues this will took about 3 days and afterwards, if then everything on the system is still OK, the extract of all queues will took us about 5-6 days.
What I need is a solution and a reason why these wrong entries occured.
Why is it possible that an entry for another queue exists with a doubled transaction ID in a queue of another client.
If you have any idear please let me know.
Thanks a lot for your help, and all usefull ideas.
Christian

  • BD87 hide "idoc entries in tRFC queue" by assigning to status or other meth

    Hi,
I am working on the inbound side of an idoc interface for message type MATMAS. My problem is that when I enter in BD87 there are more than 400 hundred entries in "idoc entries in tRFC queue". Now, whatever filter I put on the first screen this line appears. Even, if I enter with a specific idoc number. These entries are obviously outbound errors and are completely irrelevant to the interface I am working on but will make the reprocessing screen unnecessarily complicated for the users. So, basically I want to allow the end user to filter out these messages.
I noticed that the errors "idoc entries in tRFC queue" aren't associated to a status and I was wondering if it is possible to give them a status value and so make them sensitive to a status filter. But if this isn't possible any solution to hide these error messages from the end user would be equally valid.
I know someone will probably suggest that the best solution would be to remove all old entries from tRFC queue in SM58 and that there shouldn't be so many idoc in entries in the tRFC queue. The problem is that it is not my role to monitor tRFC in production and if it has not been regularly monitored up to now then it probably won't be in the future.
    Many thanks in advance,
    Jamie.

    Hi Jamie,
To the best of my knowledge the shown outbound RFC entries in BD87 are a feature that cannot be suppressed. I.e. in the coding of BD87 one can see logic where it automatically checks for outbound RFC errors and adds those to the output.
In general IDoc status 03 should be associated with the outbound RFC errors. Yet, when one sees those in BD87, the IDoc status field is empty. Along your train of thought I had also previously tried to suppress those displayed IDocs by adding a filter for suppressing status 03 or blank status, but nothing helps. And as you correctly point out, even when using BD87 on a single IDoc (e.g. specified via IDoc number), the transaction will still display the outbound RFC errors.
So unless somebody else has some good idea or insight, I'm afraid you're stuck with that behavior.
    Cheers, harald

  • Wrong entries in BBP_PDACC

    Hi,
My client is working with SRM 3.0.
Currently, we are having a problem where we see some wrong entries in BBP_PDACC table. There are some WBS elements in this table with accounting type 'CC' (which is for cost centers). I have checked in ECC to confirm that the entries are WBS elements.
I am trying to find out the possible ways how this table can be updated. Could someone please give me any suggestions on this?

  • Wrong entries in ztable

    Hi,
I am having one ztable. In which some wrong entries are coming. These wrong entries are the messages.
When checked by where used list, this table is getting updated by 8 different programs.
Now I need to find out from which program and what condition this messages are coming into this ztable.
Could anybody help me out how to search?

    Hi Swapnil,
To find out the source of the error message, do something like this.
A ) Point out the messages.
B ) Try to find the message class for those messages.
C ) Now determine the programs, those are using that message class, which contains your pointed messages.
Or you can try the change document concept,
In the tables CDHDR and CDPOS you will get all the data,Like the table updated on, table updated by etc.
    Hope this helps.

  • Saving spool file / Entry not in queue

I have been working in Logic 9 on a project origunally recorded in PT and having no prioblems.  Not doing anything different that I know of, but now I can't Save one song (out of 8).  I get the message Saving spool file / Entry not in queue.  Any ideas how to Save this (very valuable to me) work?  Thanks.

I went ahead and installed the update on my "domestic" 10.6.2 system and to my surprise the core audio driver does seem to work and I was able to play songs from iTunes via my 003r for the first time in over a year! I'm amazed... I haven't tried it with Logic yet, I'll do that in the morning!
Personally I think it's a pretty lame strategy on Digi's part to always put out flakey, unreliable and under-performing core audio drivers.. It's obviously possible for them to be much better - just look at the low-latency performance and reliability you get when running ProTools with its own hardware - so the hardware itself is clearly not the problem. And then when you look at how good core audio drivers can be, such as with RME or Apogee and many others, it makes little sense that the Digi ones should always, without fail, be temperamental and just plain dodgy. It seems to me like they do it on purpose.. They put very little effort into making their hardware work as well under core audio as it does as native ProTools hardware, probably in the hope that people who use both will get the impression that ProTools is sooo much better and more stable.
Honestly, if they handed over the specs to the engineers at RME, there's no doubt in my mind that there'd be core audio drivers for Digi hardware that would perform perfectly, not crackle at low buffer settings, work as an aggregate device and not have stupid crashes or audio dropouts and whatnot when switching between applications.. And they'd probably pull it off in a week, as opposed to Digidesign's glacial pace of getting updates out there, which is pretty much the slowest in the industry..

