Wrong itunes account

I have several devices, and without thinking about it, set each up on different iTunes accounts. When setting up my iMatch service, I did it from my original iMac, which uses my Yahoo Mail address for my iTunes account. Now that I want to see my playlists from my MacMini, iPad and iPhone, which were all established using more traditional iTunes accounts (yep, 2 more, one with .me and one with .mac), they are not giving me any way to tie into my original account.
Can I associate these accounts together or is my music forever in no-man's land???

You must be signed into iTunes (both desktop and mobile) using the exactly same iTunes Account ID you used to intially enable iTunes Match.

She can restore to a previous backup, if she has one. Or she
can restore via iCloud if she has that setup.

Restore to your last backup. It will contain your camera roll photos and videos.

Accidentally associated my iphone to the wrong itunes account for automatic downloads. What do I do?

Pretty much explained it in the title. I signed into my dad's iTunes account today to download a quick app that he had already purchased when I accidentally forgot to sign out of his account. Later on, I receive a notification on my iPhone that my iPhone is associated to a different Apple I.D. and that I can transfer over to the account for the automatic downloads feature. I didn't think this through and decided to transfer over, not knowing what I was doing. It said that I have to wait 90 days before I can transfer back over to my own Apple I.D. can someone from Apple please help me!!!

I Saved to itunes all data backed up from 4s and restored it to 5s on my PC which has 10 copies from other phones and it picked up stray itunes account how do I change it???

Itunes asking for the wrong Itunes account for app updates

I have a buddy who is attempting to update his iPad apps, but it's asking for his daughter's itunes account password instead of his. His account is synced to the ipad, and daughter can't remember her password. What can be done to resolve this issue?

Ther reason that iTunes requires her password, is because the apps were purchased with her iTunes account/Apple ID. That's how it works. All purchases are tied to the Apple ID that was used to make the purchases and your friend will always need to use her ID and password to update those apps.
There is no way around this other than for your buddy to delete the apps and purchase them with his own Apple ID,

I have just a handful of applications that when I try to update the the app store app prompts me for a password to my other account which the apps were not purchased on. All the apps were validly purchased on the first account, but now the apps are associated with my second itunes account and I can't update them. I've gone into the app store app and set the account to my first account but that does nothing for the update, it keeps prompting me for my password for my second account. I need it to switch back to the first account for these few apps. What's odd is that every other app updates just fine and are associated with the correct account, except for just these few. Any thoughts?
The message I get is that "this discounted price is only available to owners of previous versions.... blah blah." well, I own the previous version, that's how I got it on the iPad. But it's a different account. The update prompt does not allow you to change the username/email, only enter a password. Anyhoo, this is getting annoying.

I ran into the same problem. I had purchased apps using more than one account. When updating apps, I would get errors. Here's what I did to fix it . . . not easy, though.
First, attempt to update your apps on the PC. This will update all of the apps associated with the current account on iTunes.
1) Double-clicked in Apps iTunes (on PC)to open the Apps in another window
2) Arranged windows so I could see both my apps window and the main itunes window side by side.
3) Select an app in the apps window
4) Click on the down arrow right next to the name the Name column which and choose the app name from the drop down list. This will open the app info from the iTunes store in the main iTunes window.
5) Compare the versions. If the Store version is newer, delete the app from the iPhone and from the PC.
Repeat for each app.
Time-consuming but it works.

Icloud email address associated with wrong itunes account

My wife and I used to share the same itunes account under her name. As a test, I set up myname@icloud under her account, never used it.
Now we have separate itunes accounts and would really like to use icloud for mail, but there appears to be no way to delete the email address from her itunes account and then set it up it with mine. I know I can use aliases, but that doesn't seem very elegant.
Anyone know how to do this, or am I stuck?

You can't move an @icloud.com address to another account. What you can do is add her account to your device as a secondary account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, sign in with her ID and turn Mail on in this account. This will allow you to continue to access the existing address on your device. The only limitation of this is that email in this account will only be fetched periodically as push mail is not supported in secondary accounts.

Wrong iTunes account for apps

I recently added my daughter's Apple ID to iTunes. Now her ID shows up when I try to buy apps with my touch. How do I get my ID to show instead? I've tried logging out and in again in iTunes on my Mac.

Wrong Itunes account popping up all the time!!!!

Help!!! Ibought a second hand Ipod and i can't reset the itunes store settings to my account it keeps popping up with the old account detail when i try to update apps etc.. tried restting whole thing not worked!! help

Quit iTunes.
Drag the C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes file to the desktop.
Launch iTunes and see if it fixes the issue. If it pops up, quit and relaunch iTunes as it may see that as the first time running iTunes.
If it didn't fix it, quit iTunes then drag the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes file to the desktop and launch iTunes again as above.

Transfering Gifts from one iTunes account to another

I recently received a gift card from Continental airlines for 5 free songs. Due to a mental error on my part - I uploaded the certificate to the wrong iTunes account. (I created a secondary account by mistake) Is there anyway to move those songs to my main account and delete the secondary one?

On the online tutorials I've seen it shows that when you create a new iTunes library it should open as a blank account, but that isn't happening.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
