WRT54GX4 issue

My company currently has a WRT54GX4 for the laptops as a replacement for a now completely failed WRT54g v1.0. I've read some issues about internet connectivity dropped but this is different. My WRT will stay connected but drop to 5.5mbps with excellent signal. Once in a while the connection will drop and come back but mostly it just stays at 5.5mbps. What is weirder is that one laptop is usually used less than 20 feet from the router and still drops to 5.5mbps and stays there until the connection is repaired and then stays at 54mbps for only a minute at most then starts falling back to 5.5 slowly. The Firmware is 10.00.17, the Beacon is set to 50, Its hardset to Chan 11 and the RTS and Fragmentation are both decreased by 40 and I still get the exact same issue.
All laptops have internal 54g adapters so none of them are SRX enabled but should still work. we have a printer/fax on a 802.11b jet direct and a WPC54G installed into one desktop with a PCMCIA/PCI Adapter and everything sees the exact same issue. Some help would be great since the original WRT54G is now completely out of service and we are solely reliant on the SRX400 for all our wireless.

First of all, I only meant to suggest that you turn off the wireless B devices temporarily, just to see if this corrected your wireless problem.  I didn't intend for this to be the permanent solution to your problem.
If turning off your wireless B devices corrects your wireless problem, then there are two more permanent solutions to your problem:
1)  Since you already have an ethernet wire for the workstation, and it is located near the printer, simply install a 5-port switch (for example, the SD205)  on the end of this wire.   Then wire the workstation and the printer to the switch.  (Note: this assumes your printer has a 10/100 port.)
or
2)  Get a wireless G print server (for example, the WPS54G), and connect it to the USB port on the printer.  (Turn off the wireless - B).  This would convert your wireless B printer to a wireless G printer.
Hope this helps.

• WRE54G - WRT54GX4 - Issues!

I have had this range expander for approximately 4 years now.  It works, I mean blue lights and all and I can connect to it, but I could never access the web utility.  I tried to plug it into the router, results in a lost connection. Tried changing the IP to static, but, changes me from network 2 to network 3, looses connection, then wants to repair it back to DHCP. This was all done on the wired computer. Running windows 7.
On the wireless computer, plugged it in to the ethernet port on the back of the computer, changed the ip to 192.168.1.5  and dns to 68.87.77.134, somehow, got to the setup page for the utility, but that's it.  As soon as I tried to change any settings, I lost connection. I don't know what firmware version I have cause I can't access the utility.  The expander is version 3.  The firmware on my router is up to date.
Any help anyone could pass along my way would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you all so much.

Press and hold the reset button for 30 seconds...Release the reset button...Unplug the power cable from your Expander, wait for 30 seconds and re-connect the power cable...
Connect your Expander to a computer, click on the Start button >>> Settings >>> Control Panel >>> Network Connections - Right click on the icon for Local area connection and go to properties- On the 'General' tab select 'Internet Protocol TCP/IP' and click on the Properties button- Select 'Use the following IP address'- Provide IP Address - 192.168.1.5, Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0...Click on Ok button to Save and Click on "Close" on main Properties window...
Now open an Internet Explorer browser page on your wired computer(desktop). In the address bar type - 192.168.1.240. Leave the Username blank & in Password use admin in lower case...It should open your Expander set-up...

• Wrt54gx4 configuartion issues

The setup cd was too damaged to run so I've attempted manual.  First wireless or networking attempt ever.  Everything is conected and have pinged it sucessfully.  When attempting to connect to http://192.168.1.1 connection fails.  I also disabled firewalls and can't get in.  My computer see's the linksys but it's not configured.  Don't have any protection, it's open.
Frustrated.

Hi …….
Well in this case, where you are unable to log into the setup page of the router then first reset the router by holding and pressing the reset on the back panel for 30seconds.
Then try to log into the setup page of the router with http://192.168.1.1 username leave blank and the password is admin. If this still does not works then try to log into the setup page of the router from the start > run > http://192.168.1.1 .
If you are still unable to log into the setup page of the router, then try the same thing with a different Pc.

