Wrong "Qualifier"
In Projects lookup sets configured with retention account code,but the qualifier in GL put under "Liability" mistakenly...It supposed to be "asset" account..Many transactions happened already and pushed to GL...now what changes need to be done in Projects module??
whichever journal with the same account code need to reversed
deactivate the code combination
then to change the rite qualifier....am i rite?
then again how to put the old cost to system back?
Pls any1 help me the sequence to overcome this issue...
Thanks a lot in advance...

What needs to be wrong to qualify for a replacement?
My iPad has been messing up lately and just last night my "friend" cracked the screen.
My question is what all needs to be wrong with it to qualify for a free warranty replacement?
the internet occasionally turns itself off, the sound will cut out, it will refuse to interface with iHome (possibly iHome's fault though),
I bought it in June, and have not done anything with it involving the warranty yet.
Do you think this would qualify to be replaced?Yes, with the physical damage, and the absence of accidental damage protection, it would be an out of warranty repair.
iPad model
Out-of-Warranty Service Fee
iPad mini
$219
iPad 3rd, 4th generation
$299
iPad 2, iPad
$249
A $6.95 shipping fee will be added if service is arranged through Apple and requires shipping. All fees are in US dollars and are subject to local tax.
Certain damage is ineligible for out-of-warranty service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. However, an iPad that has failed due to contact with liquid may be eligible for out-of-warranty service.
Apple reserves the right to determine whether or not your iPad is eligible for Out-of-Warranty service. Replacement iPads have a 90-day limited hardware warranty or assume the remainder of your standard warranty or AppleCare service contract coverage, whichever is longer. Please see the AppleCare+ for iPad and Apple Repair Terms And Conditions for further details. -
Sql query not qualifying date- what did I do wrong?
I am not getting the date request from this query, it produces all records in table- not my date request....What am I doing wrong.
select * from table
where (dep_apt in ('123','T123','456','T456'))
or (dest_apt in ('123','T123','456','T456'))
and fpdate >= '23-APR-07'
order by fpdate;> It is not a date format issue- I set up a trigger to set the date formats on all transactions to be a valid date string that I need.
Perhaps it isn't in this case, but surely
> and fpdate >= '23-APR-07'
is just asking for trouble? Why would you not use a date expression?
Are you sure you will never have to deal with dates < 2000 (if nls_date_format uses YY) or > 2049 (if using RR), or a language other than English? Didn't the industry spend billions not so long ago cleaning up all the crappy 2-digit year values, and didn't we chuckle at the 1970s COBOL programmers who (we were told) put them there to save a couple of cheap bytes? If hardcoding a date literal, why not DATE '2007-04-23' anyway? -
My EMAIL account on Apple ID site is still wrong, from 2008!
On 12 January, I was trying to FIX problems I had with my iMac Password, so I could download the latest Adobe installer - but I had no problems with passwords etc until 2 days ago. The password I've used didn't work. (I had to change it on Verizon for mail problems in Oct 2014) SO I called Support [& was disconnected 6 times!] - Here are my Problems - in order of my frustration:
1. NOW when I turn on my iMac, it does NOT go to MY computer Screen ! But rather it goes to some dumb grey screen;where I must type in MY password to get in (This happened after a second tech who said it would not remain that way; not good for me, nor my husband or daughter to have to do.) The Second call Tech went into my computer - She must have reconfigured my preferences & I can not find out how to change it back to go right to go right to my screen, without using a password to get in [which is a pain-in-a-neck when anyone here needs the computer]
2. Support (first call) had me DUMP the whole Keychain into Trash to create a NEW password. [we were disconnected half way through, but I did ask if I should empty the trash & did so - wish now I didn't - there are NO passwords nor sites, etc in Keychain, only Apple stuff.) Since that call ALL my PASSWORDS are GONE! Mail & iCloud etc. though I can get into password protected web sites?
- Both Support techs told me that "all my previous passwords would still be there - intact on the computer" - they ARE NOT!
3. So I went on line today - to check my Apple ID & iCloud info:
* First, it still has my old 2006 17" mac serial # listed, - but thee is nothing the one I'm on - "2012 mac Lion". [I downloaded & tried Maverics, but it messed up the apps I had installed & I reverted back to Lion via Time machine.] I had this same problem in 2010
* Second, & worse, it still shows an Email that I haven't used, & actually had changed in 2008 when I switched to Verizon, from a local server.
. . . When I went in to change the email & try to change / add my present email it says:
Email address is already verified for another Apple ID.
I HAVE NOT USED that old server since 2008!!! it was on my old 2006 Snow Leopard mac !
I bought this mac in june 2012 - but have been trying to figure this whole mess out since 2008, when I changed mail servers. Verizon blames Mac, Mac blames Verizon & I'm left having multiple & frequent problems with both!
Can anyone tell me
1 How to change my actual Email addy (supposedly according the the on line Manage Apple ID - I have 2 different ID's via the same Name, ID, and Email address - on line? WHY can't I combine, get rid of one, or? You'd think that when it's sent & returned, someone would notice & figure out it's wrong.
2 How to get back to getting into my screen, without that first (& superfluous - since only 3 people use it & it's a HOME computer, not a business that needs extra protections) screen?
3 Please, HOW - if you dump a whole app - keychains - into the trash & secure Empty - does the computer "retain" passwords that were just dumped?
My next step is to go to the Store folks to fix all - Call support messed me up & so far, Community forum has just said nothing above can be changed … so has Apple become more like Micro-Swift that I got rid of - so I could have My computer My way?
Anyone up for this one?2 How to get back to getting into my screen, without that first (& superfluous - since only 3 people use it & it's a HOME computer, not a business that needs extra protections) screen?
Resetting Password
1. Shut down comp & wait a few minutes.
2. Turn on & at the same time hold down the “command” & “R” keys.
3. Next screen….. In the menu bar click on Utilities (NOT OS X UTILITIES)
4. In the drop down menu, click on Terminal.
5. In the terminal pop up small window: Type exactly—> resetpassword
Hit return key.
6. Reset password window will pop up. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset password. Make sure you select the admin account to reset the password.
7. You can ignore the “keychain” pop up windows, which is what I did. Does not affect anything.
You can do the keychain stuff at your leisure.
8. Quit out of everything & restart your computer.
9. Enter your new reset password.
Once you are back on the desktop, you can go into System Preferences>Users & Groups. Double check to make sure auto login is enabled.
Also, check out the following User Tip: Reset the user password in OS X Lion, Mountain Lion, Mavericks and Yosemite
==========================
I bought this mac in june 2012
My next step is to go to the Store folks to fix all - Call support messed me up & so far
If you have AppleCare & same is still active, suggest that you call Apple Customer Relations - 1-800-275-2273. Ask politely & firmly that you want to be transferred to Customer Relations. Tell them exactly what you stated in your post.
Be sure to tell them that you have an iMac. Why? Because, under AppleCare, iMacs qualify for HOME tech repair/support when warranted. No need to lug an iMac to a repair facility.
GOOD LUCK! -
Today I went to the Verizon store to upgrade my girlfriends phone which is on my account b/c I wanted to use the edge plan to buy the iPhone 5c. I had read in several different places that I could upgrade using edge and not loose my unlimited data, turns out I was misinformed, which the guy at the store told me after he had my information pulled up using my cell number. I told the guy I was not willing to give up my unlimited plan AND pay full price for the phone, I thanked him for his time and we left. When we left the store I called the Verizon number that is given on the website and told them I was interested in the edge plan for the 5c and asked for more information, ( I thought the guy at the store was wrong and I was checking). The woman I talked.......long story short, I talked to 8 people including 2 managers and none of them could tell me why I did not qualify for the edge financing (even if switching the plan), SO I was hoping someone on here might could help. I have been a customer since Verizon bought out Alltel, I have automatic payments set up with no late payments for as long as I can remember, and was eligible for an upgrade on 01/03/2013. Any experience or advice in this area would be appreciated.
Thank You!rjg030585 wrote:

Here is my advice, at least. Not sure if anyone will agree, but it is my take on the problem.
With the Edge program, there is a "possibility" that someone will pay full price for a phone. This is not always the case, though. IF you do not complete ALL of the 24 months of payments, then you WILL NOT have paid full price for the phone, but simply a portion of the full price. THAT is why it does not make the plan "eligible" to keep your unlimited data. With the Edge plan, technically you only have to pay 50% of the full price before you can trade it in for another phone on the Edge plan. The way the plan is designed, the majority of people WILL NOT ever pay full price for the phone, but only a portion of the full price before they exchange their phone for a new device. That is what Verizon is hoping for, at least.
As Ann154 has pointed out, you can use the Device Payment Plan and keep your unlimited data. At no time during your contract can you trade THAT phone in to get another phone. You would have to continue making the payments on THAT phone along with any other phone you upgraded to. THAT is the difference between the 2 plans. You WILL end up paying full price for the phone on the Device Payment Plan, where you can STOP making payments on a phone with the Edge Plan if you turn it in for another device.
Good luck. -
Exchange 2013 SP1 OWA something went wrong
Hi,
I have a three node exchange 2013 DAG cluster that I upgraded to SP1 three days ago. All email flows currently work and ECP is available on all node on all browsers for all users. OWA was working on 2013 CU3. After
the upgrade to SP1 and I confirmed that all email flows were working, I did change the administrators username. I noticed OWA problems after that, but they would have happened before the administrator rename. I have confirmed
certificates and binding are correct on all three nodes. I did rebuild the OWA directory on one node with no success.
However OWA is only available using Firefox (tested on several users on several machines) . Logging on to ECP using IE 11 works fine (multiple users) Logging on to OWA using IE 11 give me the error. This is happening on
all three nodes using IE 11 but not Firefox 27
something went wrong
Sorry, we can't get that information right now. Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk.

I have three servers exch01,exch02,and exch03. All three have both CAS and mailbox server roles. This problem does not occur using firefox (OWA and ECP are available) but the problem occurs with IE 11 and safari (ECP
work, OWA dos not) I have tried this from different machines and different users. I have cleared the browser's cache and have even reloaded the client machines. The problem occurs across all three exchange servers.
I have used iis manager to confirm the binding are correct. (works on Firefox)
From the local server , If I browse to
https://localhost/ecp I get my ecp page. If I browse to
https://localhost/owaI get the something went wrong page (X-OWA-Error: ClientError;exMsg='_u' is undefined;file=ReferenceError: '_u' is undefined)
If I try to browse to https://localhost:444/owa/proxylogon.owa I get the error page "this page cannot be displayed"
I confirmed port 444 bindings are correct -
What's wrong with my DII client code?
I have the following WSDL for my ASP/IIS web service...

I know the service works because I've been using C++ and VB clients for months, but I need to get a Java client up and running soon.
I've only been looking at Java WS clients for a day, so if anyone knows of a better way to do this then please tell me! I've tried 4 completely different implementations so far and none of them worked.

Hello everyone,
I getting some error messages from my Office Web App server showing that is being accessed trough the wrong URL. I setup the server to be accessed trough HTTPS for internal and external trough
the same public domain. However there is still something making the server being accessed trough the FQN instead trough my public domain name. I also have my public domain name pointing to my Office Web App server on the DNS server. I'm able to open documents
using Office Web on SharePoint without any problem in most of the workstation. However at least one computer is giving me an error when I try to open a document from Office Web App, "run into a problem".
Below is how I setup Sharepoint 2013 and my Office Web App 2013 and the error log:

flavioHi,
According to your description, my understanding is that the Office Web Apps cannot render the documents.
The error message is very common, please check the Event Viewer and ULS log to get a detailed error description.
Here is a similar issue link for you to take a look:

Hi,
I created a package in eclipse with 3 .java files under it.
In each of the three java files I have included the "package testpackage;" clause at the top.
My first 2 files (lets call them one.java and two.java) is referenced in three.java, thus I use the import statement for both one and two in three.java.
After I compile all 3 successfully in Eclipse, I go to the command line, to the specific directory (testpackage) and run: java one, but I get the message:
NoClassDefFoundError: 1 (wrong name: testpackage/one)
What is wrong?I found that you need to be in the PACKAGE directory when you execute the "java" command, not the directory containing the .class file(s). For example, if you have the following statement in your java program:
package buServer;
Your .class files (BUreceiver.class in my case) will reside in a directory named buServer. You need to be in the directory ABOVE the one that contains your class files (the package directory) and execute the program as shown below:
java buServer/BUreceiver
The above assumes that the current directory is in your CLASSPATH or is given by the " -cp ." on the java command line.
The basic problem, I think, is that CLASSPATH points to directories that are supposed to contain .class files. When you use a package, you have to give the fully quallified name of the class with a root beginning in one of the directories in the CLASSPATH. In my case, the "package" statement says my class should be in a <CLASSPATH>\buServer\ directory. When I was in the buServer directory (containing my .class files) and added it to the CLASSPATH, there was no <CLASSPATH>\buServer\ directory, since the buServer\ directory was inside CLASSPATH. However, when I tried to execute it without qualifying it with the "buServer", it saw the package statement in the class file that was there and gave me the "wrong name" error.
Another solution would have been to take out the package statement from the program. -
Hi Mark,
I own Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium Upgrade and I bought the upgrade to Adobe Creative Suite 6 Production Premium but it wont work with my serial number what have I done wrong
MickMoving this discussion to the Downloading, Installing, Setting Up forum.
Aussimick you will want to enter in the qualifying serial number from the full version of Adobe software you purchased. You can find the serial numbers located under your account by following the steps listed in Find your serial number quickly - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html. -
I had to re-install my CS 5 Web Premium as i had to refresh my window. I try to update after activating. Then it says the product is not valid! God knows what's wrong with ADOBE!
The messages you are receiving indicate that you are trying to install an upgrade version. You are being asked to enter the name and serial number of the older product that you are upgrading from in order to prove that you qualify for using the upgrade.

Unable to access OWA or ECP. - "Something went wrong" or "500 unexpected error"
Our environment consist of 3 client access servers with 8 mailbox servers. I recently installed windows updates on all of the servers. Now when a user tries to access OWA it fails and says "Something went wrong" when I try to access
ECP I receive "500 unexpected error"
I have tried building a new CAS and mailbox servers with the default settings but it still fails. I did not install the latest Windows updates on the new servers. I tried creating new databases with new users and it also fails.
There are also these ASP.NET 4.0.30319.0 warnings showing in the application log:

</Event>I opened a case with Microsoft. After 3 days and over 15 hours on the phone they were able to resolve the problem. They had to use ADSI edit to remove the canary data for the domain.
I tried rebuilding the virtual directories, building a new CAS server, a new mailbox server and a new server with both roles installed. I created a new database and new users in that database and used the new CAS server but the problem continued which
led us to believe it was something being obtained from Active Directory. We finally figured out the problem was in the properties of an object in ADSI.
You have to open the ADSI editor on the primary domain controller (start-->administrative tools-->ADSI edit), go to CN=Services --> CN=Microsoft Exchange --> CN=<Your Site Name> Right click CN=Client Access and click properties.
Scroll down to msExchCanaryData0. You have to click edit and copy the data from Data0, Data1 and Data2 (you may have more or less) to a notepad file. Then erase the data from those settings. Now log onto the CAS server and open IIS management.
Go to application pools and right click MSExchangeOWAAppPool and click Recycling. Then restart all of the mailbox servers.
It's a great idea to take a system state backup before performing these steps as editing ADSI data is risky. -
How to change Port Information shown in sicf in fully qualified host name?
Hi guys,
I want to use the CS Documentation Tool for SAP BW.
In DEV everything is OK, but in PROD I can´t execute.
I know what´s wrong, but I don´t know where to correct the error.
When I use transaction sicf -> execute -> GoTo -> Port Information I can only see the server name instead of the fully qualified host name.
Can anybody tell me, where to change the name?
Thanks a lot,
BarbaraThose ports are defined in the instance profile of the system and can be defined/changed from RZ10. The parameter is icm/server_port_xx. If the parameter is not defined then it uses the default values.
The profile values looks something like this:
icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=90,PROCTIMEOUT=3600
icm/server_port_1 PROT=SMTP,PORT=25$$,TIMEOUT=90,PROCTIMEOUT=3600
Hope this helps.
Thanks,

