.WRT310N has excellent connection and signal, no internet connection

WRT310N connection works with strong signal but I can't connect to the internet. On the Network and Sharing Center box access is "Local only".  I've tried setting up from my DSL modem to the WRT310N then to my computer. That doesn't work at all. I presently have the modem connected to a Linksys hub then to the WRT310N. This allows a LAN connection to the internet but no internet connection over the wireless setup. Windows network diagnostics finds no problem with the computer's network connection. My computer OS is Windows Vista but the same problem occuurs on my XP computer

When you Hardwired your computer to the Linksys Router are you able to go online? On your Vista computer when it says that its connected to your Wireless Network the first thing which you need to check if you are getting the Proper IP address on your Vista computer.
On your Vista computer click on Start - Search - CMD and hit enter and in the Command prompt window type "ipconfig" and hit enter and check the IP address for "Wireless Network Connection" and the IP address it should be in your Routers Range. The Default IP for the Linksys router is 192.168.1.1.  If you are getting the right IP address under Wireless Network Connection, Then again in the Command Prompt window type "ping 4.2.2.2" and hit enter and check if you are getting any replies, If yes then again in the Command Prompt type "ping yahoo.com" and check if you are getting replies, If yes. 
Then on your computer try to Disable the Firewall and Antivirus on your Computer and then check if you are Online.
