Wrong Package!

OK. So I upgraded services last night and it was suppose to be for Preferred Sureprice Doubleplay with Blast. I get all the way through the process with chat and look at the agreement closer and it stated that I'm getting this. Preferred and Performance HSD XF Double Play: 2 Year Agreement. I told the chat representative that it was suppose to be Blast internet. After going around with this for a couple of minutes the rep comes back and said that after checking, the tier did indeed have Blast Internet. This is pathetic. Can't even get a response here. I didn't want to believe that customer service was this bad. Been with Comcast all of a week and have had a missed appointment, one that showed 45 minutes early and two promised phone calls to resolve issues. The phone has not rang once. On top of that, no one can seem to get my package right. I'm within my 30 days. Not sure it's worth all of this.

LMS 4.0 software update, wrong package?

Is this software update correct for this version of LMS?

Per all the readme's and other docs, this seems to be for LMS 3.2.
I downloaded this via the gui Software Center in the application.
Now I am reluctant to do any auto scheduling of the device downloads.
OS = Solaris 10

This is not for LMS 4.0 and yes it is a CM patch update for LMS 3.2.
We are having issues with LMS and cisco.com for Software/Device Upadates.
It seems te URL used by LMS is fetching wrong details from Cisco.com.
Needs an investigation.

Clientgen producing wrong package for artifacts when type is JAXWS

Please we need help on this one really bad. We are using wls 10.3.2 on window 7/2008 r2 64bit edition.
I'm tyring to upgrade to 10.3.2 and use JAXWS instead of JAXRPC for our web services. First the migration from 10.3.0 to 10.3.2 using JAXRPC web services are good. Then tried generating server side JAXWS web services with jwsc, that went fine also. But when I tried using clientgen with type="JAXWS" webservices to generate the client artifacts to be use by our standalone java swing client the packages of our javabeans (use as parameters and return value and just POJO) are all wrong and also those javabeans are duplicated if the javabeans are used in several web services methods that are in the different package. Let me give you an example so you can see. For ex. we have several javabeans we use as parameters and return values for our web services methods/call (the package is shown in the full name of the javabeans). (1) com.starcomsoft.pp.address.Address; (2) com.starcomsoft.pp.account.Account; (3) com.starcomsoft.pp.customer.Customer; (4) com.starcomsoft.pp.order.Order & com.starcomsoft.order.OrderItem. We have 2 EJB stateless session bean as webservices and they are com.starcomsoft.pp.customer.jws.CustomerWSImpl and com.starcomsoft.pp.order.jws.OrderWSImpl. The Customer bean has an address as one of it's field and an Account has a Customer as one it's field also. An Order bean has a Shipping/Billing address field and a Customer field and a Collection of OrderItems in it.

When I generate the client artifacts for CustomeWSImpl using "clientgen" with type="JAXWS", the Address, Account, Customer bean will all have the same package. For example in this case com.starcomsoft.pp.customer.jws ..., and for the OrderWSImpl - the Address, Customer, Order, OrderItem the packaging is "com.starcomsoft.pp.order.jws". Also the Address, Customer are duplicated. I've tried different combination value for all the attributes of "clientgen" but to no success. I'm I missing anything on my POJO or EJB stateless Bean's?

Please Don't Use weblogic.wsee.tools.anttasks.ClientGenTask If you are using ANT build to define your Client Gen Defination. May be at present you are using this ClientGen:

use the above clientgenx task with the attribute *"useServerTypes=true"*...Just give it a try...

NOTE:. The ClientGenX utility attributes are similar to WLS8.1 Clientgen utility...But it will generate the Client Side artifacts to your Current version of WebLogic ...so no need to worry...Just you may need to change some of the Attributes of your current ClientGen which you are using.