How to change the fully qualified host name
Hi,
how can I change the fully qualiied host name?
Regards
MarcHi Michal,
I'm doing the FlightSeatAvailabilityCheck-Scenarion of the demo example and get an error. To get more details about the error I had a look in the XI Runtime Workbench. There I can see, that the wrong url is called (without the hostname) and that the access is forbidden (403). Therefore I want to change the fully qualified host name. I knew that I have to change icm/host_name_full but I don't know where I can do it (which transaction)?

Hi all,
In my SQL Server 2012 Management Studio, I executed the following code:
CREATE TABLE Products(
sku INT Primary KEY,
product_desc VARCHAR(30));
INSERT INTO Products (sku, product_desc)
SELECT X.product.query('SKU').value('.', 'INT'),
X.product.query('Desc').value('.', 'VARCHAR(30)')
FROM (
SELECT CAST(x AS XML)
FROM OPENROWSET(
BULK 'H:\ZenProducts.xml',
SINGLE_BLOB) AS T(x)
) AS T(x)
CROSS APPLY x.nodes('Products/Product') AS X(product);
SELECT sku, product_desc
FROM Products;
I got the following message:
Msg 9455, Level 16, State 1, Line 5
XML parsing: line 3, character 12, illegal qualified name character
I have no ideas why the "product" in the statement "SELECT X.product.query('SKU').value('.','INT')" is not legal qualified name charcter!!!??? Please kindly help, advise and respond.
Thanks in advance,
Scott ChangHi Manish, Thanks for your response.
Here is a copy of my ZenProducts.xml:
<Products>
<Product>
<SKU>1<</SKU>
<Desc>Book</Desc>
</Product>
<Product>
<SKU>2<</SKU>
<Desc>DVD</Desc>
</Product>
<Product>
<SKU>3<</SKU>
<Desc>Video</Desc>
</Product>
I found the wrong "<<" in my xml file and changed it to the right "<" for the statement<SKU>1</sku>. I executed the corrected code and I got the following new message:
Msg 2714, Level 16, State 6, Line 1
There is already an object named 'Products' in the database.
I don't know how to remove the old, existing the 'Products' object in the database and execute the corrected code again. Please kindly help, advise and tell me how to resolve this new problem.
Many Thanks,
Scott Chang
P. S. I played with another project to get the 'Products' object in my database before. Frankly, I don't know where the old 'Products' object and the database are. Please enlighten me in resolving this matter more clearly.
You welcome Scott, As Olaf mentioned in this post, there was already a table exists , so need to drop your Products table.
Apart from this, I guess either you did not pasted the full XML file or what, I needed to have the ( </Products>)closing tag in your XML file as follows.
<Products>
<Product>
<SKU>1</SKU>
<Desc>Book</Desc>
</Product>
<Product>
<SKU>2</SKU>
<Desc>DVD</Desc>
</Product>
<Product>
<SKU>3</SKU>
<Desc>Video</Desc>
</Product>
</Products>
You can use following script to drop if your
Products table is already existing.
if exists(select 1 from sys.tables where name ='Products')
drop table Products
CREATE TABLE Products(
sku INT Primary KEY,
product_desc VARCHAR(30));
INSERT INTO Products (sku, product_desc)
SELECT X.product.query('SKU').value('.', 'INT'),
X.product.query('Desc').value('.', 'VARCHAR(30)')
FROM (
SELECT CAST(x AS XML)
FROM OPENROWSET(
BULK 'H:\ZenProducts.xml',
SINGLE_BLOB) AS T(x)
) AS T(x)
CROSS APPLY x.nodes('Products/Product') AS X(product);
SELECT sku, product_desc
FROM Products;
Let us know if you face any other problem.
Thanks
Manish