• IMac will not get a good connection to Linksys WRT54GX4

I've seen similar reports as this, but nothing exactly like it, so I'm not sure if its the same problem or unrelated. I've got this Early 2006 20" Intel iMac. It will NOT connect correctly to my Linksys WRT54GX4 SRX400 Linksys router. It seems to work fine for a bit, but then I the connection deteriorates. I have a Macbook that has absolutely no problem.
The iMac connects to the network about 50 percent of the time. Sometimes it just says there's an error. When it does connect it works fine for a bit. The signal strength is great, and I can stream movies in iTunes to my Macbook. I don't know what causes it, but 15 minutes later or so, the signal strength is only showing 2 bars (the router is literally 20 feet away with no obstruction), and iTunes sharing of movies no longer works. This is crucial to my setup in my house, as I'm using the macbook as a faux AppleTV to watch movies on my TV that are stored on my iMac.
What's odd is that the macbook works perfectly from even further distances, as well as some of my roommates Windows PCs. And they work indefinitely. I noticed in the system profiler that the iMac and the Macbook have different Airport Card information. The iMac says it has Broadcom firmware, the Macbook just lists a version number.
Is Apple working on patching this?
If not, would I be able to get Apple to install a newer Airport Card in my iMac?

Welcome to Discussions, MikeCP66!
You ask "Is Apple working on patching this?" to which the answer is that the patch has been successfully completed. It is AirPort Extreme Update 2007-002 plus the 10.4.9 Update, and this appears to have corrected the wireless issues of most iMac users, both Core Duo and Core 2 Duo.
I'm assuming that along with your up-to-date OS 10.4.9, you also are up to date with iMac firmware (Boot ROM Version in System Profiler), SMC firmware (SMC Version), and with AirPort Extreme Update 2007-002 recently installed.
I'm also assuming your Linksys firmware has been verified to be up to date. If you're uncertain about what I'm referring to in any of this, please ask. The Linksys and both Macs must all be set for using the exact same type of encryption, of course with the exact same network name and password.
If all the above is ok, power down your computers. Power down and disconnect your Linksys. After a minute, reconnect your Linksys and power it back up. Power your Macs back up and turn on AirPort in both, using the menu bar icons.
Open the iMac's Network panel of System Preferences. Change the "Show:" selector from "Network Status" to "AirPort" and also click "AirPort" in the menu bar of that pane.
Set the "By default, join:" selector to "Preferred networks" and delete ALL networks from the list. Click the "Apply Now" button at the bottom right, after which no name should appear in that list.
Click the "Options..." button, set the "If no preferred networks are found:" selector to "Keep looking for recent networks" and uncheck the box "Automatically add new networks to the preferred networks list."
Click the blue "OK" button, again click the "Apply Now" button, and close System Preferences. Restart the iMac. AirPort will still be turned on, it will see your correct network name, although it will not be connected to any network.
Open System Preferences to the Network panel and go to "Show: AirPort" and again to the "AirPort" pane. Click the little + box and in the drop-down box select your network's method of "Wireless Security" followed by entering the network name and password.
Click the blue "OK" button, then the "Apply Now" button at the bottom right.
Your iMac's AirPort icon should shortly darken, indicating a connection, and checking it AirPort should be connected to your network, and should stay connected the same as the MacBook's does.
If not, until proven otherwise, some speculation might be suggested to Apple that the AirPort Extreme card within the iMac is not properly connected.

• WRT54GX4 - variable router DL speeds

I think this problem has been going on for months, but it really only became noticeable when I started using Xbox Live. Basically, I have a WRT54gx4 (with the latest firmware, 1.00.20 I believe) with UPnP enabled, all xbox live ports forwarded; wireless MAC address ID filter.
The problem occurs like this - my wireless router DL speeds may be approximately close to my wired modem speeds (~ 5 Mbps) (Note: the upload speeds are always fine) for a couple of days (~4-5) on all my computers on my wireless network, and then for some odd reason will crash to subpar speeds 1 Mbps for all my computers and I'm pretty sure the Xbox as well (which uses the Microsoft adapter).
The effects are most noted when online gaming as playing with a 1 Mbps connection is challenging if not impossible. This 1 Mbps connection will remain constant for ~2-3 days (despite restarting the router) before returning back to 5 Mbps. During all this time, my wired modem connection is fine, meaning my ISP is fine.
I'm pretty sure this problem has existed prior to getting Xbox Live, as I have noticed slow periods of internet, but I never bothered to investigate it until now. I am also aware of the P2P programs and I'm pretty sure this is not the issue in this case.
Any help / information would be appreciated.

Hey Gollum, I've already mentioned that my router's firmware is the latest (1.00.20 on the Linksys product website). Reducing the MTU won't be possible, as XBox Live no longer works at 1350

• Back to my Mac with LinkSys WRT54GX4

Verizon FIOS at home with Linksys WRT54GX4 UPnP enabled in front of Mac Pro. No issues with BtmM on the local LAN or WLAN (shares & screen sharing) from Mac Book Pro. Feature is enabled on both with the same .Mac account. iDisk and sync to .Mac both work on the machines.
Any clues to why BtmM doesn't show either host when away from the LAN/WLAN?
Thanks!

A little more information...
On the Mac Pro, I did a fresh install from scratch on a clean disk, then used the migration assistant only to move my user folder. All apps re-installed from media/downloads. On the MacBook Pro, I did a full backup to an external drive, then used the migration assistant to transfer all apps and user settings.
On the Mac Pro under the 'SHARED' section of the side bar, I see only my MacBook Pro. On the MacBook Pro, I see 'All', then I can browse to find my Mac Pro. This to me seems to be the problem. The MBP has been used on a windows network at the office in a Windows 2003 AD setting. I wonder if somehow this is the problem.
TIA for your help!!!

• Help Understanding Loss Of WiFi Issue

Hello,
I am running into a stange issue. I am trying to help my neighbors with a wiFi issue. They have a cable modem BEFSR41 v3 and a WRT54GX4. Everytime there is a power surge or outage, they loose internet and have to usually reboot both modems. The BEFSR41 is the DHCP, I have the DHCP turned off on the WRT54GX4. This time the BEF** kept the internet going and the WRT** lost the internet and we had to reboot it to get connection again??
I never loose internet after a surge or power outage when it returns. I am using the same BEFSR41 v2 and a ONQ WL-330gw wireless access point. I never have to reboot, internet always comes back after outage.
I am lost on trying to figure out the issue for reboot at my neighbors when I do not have to at my house? Could their cable modem be bad?
Thanks JR

Try to upgrade/re-flash the firmware on your router.
Connect the computer with the Ethernet cable to the router.
Download the latest firmware from Linksys website and save it on your computer. Open the setup page of the router. Click on Administration tab and go to Firmware upgrade sub tab. Browse the firmware file that you have already downloaded and upgrade it on your router.
After upgrading the firmware on the router, it is recommended that you should reset the router and reconfigure it. Press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds. Release the reset button and wait for 30 seconds. Power cycle the router and reconfigure it.
Also try to change some advanced wireless settings on the router. Click on Wireless tab and go to Advanced wireless settings. Change the Beacon interval to 75, RTS threshold to 2307 and fragmentation threshold to 2306. Save the settings.

• WRT54GX4 SRX400 Connection keeps dropping

hey guys. i need some help.
I have the WRT54GX4 SRX400 router and for some reason, the wired connection likes to drop out every now and then and I don't know why.
Other than wireless security and router security, all settings are default. I also have the 1.00.20 (newest) firmware.
I can best describe it as this. I have AOL Instant Messenger running the background whenever I'm doing something. It likes to lose connection and sign off but immediately after several seconds reconnects.
Same thing happens when I play games online. I would be midgame on COD4 then a Connection Interrupted screen would pop up and I would lag for up to a minute before going to normal. I don't know if this affects my other roomates. My PC is connected by a 25 ft cable Cat 5 Cable. COuld it be that there's loss in the cable because it's too long/not CAT6 or the router is not strong enough to push the signal all the way through? I have Optimum cable and just had it repaired because we lost service for a day and know that is not the issue.
We used this router in my home home until my dad upgraded and it sat in the basement and never had this issue
Any help = appreciated.
Thanks!

First you need to make sure you are facing the same problem on your other computers? If its a problem only with your computer, then it might be the problem with your computer itself. In this case you need to change some settings on your computer i think this might solve the problem.
Click on Start - Control Pannel - Network Connections - now right click on Local Area Connections and click on Properties and below the General Tab you need to click on "Configure" and click on the "Advanced" tab under "Properties"you need to select "Speed and Duplex" or "Links Speed and Duplex Mode" and under "Value" change it to "10MB Half Duplex" and click on Ok. Once you make this changes on your Computer i think you shouldnt face that problem again.
If you are facing the same connectivity problem on your all other computers, then it might be the problem with the Router itself. Open an Internet Explorer browser page on a computer hard wired to the router...In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1...Leave the Username blank & in Password use admin in lower case...
Below the Setup tab you will find MTU, which will be set to AUTO so you need to change it to Manual and change the Size from 1500 to 1365 and click on Save Settings. This might solve the connectivity problem on your wired computer.