WebLogic searches for DataControls.dcx in wrong package. (JBO-25002)

Hi,
I've just started a simple Fusion Web Application in JDeveloper (11.1.1.3.PS2_GENERIC_100408.2356.5660) and am running on the Integrated WebLogic Server (10.3.3.0 ).
I created a POJO in my Model project that contains a method that I want to call from my user interface.
I created a DataControl from this POJO.
I refactored the POJO into another package using JDeveloper's Refactor->Move (rather than moving them manually on the file system).
I refreshed the Data Controls panel.
I dropped the DataControl's method onto a JSP.
I ran the application on server; hit the following exception.
oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition com.model.*login*.DataControls.dcx of type null is not found.
The actual location of the file is com.model.DataControls.dcx; the login package, I believe, is left over from before my refactoring.
I did the folllowing:
Searched within all source files in my application for the string "login.DataControls.dcx", as I thought the old reference might still exist in some configuration file. I figured if I found it, I could edit the file manually, but my search found nothing.
Deleted the application from WebLogic Server's Admin Console.
Stopped WebLogic Server.
Cleaned both projects, Model and ViewController.
Built both projects.
Selected the JSP within JDeveloper and clicked 'Run'.
The problem remains. I'm puzzled why the server is looking for com.model.*login*.DataControls.dcx when there is no reference to that login package anywhere in the source or configuration files. Could WebLogic Server be hanging on to some previous reference? If so, how can I purge it?
Any help, suggestions or ideas would be great.

Since my original post, I've carried out the following:
- Edited Model's adfm.xml file to remove the entry identifying the data control registry.
- Deleted the DataControls.dcx file from Model (by renaming to DataControls.dcx.hide).
- Stopped integrated server.
- Cleaned both projects.
- Rebuilt both projects.
- Ran JSP to start server.
I encountered the same exception: could not find DataControls.dcx file, but the package does not contain 'login'.

I then carried out the following:
- Created new DataControl.dcx file by right-clicking business service class and selecting 'Create Data Control'.
- It was identical to its predecessor that I had hidden by adding the .hide extension.

- Rebuilt both.
- Started server.
Original exception returned, looking for DataControls.dcx in login package.
Furthermore, adfm.xml had not been updated with the location of the re-created DataControls.dcx file. It currently reads:

Wrong package in enhancement implementation

our SAP-Consultants/Developers in the SAP-introduction-project had in the beginning activate the Enhancement Implementation "WF08_START_V2" (transaction SE19) with own coding. Unfortunately there is an error in the coding from this time and we'd like to repair it. But if we want to get into the coding, the following error message appears:
"Message no. TO142
Diagnosis
Object ENHO WF08_START_V2 is in the name range reserved for SAP. The object cannot be assigned to package ZWF, since it belongs to a different name range or namespace.
System Response
Editing is terminated.
Procedure
Assign the object to an SAP package whose name begins with A-S or U-X.
If you want to create the object as a test object, you can also assign it to a local package (1st character = $) or a test package (1st character = T)."
We don't know, how they get the customer package to the SAP standard Enhancement Implementation !?
All our tries to change the coding (or the package) are all failed.
1.     SE19 Button u201CChangeu201D ->Message no. TO142: see above.
2.     SE80: With the Button u201CEnhanceu201D in Include LFMF2F02 (->where the Enhancement Implementation is) -> Message no. TO142: see above.
3.     SE80: Modification in Include LFMF2F02 (->where the Enhancement Implementation is) -> Message no. ED296: Components of enhancements and sections cannot be modified.
4.     SE03: Change the package ZWF in standard->Message no. TO142: see above.
Have anyone a idea ?

If i would have the chance i would have do this.
But I don't know why and how the SAP-Consultant/Developers had made the standard objects assigned to customer name space.
And I had not made the inconsistently situation, but i have now the problem.
The question is how can we bring back the "normal" conditions ?

