Wrong User name or Password while connecting from SAP Business One - PL26

I have restored my database on the server.I am using Patch Level PL26
I am getting an error while logging to Server
Wrong username and password....Message [131-93]
Is it because i have not imported the Temporary Liscence.But when i work on my laptop, it doesnt give me an error with the same username and Password.
I have checked SAP B1 Suite Service Manager also......it is "ON".
Can you please give me an help on this issues, why is it giving this error

Is there a problem in my SAP Business One Server installation
Steps i have followed to install the SAP Busines One Server
1 - PL26 - Packages - Server Tools - Setup
2 - SAPB1 - Packages - Server - Setup (Custom - Demo-India
3 - Client - setup
4 - PL26 - Packages - DIAPI - Setup
Not installed -
5 - Packages - Upgrader Common - Setup
Reason - I have been told that until and unless you import liscense, you cannot run Upgrader Common Setup.
Please if you can find out is this true ?
Is the problem coming because i have not run the Upgrader Common setup ?

It is not possible to create a new iCloud account using a Windows machine. You must create the account using a Mac (10.7.5 or more) or an IOS device (iPhone etc). Once that is done you can sign into and use the account on your Windows machine.

Alternatively, use Apple's Mail for the job. It has Templates too - and more of them.

Issue running a report from SAP Business One

I have an issue running a particular report from SAP Business One. I am using Crystal Reports Add-On, all of the reports are working fine except one. When accessing the last page of the report or any page from inside the report the followiong error appears in the dialog box:
Error in the File CollectionDate_Branch_wise {609BA059-89AF-41E9-9AEB-28CB16D13852}.rpt:
The request could not be submitted for background processing.

Do you mean you have a Main report that is written based on SQL Command and there are 8 subreports linked to the main report?
If that is the case, I assume when user select 'Document Type" eg invoice, it will pass that to the subreport and retrieve information?
This is how I will approach it.
1. Make sure the connection is consistent, if you are using ODBC(RDO) then make sure that is the same for main and subreport. You can check that in Set database connection. Right click on the connection, look at the Properties. Don't assume that the name is the same, eg: SBO_DemoUS, they are all ODBC(RDO) for instannce.
In Crystal, when you are using different connection, it will just prompts you a warning message and it will still run.
2. Delete all and only keep one subreport, example AR invoice and see it will still give a problem.
Replace the parameter with a set value in Record selection in subreport and see what happen.

Push data from sap business one to ECC with XI

Have you ever configured the scenario?We wanna push data from sap business one to ECC with XI,and vice versa.
We know that b1i have this funtion,but in our scenario,we need to create some addon table both in b1 and ecc,so does it mean that I can't use b1i in my special scenario?
We wanna utilize XI to solve our issue,then the scenario may be abapproxy to soap,or soap to abapproxy.But the problem is, how to program in the b1 side both in sender and receiver.Do you have any information about that?

The method to connect SAP Business One and ECC 6 using XI would be B1iSN2007. You could of course develop something your self using ABAP, IDoc and the Business One SDK, but B1i does this today and has 6 built in Business Scenarios. You can of course customize the existing scenarios and/or create your own much easier and faster than creating the whole thing from scratch.
If you are specifically interested in not using B1i ... you would want to post your question in the XI forum here on SDN.

XL Reporter error Unable to Connect to SAP Business One DI API

Hi Experts,
Im getting this error on one of our clients' workstations.
They have SAPB1 2005A PL 31.
We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the DIAPI and the whole client application as well. Same error.
It als gives an error after the initial error that says:
"Security Settings in Microsoft Excel prohibit XL Reporter from running."
Any suggestions?

To fix this XLR error 'unable to connect to SAP Business One DI API', do the following:
1. Go to control panel and uninstall SAP DI API
2. Run %temp%
3. Rename the folder SM_OBS_DLL
4. Go to the patch level package of the patch level you are using and install DI API. If you get a message that the installation already exists, ignore the message and proceed to install DI API.
XLR should work properly.