• WRT54GX4 RF links die

I have one of the early WRT54GX4 (V1.0) which has been running 24x7 since installed on 3/15/06 with no issues up to about 1 week ago.  Currently it's running 1.00.17 Firmware release (dated 4/30/2006).  The client NICs are SRX400 - WPC54GX4 - 1.0, WMP54GX - 1.0 and a D-Link PCI adapter (a leftover froma D-Link system I trashed because of poor WAP reliability).
Suddenly  about 1 week ago the netwrok had a short episode where the all the wireless links went down.  All links failed.  I rebooted the WRT and things came back up.  Then 3 days later all links went down again but rebooting didn't fix the problem.  I've re-flashed the firmware but still the wireless side will not connect.  I've reset the Pass-phrase in all the clients and the WAP. I've checked the configurations (infrastructure).  I tried switching to clients to Ad-Hoc and they would connect for a short period of time but then they'd disconnect.  This continued to cycle. (I've never used Ad-Hoc so I'm not really sure of what to expect.)  The wired connections work fine, the router portion works fine, DHCP works fine, connection to the WAN is 100% solid.
When I look for WAPs using the "Monitor" I can see it and the signal strength seems to be about what it was before the probalems (92%).  The strange thing is that I don't see as many other WAPs as previously and it is the same on all the clients.  (Not sure if this is related.)
Unfortunately, I don't have access to the RF toys I used when I put my original Proxim wireless in 12 years ago so I'm kind of working blind.
I recall seeing a comment someplace (on another forum) that the early WRT54GX series had a reputation for the power suppy (wall-wort?) going south.
The unit is still under the limited warranty and I could easily send it for a look see but since the wired side of the router is working and it is part of my home-office I'd really like to get some outside opinions.  (I'll have to go buy something to put in its place while the WRT is out getting blessed.)
Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

hi , you can try and change a few wireless settings on the router before you send it back
access the router using http://192.168.1.1 "admin" is the passowrd...
go to the wireless section and select channel 11...save settings....now go to the advanced wireless settings and reduce the beacon interval to 50 , also reduce the RTS and fragmentation threshold by 40 each.....save settings...
try and connect to the wireless network now and then observe.

• MacBook Pro/WRT54GX4 Router -- continuous connection drops

Hi. I've seen similar messages addressing this kind of problem but have yet to see a solution and was hoping someone could help: I just purchased a new MacBook Pro with the latest Leopard version. When I try to connect to my WRT54GX4 Wireless-G router at home the connection keeps dropping (like every 30 seconds or so) and I can never get on the internet. My current security is WEP and I'm very reluctant to change it because all of my other devices (including an iMac, WinXP laptop, SlingBox and Wii) work fine.
I've already tried upgrading the firmware and checking the same MacBook on another wireless network -- and it works fine there.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I FOUND A SOLUTION THAT WORKS!!!! First a little back story. Got my Mac Blackbook and the wi-fi worked great from my Linksys wrt54g2 router. Moved to Germany and into an apartment and my connection issues started happening. My MB would connect once then loose connection quickly and would only recover connection if i either closed and re-opened my screen, or re-connected to my network... then it would drop again before my next page turn. After multiple days of research I read about SOOOO many others having this issue and the fact the Apple pretty much refused to acknowledge the issue. It seemed that sometime near the OX 10.4.2 update the airport driver got fubar'd leaving all those with Intel based macs wi-fi connects messed up. Some of the solutions i read about and tried had to do with changing my WEP connection to WPA. This did not work, but i left it as WPA as my research finds it a more secure connection. I also read about and tried setting my Wireless RTA Threshold in my router to 256 from the *2432 default. This as well did not work, though I have left it at this setting as it seems to be the best value for MAC's connecting over wi-fi. This is not true for PC's though so be careful. More research, more research, o' my brain hurts and my patience is wearing..... then BINGO!!! I found a thread about connection issues that pertained to MB's not connecting to local-network printers. The poster mentioned that MAC's seem to have a hard time connecting to networks that had more than one wi-fi network present. This is my issue i thought. I have 8 in my available connections now. In my old home I had just mine. So i followed the directions suggested and it has now been 2 weeks of 100% perfect wi-fi connections. Below is the excerpt from this page, http://www.macintouch.com/readerreports/macbookpro/topic2005.html (Do a find for “Little Snitch”). The program the writer talks about is called Little Snitch found here, http://www.obdev.at/products/littlesnitch/index.html. It's a $29 dollar program, but in my mind its well worth it to make my $1500 Blackbook work! This may not be the Apple Fix we have been waiting for them, but its completely working for me.
I have used Little Snitch software for several years, and it occurred to me that I might be able to use it to block any connections with the other network. Using the latest version (v.2), go to Preferences, or Little Snitch Configuration, choose Rules under the Window menu, and click the New button. In the pop-up window that shows up, click on the gear icon and choose "Choose System Process." A file open box opens, and under the folder "libexec," choose "airportd." "airportd" is the system daemon that controls the Airport card in the MacBook Pro. In the box that comes up, set the main menu to "Allow Connections" and the Server menu to "Local Network."
• No Wireless Issues - Post Your Router

