WSync No Longer Working

Question

As of 6AM Windows Update Synchronization was still working.  Around 9AM I installed the web application service point and web application service roles, and assigned a certificate to port 443 in IIS for the web application catalog.  I noticed after
noon that our ADR hadn't ran for SCEP which is configured to run immediately after a successful wsync.  Digging into wsync I see a few red errors like the one below:

Any ideas?

Is this really an error or is that line only marked in red because it contains the word 'error'?

I honestly don't know.  I see quite a few yellows, and a few reds.  My scheduled WSYNC didn't happen at noon as far as I can tell (logs were already overwritten).  I manually kicked off a wsync and it didn't complete.  I tried again about
an hour later, and it ran successfully.  I'm a bit concerned that a) it seems spotty and b) either my ADR failed to kick off, or it didn't kick off because the 12 PM wsync didn't occur