Being sold wrong package by BT

I agreed to Infinity package basic by a member of the BT staff over the phone being told it was only a couple of pounds more than my old BB. I have letters stating it's £18 offering me the package. I have been away travelling and come back to a bill for £26 a month for the most expensive option on there. I received no paper bill before going away and so is only now on returning I have discovered I have been sold a much more expensive option to the one I agreed to over the telephone. When i called BT I was told my someone who could barely understand me that I agreed to an 18 month contract and there is nothing they can or will do.
Can anyone please recommend as this seems illegal to me? I only opted for the package sold over the telephone that most definitely was not the one I've now been given.

(RDBMSRealm.REALM_NAME);
The constructor of RDMBS realm uses super(REALM_NAME). Maybe I should
use some other name? If you create DefaultRealmImpl in case you can't
find the specified realm, just tell me how to correctly find/register
custom realm. I tried passing fully qualified name of the realm class,
but it didn't help.

Hi Roman,
I got the same odd exception trying to implement a custom realm using an
own UserInfo. The simple but ridiculous solution for me was to make
UserInfo.getRealmName() return "weblogic" instead of the real realm
name.
It's astonishing how sedansly BEA reacts on this error, since it often
occurs in the newsgroups.

AAMEE 3.1 Photoshop package - Installation not possible

Hi,
-successfully created a Photoshop CS6 package with AAMEE 3.1
-starting the Adobe Photoshop CS6.msi with msiexec /i c:\temp\Adobe Photoshop CS6.msi /qn is starting the msi/setup
-Photoshop is not installed
- msi directly started - same proplem
-Logfiles searched for errors - nor error found which tells me what's wrong
-Package 7times new created
-no idea what i can do now

The command which you are using is correct but the path which you have mentioned in the command have some space in the folder name. So would recoomend try to add double codes in the path like "c:\temp\Adobe Photoshop CS6.msi".
Here is the command which you can use to install the software silently. - msiexec /i "c:\temp\Adobe Photoshop CS6.msi" /qn
or you can change the directory first in the command prompt and then enter the command : msiexec /i "Photoshop CS6.msi" /qn

Delete HR forms generated in package

Hi,
I have problem with deleting HRform. Creating it I chose wrong package. After that I delete it in tcode HRFORMs but it is still in package. Using se80 I delete object HRFO from package, it is not visible in this package by se80 but I can see it by se03 tcode.
My problem is that I want to create hrform with selected before name and in correct package but I can't because it is still kept in old one.
Can someone advice me how to clear package form wrong hrform?

I'll manually compile the sources but not install them, and when I have a few one-liners that make the magic happen, I put it into the build() section. Then I'll rm -rf the $srcdir and actually try it with package { true; } as the package() function. If that works, I'll try some install lines (instead of true) and run find against the $pkgdir. If it all looks good, I'll make sure my dependencies are in check and pack it up.

Urgent: Assign new package to a form

Hi everyone.
I happened to assign a sapscript form to a wrong package. I deleted the form then afterwards I can no longer create it under the right package.
Aside from just creating it using a new name, what options do i still have if i don't want to change name?
I cannot find the form in se80.

Go to se10 and then create a new request there.
Under that request..
double click on the request..
go to objexts tab..
go to change mode and then add the following..
short description: SAPscript form
program: R3TR
object: FORM
object name: Form Name <ZDAR_TEST_2>
This will cretae a new request for ur sapscript...

Not generating any register in the execution of a script from a package

Hi everybody,
I am developing some script logics and I have got some problems when executing them. Basically the problem is the same in all of them, since the structure of the scripts is very similar.
What I am trying to do is to calculate a certain data value from other data which are located in a different region within the same application. In order to develop it I have used the lookup function referred to the same application of the destination data. When I save and validate it, I obtain no problem, and it is done successfully. In addition, when I run the package it results in success.
However, the package log shows that no registers are generated. It is really difficult to understand for me because exactly the same code is sometimes working correctly,and other times is wrong with such a little difference like the base member selection of one dimension.
I attach two scripts, the one which is working, and another one that is not working. Moreover, I attach the log of these packages to show you the result that is obtained:
