WSIF Error while invoking database

i exposed a webservice from jdeveloper to call a function into database . this webservice has both input and output
so , it is synchronous and i expect to have the result within 2 secs with large data , but sometimes , the result is returned after 10 or 12 secs .
these last period is not accepted from the customer at all .
i am using oracle BPEL to call this webservice using asynchronous BPEL process , as i will use - in the future - human tasks . but the result returned after long time
so , i tried to include in my scope onalarm ( parallel with the scope ) and i gave it 3 secs . so , i thought in the begining that the onalarm will work if the time excceeds the 3 secs
but ,
i realized that all my transation is one transaction as there is no any activity till now to divide the whole transaction to two transactions so , if there is any thing wrong in the webservice or it take long time the whole BPEL fail with no instance at all , so this solution fails .
i tried alot with many properties for the partner link till i used the
"*nonblockinginvoke*" property that senses the time and made a new transaction to me and it senses the time already , so , if the webservice takes more than 3 secs it passes in my new flow that i will handle this error .
but if the webservice takes 2 secs the invoke will be done (no onalarm in this case )and returning to me this new ERROR
i tried to understand it but with no use till now
please if any one knows this error explains to me what this error means?

where 6014 is actually the value i am filling in input_number field. The issue is that if i create new application and using the same db adapter it is working, but for some reason it is giving me this error for the current application.
I'm using the same DB connection for calling other procedures and they are working with the same application.

The problem was in the DB Adapter. After re-deploying it and delete/create data source it is working correctly now.

Error while invoking member: ManagedInit1 - Login failed for user 'SRCAdmin

I am trying to setup a Test Server for BOP 11.60 with MS SQL 2000 in MS Windows Server 2003. After installation, I copied user directory and database from live system to the new Test server. After installed the application andI updated Configuration Manager but when I run Planning Application Services, I have the following message:

Can anyone please help me with this error.

I checked my server (which has all the default Adobe services) and the only service I have that comes close is:
the Repository service's "Read Resource Content" operation. In the list that comes up as RepositoryService.
The Barcode's Extract to XML service. In the list that comes up as BarcodedFormsService
Neither of these is an exact match to the error. Is your process calling a sub process you built? Does that service actually exist on the server? If you do a record/playback (in workbench) on which step does the process fail?
If you look through the entire list of SOAP services (in Adminui) are any of them disabled?

Error while invoking a WS-Security secured web service from Oracle BPEL..

We are facing some error while invoking a WS-Security secured web service from our BPEL Process on the windows platform(SOA 10.1.3.3.0).

but sttill,after deploying it and passing values in it,we are getting the following error on the console :-
“Header [http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/08/addressing:Action] for ultimate recipient is required but not present in the message”
Any pointers in this regard will be highly appreciated.

We've tried to call that web service from an HTML designed in Visual Studios with the same username and password and its working fine.
But on the BPEL console, we are getting the error as mentioned.
Also if you can tell me how to set the user name and password in the header of the parter link.I could not find how to do it.

Error while Assigning database level role (db_datareader) to SQL login (Domain Account)

Team,
I got an error while creating a User for Domain Account. Below is the screen shot of the error (error : 15401)
Database instance is on SQL 2000 SP3. ( I know it is out of support, But the customer is relutanct to upgrade)
On Google search, i found below article which is best matching for this error

I have follows each step of troubleshooting. But still the issue persists.
Step 1. The login does not exist == The login is very much exist in the domain as i am able to add the same domain id to other database instances
Step 2. Duplicate security identifiers == i have used this query to find duplicate SID

But there was only one row returned with create date of today's.

Other two 5. Local Accounts & 6. Name resolution == is not applicable to me.
I tried other ways also.
A. Creating login and providing permission in one go only = User account is not created
B. Instead of GUI, use query to create login and provide required permission = Same error.
Does anybody has faced any such situation

To add to it the BPEL process is executing successfuly and RMI call timeout is happening.
Can I know how to increase the related timeout value?

Have got the same problem. Scenario at my end is little different though.
I am trying to invoke a BPEL process from an ESB Service.
I am trying to look into it..
However, would be grateful, if someone can give some insight into this since many are running into this issue without being able to fix.

When you are invoking your page, does your view object has an empty row where data can go and presist?
Create a an empty row in your view object(vo.createRow()) , or use create operation from data control palette.
You can set the log in Tools->Preferences-->Environment-->Log.

I have created a HTML Page to invoke BPEL synchronous process .

I am able to invoke my BPEL Process named as " AddMacroSync" .
It also creating instance for this BPEL Process .
But when I go BPEL Console and check my instance , it is always faulted .
I am providing two inputs : Employee Id and Taskname through HTML Page .
These inputs got assigned to their respective output variables .
But when I click on audit link ..it shows error while invoking the Process .
It Show error :
when invoking endpointAddress 'http://152.69.248.232:8990/AddMacroTask-AddMacroTask-context-root/AddMacroTaskWebService', [java.lang.NumberFormatException]
But this end point address is working when I put this address in URL .
Please someone help me how to solve this problem .

Error while creating database in classic appln

Hi All,
I am getting this error while creating database in classic application.
com.hyperion.planning.olap.EssbaseException: Failed to create database, error code [%s] (1013221).
Can anyone please let me know why I am getting it?

Can you check for a more specific error code in the Application log? There can be various reasons for this:
1. For data storage and binary installation, Essbase supports the use of any disk array device mounted with a local file system interface (for example, NTFS, HPFS, JFS, VxFS, and UFS). A disk array mounted using NFS or CIFS is not supported.Use any disk array device mounted with a local file system interface (for example, NTFS, HPFS, JFS, VxFS, and UFS).
2. Error occurs when deploy Planning application with double byte enabled. When the plan name is changed to English, deploy will be successful. This issue can be fixed by setting Correct Essbase ESSLANG system value.
3. The Essbase User that creates the application and DB folders has default ACL rw-rw-rw which does not allow the essbase app to create files inside the folder.