Export Excel Documents from SAP Business One

Hello Guys,
I have been having a problem with one of our customers regarding the export of documents from SAP Business One to Excel, Whenever a user tries to export a list to Excell SBO first exports it to a txt file. I found a thread where some of you had recommended to follow the steps of this procedure in order to allow the system to export the file directly into Excel:
1. On your desktop go To: "Start -> Programs -> Microsoft Office ->
Microsof Excel
2. In Excel go to:"Tools #> Options #> General" Tab.
3. De-select the tick-box "Ignore Other Applications"
In order to de-select the "Portection from Macro Viruses"
1. In Excel go to:"Tools -> Macro -> Security"
2. Set the security level to "Medium".
Change path from 'Local' to 'Server'
1. Define the path:
a) Choose "Administration"
b) Choose "System Initialization"
c) Choose "General Settings"
d) Select the "Path" tab
e) Define a path for the Excel folder by using the Browse (...)
option
Press 'Export to Excel' to open the 'AutoOpen.xls
Make sure you change / remove the 'Local;=True' Statement accordingly,
meaning:
Excel is Starting from the server: remove the statement.
Excel is Starting from the client: add the statement.
The Excel folder should be located in a shared Folder in the server and
it should contain the "AutoOpen.xls" file.
I followed all the steps up until the step where it tells me to press "Export to Excel" to open the "AutoOpen.xls" ( I believe it refers to the Excel Export Command) however when I click the icon it does not open the 'AutoOpen.xls. Does anybody know what the problem might be?? ( I checked the AutoOpen.xls" file and it does exist in the excel folder located in the shaerd folder)

Can you make sure your path is :
C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server\B1_SHR\ExclDocs\
Test with this and see what is your result ..make sure you are exporting with folder with Sharing folder B1_SHR .

Batch Printing Of Invoices from SAP Business One

Hi,
I am having trouble batch printing invoices from SAP business one. The issue is with only one printer, on all other printer it works fine.
Everytime we try to print on this printer(HP) it prints the first invoice and prints following error on the
next page.

Please try to do the following steps: (Not related to B1, but to the printer settings)
1.Open Start a Settings a Printers and Faxes
2.Right click on the desired printer and choose u2018Printing Preferencesu2019
3.In the u2018Advancedu2019 tab, change the field u201CPrint Optimizationsu2019 to u2018Disabledu2019
4.Click OK, and Exit.

Connecting DI API with wrong user name or password

I have an addon connecting to DI API by user login. If user types wrong username or password, the Company.Connect() runs endlessly. However I try to stop this process, I have no chance to do so.
I tried by starting the Company.Connect() in a separate thread, but I cannot shut down this thread, because this thread is endlessly trying to connect to DI API.
Even through using a timer I have no chance to cancel Company.Connect() after a defined period.
Anybody got an idea to solve this problem?

You may want to look at one of the samples that comes with the Business One SDK that use the DI API and have the user log into Business One. You can find one here ...

HT1430 My iPad wont accept my user name or password to connect to my email accounts

I Cannot get my emails on two aol accounts,it says my user name or password is incorrect but I have not altered it.tried deleting and re installing my email accounts but still no luck,any help would be appreciated tried syncing from my computer too.

Does the iPad connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Might try calling Apple to see if you can either get replacement originals, or Retail Tiger Disk, might have to talk to a product specialist & explain the no Disks deal.
You can check eBay, just be ertain the disks work for your particular model, many/most are machine specific.

P1102W wifi connection requires SSID pluss user name and password to connect

I had investigate how to connect my P1102w printer to the wifi and it is easy but here is the problem.
I have no problem searching with Printer wifi config my WIFI SSID. (usb printer plugged) but My connection requieres when SSID found a user and a password.
I have not find where does the printer have the option to set up my user name and password to login in the needed SSID.
Can sombody help me.

Yes, but the method is to simply connect the TC to the computer by ethernet and use it on a separate network. That is the best way to do it.. but you can also do the same thing better and easier with an external hard disk plugged in. For a desktop computer this is a better solution in a way. You will only be using the TC for Time Machine backups anyway.
