Wrong size on movie download screen and download repeating

I recently bought a new movie and when the download begins, the download window momentarily shows the correct size of the downlad (4 GB) but them switches to 500 MB. The download then starts but by the end, restarts again and again. Apple customer support has been no help. Any ideas why this could be happening and how to avoid it?

Mid 2010 MacBook Pro: Will randomly blue-screen and Safari repeatedly crashes.

I bought my MacBook Pro in June/July of last year, and it has worked perfectly fine up to this point. However, for the past 2 months or so, my computer will randomly go to a blue screen and log me out. Also, Safari will crash several times (it had never crashed on me until the blue-screen problem started. Both of these issues surfaced at the same time). For the most part, the blue-screening problem only happens when I'm using the internet, but sometimes it will happen when I am offline as well. This is an infrequent/inconsistent problem, though. It will blue-screen and Safari will crash one week, but then it will be perfectly fine for the next three or four weeks. What's wrong/how do I fix it?

It sounds like you have been on the right track in trying to troubleshoot this issue. You may want to see if your MacBook Pro will boot directly to the Apple Hardware Test, as outlined in the following article:

If you are having issues with you iPod Classic, you may want to go through the following Troubleshooting Assistant to help narrow down the issue. If you are unable to identify or resolve the issue, there should be a Service link at the end of the Assistant that will have additional options.

Mac user needs help with photoshop screen and tool bar

Hello when I open photoshop I get the screen you can see to the left. The right hand tool bar has disapeard, if you scroll across it comes into view, I want to be able to open photoshop as I could originally with the screen the size of the computer screen and the tool bar in place. What is also happening is that when I select the image i want, the image goes directly on to the screen and does not go to the tool bar above, again I would like to have the images going to the tool bar so I can select them and put them on a blank page. The same happens when I open up a blank page it does not store it in the tool bar but opens it up directly on to sreen. Hope you can help.

Thanks also tried that it does hangs the screen back to how it was but the background is now my screen saver with the photoshop tool bars around. But the docking area is still not visible and when I open a file it opens it as sep screen and layer and not as part of docking station? Very strange

This is the only way to view a video on the TV. After connecting your MacBook Air to the TV, image on your TV should show immediately. Then, press Command and F1 keys to mirror your MacBook Air display, and open the video

The EXACT same thing happened to me last night! Rented a movie; it had barely started and then froze. When I touch the video app icon, all I get is a blank, dimly lit screen. None of the other videos I own will display either. Was your problem ever resolved?

I have a pc with vista. I downloaded and watched a ton of movies now when i try to watch any of them i get a black screen and itunes shut down.

It can come about without any change done by the user, and it's not just from other networks. The placement of the router can also affect performance. Also make sure router is up to date.
Apart from that would be the reboots.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
After the device has turned off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

It happens sometimes. Delete the current copies, don't hide from iTunes in the cloud if prompted, close iTunes, reopen, download from iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer.
While downloading click the download icon at the top right and uncheck Enable simultaneous downloads. You may find it more reliable that way.
