Wrong Personnel Area getting reflected

Hi Exoerts,
We are facing an issue. suppose an employee joins at X location and at the time of hiring we set the PA, PSA with respect ot the 'X' location The employe updates other infotypes like Education and all. But if in case the employee gets transferred to a new location say 'Y', the new PA PSA are getting reflected in PA30 but when we are checking the Education infotype and all the PA being reflected is the old one only. what can be the reason behind this.

Hello;
In table V_582A_B check choose data indicator for the infotypes that has problem.
If you want to have information about choose data indicator SAP help says that:
You can use the Choose Data indicator to determine which selection
period will be used to select data from the various infotypes to
structure the infotype header.
o   If you set the Choose Data indicator, you will use data that is
     valid for the start date of the current processed, or displayed,
     infotype record to structure the infotype header.
o   If you do not set the Selected Data indicator, the data that is
     valid for the system date will be used to structure the infotype
     header.

    Could you please help me with a development pertaining to Issue dates of only parent publications are getting reflected in a subscriptions order.
    Synopsis:
    An offer has been created by me using combination of two publications namely A and B.
    The Combination has been defined by creating a mix type (JDMPS0) by keeping A as a parent publication and B as a child publication.
    When a subscriptions order gets created for this combo offer, the order delivers the issues of both the Publications as per their respective issue dates. The deliveries of the same can be observed in table (JVVLFZUO)
    The Issue crops up when I wish to terminate this order over the issue dates of the child publication. This is because issue dates of only parent publications are getting reflected in a subscriptions order (JK03).
    Could you please suggest a development where in I'll be able to view issue dates of all publications.

  • Termstore changes are not getting reflected in the list items in SharePoint 2010 farm environment

    I had created managed metadata with termstores from central admin. Then I had created one list in which added a column of type managed metadata using the managed metadata which I had created. And also added few list items to this list.
    The problem is that after updating a termstore the changes are not reflecting in the list items which were added before the update.

    According to the links we need to run Taxonomy Update Scheduler on the server for updated termstore to get reflected. After running

    You should check the obvious.  You made the change in dev, but did you make the change in production too?  And, is the term you updated, actually the one that you are looking at in the list item?
    There is not much, if anything, that can go wrong with that timer job. so I'd guess that the term you are looking at is not the one you think you are updating.
    If you have double checked everything (the term is is in fact the same term id), then you may have something erroring in the update process.  In this case, you should check the ULS logs for any errors.

  • New changes are not getting reflected in the bam reports.

    I have created a BPEL process and it polls the data from a table and populate an object created in Bam.I have accomplished the above task by createing two database adaptors.One is on 10g database and another one is on Bam database.I have created a view based on the bamobject and used a database adaptor to populate the data. BPEL process is populating the data properly to that bamobject but those changes are not reflecting to bam reports automaticaly. We need to refresh the report or reprompt the report to see the changes.Could some help me to reslove this issue.

    I have tried that option too.But that is also not working. BPEL Procees is able to populate the BAM object with the help of the sensor.But those changes are not getting reflected in BAM Reports.But if i create or update an existing record in BAM object through BAM Architect, those changes are getting reflected in BAM Reports(No manual intervention is required).
    Your help in this regard is highly appreciated.

    changing the asets for a site in BCC and deployed success fullly changes are there in the BCC but those are not affecting in production
    In Production configuration of BCC i mapped Source Repository atg/multisite/SiteRepository with Destination Repository: atg/multisite/SiteRepository_production

    How about checking this?
    Login into the DB and see if you have values changes getting reflected in the CA DB and prod DB.
    If values are getting reflected in the DB then clear the cache of the repository.
    If the values are not getting reflected in prod db then check the datasource property of that repository.

  • The payment terms are not getting reflected in PO

    Hi,
    We are in SRM5.0 Extended Classic scenario.
    We have created new payment term in ECC and transferred to SRM using BBP_UPLOAD_PAYMENT_TERMS and after tranferring it to SRM I am able to see the new payment term in table BBP_PAYTERM and BBP_PAYTERM_TEXT in  SRM system.
    But non of the payment terms are not reflecting into PO. We are not getting any errors while processing the PO.
    Could you please suggest what may be the issue here.

