Wrong Video Category - Can This Be Changed?

Hello,
I backed up all my videos (season 5 of 24, and some music videos), and gave my powerbook a complete clean wipe.
I've just imported them back into iTune, but the TV Shows and the Music Videos, are now under the tab Movies - when before they were in their sepearate tabs.
I've went to Get Info, and under options it won't let me change the Video Kind - it's greyed-out and movie is selected.
Is there anyway to get the TV Shows and Music Videos into their own groups?

Yes, that appears how Mavericks works right now. However, you can open the Address Panel, select all your contacts, then click the To (or CC, or Bcc) buttons to move the selection to the address field.
If it is not already in the Toolbar, right-click on the Toolbar and select Customize Toolbar…
Then, drag the address panel up to wherever you want it.
You may also want to add it to the New Message window in the same way.

Walk it into the nearest Apple Store there in Ireland, admit you purposely avoided buying it there, and ask them to help you sort it out. I'm sure they'll be happy to service your overseas purchase.....

Change the mapping in /etc/postfix/aliases
I would however leave it as is and add an alias for root pointing to your desired address.
After you have edited /etc/postfix/aliases issue:
cd /etc/postfix
sudo postalias aliases
sudo newaliases
sudo postfix reload

You need to fresh install 10.6, programs fresh form original sources and return only vetted files (no TM migrations) from a regular storage drive
But this when erasing the drive use the Security Option: Zero All Data before installing 10.6
What has happened your data got corrupted and it's corrupted on the TM drive too.
So the Zero will map off bad sectors on your drive, the 10.6 install will be fresh, the programs will be fresh and only files will be returned, you'll find out in short order which ones they are.

Once you are back up, then consider making a option key bootable clone.

Recently the ID on sent texts comes thru as my Apple ID but no one knows me by that name/email. Can this be changed so that I come thru as my name if I'm a contact in their phone?

Check Settings>Messages>Send & Receive to make sure your phone number is listed and checked under "Start new conversations from". That was cause your iMessages to be addressed from your phone number rather than an email address. If the recipient has your number in their contacts, it will show as being from your name.

I've done some research on the SQLite database. Whenever Aperture hangs up (like during auto-stack or opening the filter hud) there are thousands of SQLite queries happening. These SQLite queries cause massive file I/O because the database is stored on the disk as 1kb pages. However, the OS is caching the database file; mine's only 12MB. I'm trying to track down some performance numbers for SQLite on osx but having trouble.
It's starting to look like most of the speed problems are in the libraries that Aperture uses instead of the actual Aperture code. Of course, that doesn't completely let the developers off the hook since they choose to use them in the first place.
Oh, and if anyone is curious, the database is completely open to queries using the command line sqlite3 tool. Here's the language reference http://www.sqlite.org/lang.html

That is apparently a design "feature." There is no setting (that I am aware of) to change tab sizes.

ITunes Store shows my old ID when asking for password. How can this be changed?

Apple requires that an ID be an email address so I changed mine to my email address. The same was changed in my iPad and iPhone settings. But when I try to download something from th Apps Store, iTunes shows my old ID. How can this be changed? Please help.

So when you changed it, you went into your Apple ID that was not using an email address, and EDITed the Apple ID to the email address, correct? Did you sign out of the iTunes & App Store on your device?

Touchpads are just that, touchpads.
You touch it and something happens unfortunately, you can't rest your fingers on it while your waiting to do something else or it triggers a response.
You either have to train yourself to remove your fingers and keep them suspended, causing wrist, arm and hand pain, or plug in a standard mouse where nothing happens until you press the button, like years of ergonomic experience has shown is a much superior method.
Touchpads are likely less expensive to produce and breakdown less often under warranty, so just like less expensive to produce glossy screens, it's a cost cutting measure they were incorporated into our devices and required users to adapt to sweeps, gestures and other useless actions for little benefit.
I've owned my Early 2011 MacBook Pro for a year now and have only used the trackpad once, the mushy keyboard perhaps only a couple of dozen times. Preferring external devices where I can rest my digits and nothing happens until I apply pressure or use a scroll wheel.
Needless to say my keyboard area is in brand new condiiton, remains covered from the original packaging, protects against dirt and spills too.
Mac's keyboard and trackpad area tend to wear out pretty fast, like in about 3 years, making one consider getting a new machine long before it physically fails.

When viewing and printing email from my Inbox, the "To" line and the date (upper right on email) appear in a pale gray color.
Am printing email on a Canon PIXMA MX310, and printing in full standard color becaue I need too keep the messages intact as far as font colors, highlights, etc.
Problem is when these pages are faxed and photocopied, the two pale gray areas often come out very light, too faded.
Can it be changed? .

P.S. An example is this cut and paste from this Apple Support Communities page where it shows the "sign out" link. See how pale the "Welcome" is. It is even lighter than that in my email.

I found that they do list in the order you put them on the phone, but when I had to do a reset/restore it placed them into a nearly alphabetical order.
I have found no way to manually change the order nor did my local Genius Bar.