  • Firefighter Log Report-Wrong entries being shown

    Hi all,
using SAP FF rel. 5.2 - VIRSANH 520_620 I encountered the same issues
    described in notes n°:
    - 1064911 Firefighter Log Report-Wrong entries being shown
    - 1152284 Firefighter Log Report-Wrong entries being shown with
    dates
The solutions described in these notes are not valid for my SAP
    release:
    VIRSANH 520_620
Does someone know if are available the same corrections for my SAP FF Rel.?
    Thanks in advance,
    Claudio Orsi

    Hi Claudio,
Not sure if this helps any....
We recently upgraded FF 5.2 (520_620) to current SP levels and experienced some issues with the reporting feature
We utilize the reports through the NetWeaver interface and were not receiving correct results; this happened after we went from SP 3 to SP 4
We have backed out the SP4 level to get back to "what was working"; we have an issue opened with SAP and they have identified our experience as a bug and plan on a fix with the next release scheduled for end of June
Are you experiencing report issues using the NetWeaver interface or the backend report tools? What is the SP level you are at?
This information on our experience may or may not be helpfull but anything can be of some value as long as it is mentioned

  • Customization and Extension of the "Out Queue"

My team is looking into using Oracle Lite to support a Fusion integration with Outlook (specifically sales). We are curious if there is any support for customizing or extending the functionality offered by the Out Queue. If so, where can we read about it?

What are you looking to do in the out queue?
There isn't anything for the Out Queue besides a custom built solution. I think GaryW has done stuff like this.

  • My ipad is blocked due to wrong entry of passcode, my ipad is blocked due to wrong entry of passcode

my ipad is blocked due to wrong entry of passcode, NOW plz assist me how to get this issue resolved ?

You will need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - your computer's iTunes should then recognise the iPad and you will then be able to reset the iPad.
As it's not the computer that you sync to then (from here) :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

    Ben,
If dbo.TG_Account is a table in your FDM database, then you should be able to populate the recordset with:
strSQLAcct = "SELECT Account FROM dbo.TG_Account"
    Set rsAcct = DW.DataAccess.farsFireHose(strSQLAcct, False)

  • Appraisal Document: Wrong entries in action log

    Hi Gurus,
For some appraisal documents, the action log is getting wrong entries.
For example, it appears several entries. Those entries identify persons that have seen the document. I have an example that several employees have seen the same document at the same day the same time, which has not happened.
I am using standard implementation for action log.
I cannot find a pattern for that...
Have you faced the same situation? Can you help me, please?
    Many thanks,
    Vasco Brandã

    Hi Vasco,
Another customer had some problems with the log and it was solved with note 1476829 (it corrected a different issue but it made changes on the log fucntionality as well).
Try this note and if you still have problem after that then I suggest you open a message for this as it might be a bug.

  • Clear In/Out Queues

    Hi,
Is there a way to clear the In and Out Queues? For some reason (we're not sure why) the MGP is not updating the server tables. Things are getting added to the In and Out queues but never getting executed. The MGP is still running, yet never empty's the In/Out queues. We've tried restarting the MGP, but nothing changes. Is there a way to empty the In/Out queues?
    Thanks in advance,
    Theresa

The Out queues get emptied by a client synchronising and sucking the data down, not much to do with the server.
The in queues is different. If you are getting things stuck in the in queues, look in the mobileadmin table c$in_messages - this is the 'header' file for the in queues. You should see recognisable client names, transaction id's and publ;ication item names (WTGPI_nnnnn format), and a seqno$$ column (used to order the processing).
There will also be a series of tables in the mobileadmin schema CMP$WTGPI_nnnnn which are the in queue detail tables (similar to the c$eq/ceq$ tables for the error queues).
Normal reason for things being stuck in the in queues is that there is a mismatch (ie record added/deleted) between c$in_meassages and the corresponding CMp$ table. If there are the same number of records, check the seqno$$ settings.
Also check that the apply phase is being run by the MGP jobs, and if all the above seems ok, then re-start the home container that mobile is running in (fixes a lot of things)

  • Lion Mail selects the wrong entry after delete?

Does anyone else thing Mail selects the wrong entry after delete? Say your scanning through your mail from latest to oldest, something most people seem to do. You click on an entry, read the mail and then press delete to move it to trash. Mail picks the next newest entry instead of the one right after the one you deleted. But you've probably already looked at that one and want to look at the next older item. So I have to select, delete, click the down arrow, delete, etc. in order to quickly go through mail, deleting the ones I don't need, and leaving others I want to go back too.
Seems like there should be an option to set what the next entry is after delete.