There is a "Wireless Issues - Post Your Router" thread, so this one will take a look at all routers that do NOT have any issues at all with any model of MacBook Pro. Unfortunately I can't add to it personally since Airport won't connect to my Linksys WRT54G intermittently. I was looking at the DLink DI-634M, so if anyone has any experience with that one, please post that as well.

• New DVR Issues (First Run, Channel Switching, etc.)

I've spent the last 30 minutes trying to find answers through the search with no luck, so sorry if I missed something.
I recently switched to FIOS from RCN cable in New York.  I've gone through trying to setup my DVR and am running into issues and was hoping for some answers.
1.  I setup two programs to record at 8PM, I was watching another channel at the time and only half paying attention.  Around 8:02 I noticed a message had popped up asking if I would like to switch channels to start recording.  I was expecting it to force it to switch like my old DVR, but in this case it didn't switch and I missed the first two minutes of one of the shows.  I typically leave my DVR on all day and just turn off the TV, this dual show handling will cause issues with that if I forget to turn off the DVR.  Is there a setting I can change that will force the DVR to choose one of the recording channels?
2.  I setup all my recordings for "First Run" because I only want to see the new episodes.  One show I setup was The Daily Show on comedy central, which is shown weeknights at 11pm and repeated 3-4 times throughout the day.  My scheduled recordings is showing all these as planned recordings even though only the 11pm show is really "new".  Most of the shows I've setup are once a week so they aren't a problem, but this seems like it will quickly fill my DVR.  Any fixes?
Thanks for the help.
Solved!
Go to Solution.

I came from RCN about a year ago.  Fios is different in several ways, not all of them desirable.  Here are several ways to get--and fix--unwanted recordings from a series recording setup.
Some general principles.
Saving changes.  When you originally create a series with options, or if you go back to edit the options for an existing series, You MUST save the Series Options changes.  Pretty much everywhere else in the user interface, when you change an option, the change takes effect immediately--but not in Series Options.  Look at the Series Options window.  Look at the far right side.  There is a vertical "Save" bar, which you must navigate to and click OK on to actually save your changes.  Exiting the Series Options window without having first saved your changes loses all your attempted changes--immediately.
Default Series Options.  This is accessed  from [Menu]--DVR--Settings--Default Series Options.  This will bring up the series options that will automatically be applied to the creation of a NEW series. The options for every previously created series will not be affected by a subsequent modification of the Default Series Options.  You should set these options to the way you would like them to be for the majority of series recordings that you are likely to create.  Be sure to SAVE your changes.  This is what you will get when you select "Create Series Recording" from the Guide.  When creating a new series recording where you think that you may want options different from the default, select "Create Series with Options" instead.  Series Options can always be changed for any individual series set up later--but not for all series at once.
Non-series recordings.  With Fios you have no directly available options for these.  With RCN and most other DVRs, you can change the start and end times for individual episodes, including individual episodes that are also in a series.  With Fios, your workarounds are to create a series with options for a single program, then delete the series later;  change the series options if the program is already in a series, then undo the changes you made to the series options later; or schedule recordings of the preceding and/or following shows as needed.
And now, to the unwanted repeats.
First, make sure your series options for the specific series in question--and not just the series default options--include "First Run Only".  If not, fix that and SAVE.  Then check you results by viewing the current options using the Series Manager app under the DVR menu.
Second, and most annoying, the Guide can have repeat programs on your channel tagged as "New".  It happens.  Set the series option "Air Time" to "Selected Time".  To make this work correctly, you must have set up the original series recording after selecting the program in the Guide at the exact time of a first run showing (11pm, in your case), and not on a repeat entry in the Guide.  Then, even it The Daily Show is tagged as New for repeat showings, these will be ignored.
Third, another channel may air reruns of the program in your series recording, and the first showing of a rerun episode on the other channel may be tagged as "New".  These can be ignored in your series if you set the series option "Channel" to "Selected Channel".  Related to this, if there is both an SD and HD channel broadcasting you series program, you will record them both if the series option "Duplicates" is set to "Yes".  However, when the Channel option is set to "Selected Channel", the Duplicates Option is always effectively "No", regardless of what shows up on the options screen.
As for you missing two minutes,  I have sereral instances in which two programs start recording at the same time.  To the best of my recollection, whenever the warning message has appeared, ignoring it has not caused a loss of recording time.  You might have an older software version.  Newest is v.1.8.  Look at Menu--Settings--System Info.  Or, I might not have noticed the loss of minutes.  I regularly see up to a minute of previous programming at the start of a recording, or a few missing seconds at the beginning or end of a recording.  There are a lot of possibilities for that, but the DVR clock being incorrect is not one of them.  With RCN, the DVR clocks occasionally drifted off by as much as a minute and a half.

