WRT54G did not update to daylight savings time

The WRT54G is hardware v1.1, firmware v4.30.5
On the basic set up page, I have checked the "Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings time chages", however, it did not update the clock for daylight savings time this weekend.  This has caused numerous outages due to the Access Restrictions that are defined.
What do I need to do to have the router update its clock for daylight savings time

You shouldn't have to do anything, but since it doesn't work... hard reset the router by pressing the reset button in back and reconfigure the router from scratch.  See if that works and gets the correct time from your ISP.

  • Weather bug clock did not update to daylight savings

    The weather bug clock did not go to daylight savings time. My Samsung fascinate is new and I checked for updates and there are none.

    My clock was an hour ahead for my home city. I opened Weather bug. Then went to Menu and selected "My city list". I deleted my home city and any other cities. Your homepage will show no city. Then I selected "Select city" on the menu, typed in an found my city again and selected it.Now the time is correct. Finally.

  • ColdFusion did not adjust for Daylight Savings Time change

    Both my 8 and 11 machines did not adjust for DST over the weekend. The computer times look ok, but CF times are still an hour behind. We've restarted the server, which did not fix the problem. Any suggestions?
    Thanks!

    Do you have ALL CF Server updates/hotfixes applied?  I don't _know_ that any CF updates included the new rules for DST changing; but that's the first thing I'd check, if it were my system.
    What web server are you using?  Built-in, Apache, IIS?  Could there be a setting in there that might affect the DST difference?
    Just off the top of my head.

  • My laptop iCloud calendar did not adjust to daylight savings time.  Do I need to manually move all the appointments are is there somewher I can do this.  All I found was the time zone adjustmant and that didn't help

    when daylight saving time started last Sunday, my iCloud appointments on my laptop moved up one hour to 9 a.m.  They're supposed to be at 10 a.m. which is what's showing on my iPhone.  Is there an adjustment for this somewhere?  I tried the time zone adjustment, nothing there was helpful.

    Please please help me, if you know how.

  • Saskatchewan does not change to daylight savings time

    Saskatchewan does not change to daylight savings time but my calendar on my iPhone 5s changed and my iMac stayed the same and the iMac time is the correct one

    Automatically changing the date and time when set to automatically is carrier dependent since that is acquired by the cell tower the iPhone is connected with.

  • JRE Update regarding Daylight Savings Time changes

    Hi,
    Is there a JRE Update to be released anytime soon dealing with the US Daylight Savings Time changes?
    A similar update was released for the DST changes in Australia (JRE 1.5.0 Update 6). The link to information page is:
    http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/Intl/AusTimeZone/
    If there is an update coming for US, when would it be?
    Thanks,
    Vinay.

    If you had read through the bugs related to the one
    whose link was in the post just before yours, you
    would have seen this one:
    http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=639
    1777
    which appears to answer your question.If I read the bug report right, a fix was made to JDK 1.3.1 to handle the Australia situation. Are you pointing me to the workaround or a potential fix for the US timezone issue?
    The bug report says: "This fix is based on tzdata2006a." Does this tzdata file include an entry for the March 2007 onwards change in the US?

  • IPhone not picking up Daylight Savings Time

    In reviewing last year, I see that there was an issue with iPhones making the time switch to Daylight Savings Time (it appeared to be limited to New Mexico).
    Well, it seems to be happening again. My wife and I are in New Jersey and neither of our iPhones made the auto switch. I assume it is an AT&T issue (again) but I'm curious if anybody else is seeing this?
    I guess the work around for now is to turn off auto and set it yourself. Irritating.

    You may get your wish one day which at the earliest would be sometime in 2010 and if so, then you will be talking to a bunch of idiots at whichever provider for the iPhone as none of the front line folks who answer the phone for technical support issues and questions with cellular providers are overpaid by any means, and some are not going to become a rocket scientist.
    The few times I've called AT&T customer or technical support, I have no complaints whatsoever, which has been about the same with every provider I've used.
    There are Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile subscribers who say the very same thing at times - "I just got off the phone with a bunch of idiots at - fill in the blank".

  • IPOD and Mac did not properly adjust for Daylight Savings Time

    Hi, I have noticed that my iPod and my Mac Mini do not appear to have the latest update for Daylight Savings Time.  There were a few adjustments this year that do not seem to be reflected on the Mac devices  ???  I was using my iPod for time and was thrown off when time change before DST went into affect.

