WRT120N, port problem! Manual reboot needed time to time.

I have this Linksys WRT120N, with the newest firmware (v1.0.04 build 002 Oct 15 2009 12:43:21)
I run a server at my home and also have others ports open for my own traffic. The problem is that time to time, the router blocks ALL ports except 80 and a few more? This means that my HTTP server goes down, I can't play Xbox live, and some other issues. My friend has the same router, the same firmware, and gets the same problem as me.
When are you going to fix that problem? Also it seems to be problem with the 802.11n, my laptop with atheroes can't connect to it using N.
And ACL is really crap I will promisse. When I make my second ACL, time based, it blocks internet for EVERYBODY, And then I've only listed one single mac-adress to that ACL. I'm studdy network and security, so I know what I'm doing, for example I have my own Cisco 2621 router, even if the interface difference alot. (GUI / Console). But it's is to noisy to have that router on 24/7 in a appartment on 27m².
I'm really waiting for a new firmware with a lot of bugfixes for WRT120N.

Have used the old firmware for a while and recently installed the new one. Still problems, now my internet gets lost time-to-time, very annoying for me who is playing online games! Also some weird thing. I upgraded from 1.0.02 to 1.0.05, but after the rebot, it said 1.0.04. I tripplechecked the firmware version, no fw named 1.0.04. Tried to download 1.0.05 again, and it ask if I want to replace the file (Only one file in that directory). After a second try it now says 1.0.05. But that makes me wonder whats more can get wrong during a fw upgrade. (The process for fw update: 1) Go to firmware upgrade in the router, waits for it to finnish. 2) Then holding resetbutton on the router for 30 seconds to restore all settings.)
1) Wireless still doesn't works. 802.11n I mean then, gets disconnected after a few seconds all the time.
2) The internets gets disconnected.
3) QoS list dissapears when saving it.
4) DMZ still blocks ports to my server time to time. Even when i manually open the needed ports if the DMZ would fail, which it does.
5)Time based ACL, makes all port doing "deny any any" faced to the internet, all the time, even when it's not suppose to be on.
The router is placed on a open space on the wall facing connections downwards, and it's not warm
So, what now? Trade me a better modell which really works?