Dear Jayanti,
We required prorata basis pension in case of left employees and system is not doing this. This is the issue. As per our PF experts Pension amount should come on prorata basis for left employees in case they left mid of month.System is doing prorata basis last year but from this year it is deducting 541. I am giving two RT cases of different years.

• Open PO Analysis - BW report issue

Hello Friends
I constructed a query in BW in order to show Open Purchase Orders. We have custom DSO populated with standard
datasource 2lis_02_itm (Purcahse Order Item). In this DSO we mapped the field ELIKZ to the infoobject 0COMP_DEL
(Delivery completed).
We loaded the data from ECC system for all POs and found the following issue for Stock Transport Purchase orders (DocType = UB).
We have a PO with 4 line items. For line items 10 and 20, Goods issued, Goods received and both the flags "Delivery
complete" and "Final delivery" checked. For line items 30 and 40, only delivery indicator note is issued for zero
quantity and Delivery complete flag is checked (Final delivery flag is not checked) in ECC system. For this PO, the
delivery completion indicator is not properly updated in the DSO for line items 30 and 40. The data looks like the
following:
DOC_NUM     DOC_ITEM       DOCTYPE     COMP_DEL
650000001       10     UB        X
650000001       20     UB        X
650000001       30     UB
650000001       40     UB
When we run the Open PO analysis report on BW side this PO is appearing in the report but the same is closed in ECC
system.
Any help is appreciated in this regard.
Thanks and Regards

Hi Priya and Reddy
       Thanks for your response.
Yes the indicator is checked in EKPO table for items 30 and 40 and delta is running regularly for more than 1 year and no issues with other POs. This is happening only for few POs of type Stock Transport (UB).
I already checked the changes in ME23N and the Delivery completed indicator was changed and it reflected in EKPO table. Further, i checked the PSA records for this PO and i am getting the records with the Delivery completed flag but when i update from PSA to DSO the delivery completed indicator is not updating properly.
In PSA, for item 30 i have the following entries. Record number 42 is capturing the value X for ELIKZ but after that i am getting two more records 43 and 44 with process key 10 and without X for ELIKZ. I think this is causing the problem.
Record No.    Doc.No.                    Item              Processkey         Rocancel     Elikz
        41               6500000001            30                    11                            X           ---
        42               6500000001            30                    11                            ---           X
        43               6500000001            30                    10                            X           ---
        44               6500000001            30                    10                            ---         ---
(Here --- means blank)
Thanks and Regards

• HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M602 driver issue

Hello,
I've got issue with 600-series printers. We use the latest UPD drivrer ver. 61.175.1.18849 and print from XenApp 6.5. The error occurs every time when users try to print jpg files from XenApp session. It only happens with 600 series printers and UPD.
Also I've tried to assign native 600-series driver ver. 6.3.9600.16384 and it works good. But with that driver system says that it's color printer and it brokes our printing reports. These reports are very important for us. So we can't use printer and that driver as well.
Printer installed on Windows Server 2012 R2. All clients are Windows 7 x64. XenApp Servers are Server 2008R2.
Is it possible to get fixed UPD driver or correct native driver for Server 2012 R2?
Regards,
Anatoly

I am sorry, but to get your issue more exposure I would suggest posting it in the commercial forums since this is a commercial printer. You can do this at Printers - LaserJet.