    So, in your system preferences on the mini, under Date and Time, you have the box checked that says "Set date and time automatically"? Then, on the time zone tab, you have selected your correct time zone? I typically leave the box there unchecked that says to try and set automatically using current location.

  • Solaris 10 u8 system did not update daylight savings time

    I am running Solaris 10 u8 x86, and my system did not update for the daylight savings time change on Nov. 1, 2009. I am in the US/Mountain time zone. What should I do?
    Patch 141517-04 is installed, I assume it came with u8.
    Does this have something to with JAVA Time Zone updater? I saw this:
    http://java.sun.com/javase/timezones/tzdata_versions.html
    Shouldn't u8 take care of all this automatically? Do I have to somehow get TZUT 1.3.20? By contacting support? What?
    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    BTW, I'm running 64-bit Solaris as a VirtualBox (3.0.10) guest VM on a 32-bit WinXP host.

  • Daylight Savings Time not changing

    I have a Verizon Wireless iPhone 4 and the time didn't change for daylight savings time today. It is set to do it automaticly and I also tried to sync it to see if it would change but it didn't. Any advice?

    I, too, suffered the same problem with my iphone 4, os 4.3. My phone did not spring forward an hour, unless I turned it off to do so automatically in the settings. However, my son has a 3gs and his phone DID spring forward. Same house, same AT&T, same os, same everything except for the type of phone. Very strange. I restarted my phone two times, but the only thing that would make it spring forward was to turn off "Set Automatically," then it moved, but if I turned it back on it would go back an hour. Erg.

  • Update for the new Daylight Savings Time on March 11, 2007

    Is there and update for the new Daylight Savings Time on March 11, 2007. the government changed it for this year. iCal won't let you modify the event.

    Macspacedog,
    Welcome to Apple Discussions.
    As you have noticed, you cannot modify a subscribed calendar.
    Since your system has been updated to 10.4.8 it will recognize the change, but the current Holiday Calendar available through Apple-Mac OS X-iCal-Library has not yet been updated to reflect the change.
    If you want to subscribe to a different calendar, it appears that the iCalShare Holiday Calendar has been properly updated to reflect the correct Daylight Savings time.
    ;~)

  • I did not update in time, now I have problems and I cannot seem to update ical.

    I did not update in time, now I have problems and I cannot seem to update ical. Can someone help guide me?

    Apple said to update ical. I guess I waited too long because my calendars and all my events disappeared. I tried syncing with my iPhone and it deleted my calendars off my iPhone. Double clicking on a calendar invite does not work either, it won't open or populate my ical. I requested an update through Mobileme to get ical working again and nothing..... It does not appear to want to update or start working again. Is this an issue with Apple ical in general?

  • EST - Support Daylight Savings Time or not?

    We have found an issue with Daylight Savings Time, the "EST" timezone and Solaris. In Java, the "EST" timezone is flagged as supporting Daylight Savings Time. In Solaris, "EST" does NOT support Daylight Savings Time. The Solaris setting is based on the zoneinfo files that come from ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ (presumably an "official" US Government source). In the "northamerica" file, "EST" is equated to "America/Indianapolis" which is the part of Indiana that does NOT support Daylight Savings Time.
    So, it would appear that Java supporting DST for "EST" would be a bug but I haven't been able to find any other references to this issue. Anyone have any insight on this?
    Mark

    I believe the following example will be of some help.
    java.util.TimeZone zone;
    java.util.Calendar gcal;
    java.text.SimpleDateFormat form = new java.text.SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm z");
    gcal=new java.util.GregorianCalendar(2004,(4-1),4,14,30);// with default timezone
    long t0=gcal.getTimeInMillis();
    zone = TimeZone.getTimeZone("America/New_York");// New_York
    System.out.println(zone.getID());
    form.setTimeZone(zone);
    gcal.setTimeInMillis(t0);
    System.out.println(form.format(gcal.getTime()));
    zone = TimeZone.getTimeZone("America/Indianapolis");// Indianapolis
    System.out.println(zone.getID());
    form.setTimeZone(zone);
    gcal.setTimeInMillis(t0);
    System.out.println(form.format(gcal.getTime()));