    I am a little confused here with the scenario.
    I understand that the payment terms are recenly created and replicated. So naturally they would have been updated in the relevant vendor master as well. Now has the vendor master been replicated to SRM from ECC once the payment terms were updated.
    So from what you have mentioned "When we check the BBP_PD, the payment term is reflecting for the POs created after shopping cart approval."
    So does this mean once the SC is approved then the PO is created and then the Terms of Payment are seen in the PO.
    However "If the PO created through describe requirement, the Vendor will not assigned the PO created will go to Held status and buyer will process the order."
    So does this mean since the Vendor is not mentioned the Terms of Payment is not being reflected and will happen only once the same is specified in the PO.
    I have a question on whether after replicating the Payment Terms, has it been seen in any of the PO's created so far or it is always blank.

  • Changes are not getting reflected in Process Chain after changes.

    I have modified a Process Chain in Development environment. I have created one new infopackage and included it in the process chain. I have also added two new change run variants in the process chain. I have collected the process chain and infopackage in a transport request and transported it to integration environment.
    Transport request has reached successfully in integration but the changes in process chain are not getting reflected. The infopackage has reached to integration after transport.
    I need some suggestion on this.

    R u in Display mode..........click on Change mode...........
    If you can see the chain in Change mode............then ur process chain is imported in in-active version..........
    U can try activating it manually or re-transport the active version..........

    While generating TDS challan we are not getting advance line items in J1INCHLN screen
    We made one advance payment which included 2 payment line items and two different tax codes, while generating TDS challan its is showing only one TDS line item that is Rs.1000/-, another TDS line item of Rs.966/- is not showing.

    Hi,
    Check whether the recipient type CO or OT is updated in With_item table for the line items that are missing in J1INCHLN.
    If Recipient type is not maintained in vendor master, at the time of posting the entry, then it does not get picked up in J1INCHLN. Even if you maintain in Vendor master later on, the With_item table does not get updated. This is one of the reasons why the line items does not get picked up in J1INCHLN. Check this, as you are confirming that Business Place, Section code etc.. are all present in line items and also that it is appearing correctly in With_item table.

    OK, here's the case.
    in our company, we assign people to be the administrator.
    each personnel area has administrator.
    for example
    - PERNER 34010-34050 are in personnel area 4700, with the administrator is user ABC
    - PERNER 34051-34100 are in personnel area 4800, with the administrator is user EFG
    so, when employee with personnel number 34010 create travel request, i want the workflow to send notification to admin/user ABC to either approve or reject the request.

    Yes - you can use your Split / Join design pattern for what you're trying to do. You just need to add one more thing.
    This is going to take a knowledge of:
    <li> Correlation - initiate and terminate methods
    <li> Notification using logic from a screenflow and
    <li> Message Wait activity with an Interrupt property
    It might seem like a lot, but if all you have is JMS then it's what I'd suggest.
    1. Create a correlation just after the Split and before your Automatic activity. The purpose of this correlation is to be the receptor of a notification when you want to eliminate the time loop. The logic for this looks like this:
    args[] = clientCaseId
    args[] = productId
    Correlation.initiate(name : "documentRetrieval", values : args)2. Add a Message Wait activity in your process. If you call it "WaitForEarlyReleaseCompletion" you might find that the logic in the step 4 is helpful. Have its property set to "Allows interruptions" and "External". Add this activity outside of the process's flow. Right mouse click the Messsage Wait activity -> click "Argument Mapping" -> click on the arguments icon in this dialog and add the (two in the example) argument variables you want to use to notify the correlation (clientCaseId and productId in this example). Click the "Correlations" icon in this dialog (two to the right of the arguments icon). In the left panel add a new correlation (name it case sensitive "documentRetrieval" for this example). Right click this new correlation and give it properties (the variables you want to use for the correlation - in this example "clientCaseId", "productId". Select the correlation and click the right arrow to move the correlation to the upper right portion of the dialog. Leave "Initiate" set to "No". In the lower right portion of the dialog, map the correlation's properties (again clientCaseId and productId in this example) to the incoming argument variables you just created (also called clientCaseId and productId in this example). Click OK
    3. This standalone activity needs to flow to an Automatic activity outside of the process. The logic in this Automatic activity needs two lines:

  • Updated (VORowImpl ) values are not reflected in inline POPUP table

    Hi Expert,
    Currently i am getting exception when i try to update my iterator binding,
    Here is my use case,
    I have view object displayed inside the inline popup as a table. When i modify one of the cell i am firing the value change listener and it is called the ViewObjectRowImpl class method. Inside the method i do some computation (i am executing some DB query to get back some value). After the query execution i am updating the other columns data based on the changes.
    First i have PPR the table and check out the update values. Unfortunately the change values are not reflected.
    Then i used the following code

    if (itrBinding != null) {
    itrBinding.executeQuery();

    Now i am getting the " JBO-25003: Object EmployeeMgmtAM of type ApplicationModule is not found."
    May i know what went wrong? Am i missing anything. May i know how can i refresh the UI table based on the updated VORowImpl. Looking forward hints.

    How about access the attribute of the View object using the above approach? i.e empoyeeVO.getName() like ....
    Also i have configure the ADF looger to finest level and found the primary reason to "Applicaiton module not found" was some entity validation. But this not always happened. Same test case works fine and fails sometimes. I am clueless. Could you please throw some light.

    The changes done to scheduling agreement, schedule lines are not reflecting in 2LIS_02_SCL, and there by resulting errors in delta update in BI system.
    For example
         LPA     RM     SCL     Quantity                                    (2LIS_02_SCL)
    ODS(A)      3001             15          800
    ODS(C)     3001     X     15          300

    PSA       3001     X     15          400
            3001             15          900
    As we are using the Update type Addition,
    From PSA, it is clear that the change is 500; this change got reflected in ODS properly.
    But when I compare ODS data with EKET data,
    LPA     SCL     ODS(Active)          EKET
    3001     15     800               900
    As you can see wrong validation results between BI & R3
    I am missing the below  changes happened to SCL in the extractor
         3001     X     15          300     
         3001          15          400
    The missing above entry is resulting errors.
    Does anybody know how the EKET line changes can be tracked?
    How to check the V3 Update, we checked the program: RMBWV302
    Does anybody have idea where to track this error.
    Note: the above case is happening to only a for few documents

    As the datasource 2LIS_02_SCL does not takes this event into account (only MA, MB, MC and MD), this field is not passed to BW (you can see the events per datasource in transaction LBWE)
    You are referring to posting of the Material Ledger posting right ? Can you please give some more information about MA MB MC MD as I have verified in LBWE and could not find anything about it except that its picking that GLMNG value from MCEKET table.

    If I add a zfield to the SCL DS and then populate that field with the code in the include ZXRSAU01 , EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 in that going to help.
    Do I have to verify the events MA MB MC and MD while populating this zfield or I can just do a direct lookup on EKET

I have also found couple of SAP Notes on the same issue and do you think implementing those notes will fix the problem without the zfield or code.
    Could you please check out these notes 100690 and 431145. Please suggest.

  • Service request fields enhanced through AET are not reflecting in BW DS

    Hi All,
    the CRM developer has added 3 service request fields to crmd_orderadm_h, crmd_service_h via AET. He has marked all the 3 fields as 'BW reporting relevant'.
    I have now checked the BW extractors in the hope that these 3 fields will now be appended to the BW service request datasources automatically.
    But instead of adding the fields to service request datasource(0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H)(BUS2000223), it added the 3 custom fields to process datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H.
    I am not sure what exactly have gone wrong . Is there a way to get these custom fields automatically into 0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H.
