WVC2300 Interval Recording

I am trying to use a WVC2300 to record images for a time-lapse video. The camera works fine, but I can't figure out a way to set it to take a snapshot at an interval (5 minutes) and send it to an FTP folder. The Events settings page has the options to trigger by motion, but not just at a schedule.
Anyone have experience with this or an idea to try?
Thanks!

Hi James,
The WVC2300 does not have the ability to take time lapse images. You might try to find editing software that will create a time lapse video from a normal video. I have heard of someone doing this although I have not tried it myself. To keep the video file size small change the settings in the camera to only record one frame per second.

    Hi,
This issue is regarding CM-IMDD(Duplicate of D1-IMD) Timed Interval batch in MDM for converting PENDING imd's to EXCEPTION or FINALIZED.
When i run this batch for 90 sec as Timed interval. it is creating Next Batch Number and status is going to complete but none of the records got processed. In log threadId is getting null. But when i run the same batch for non-Timed Interval records are getting processed and in log also threadId is not null.

    Hi Shaymal & VRMP
I have checked the system, the only problem I am facing is that the system does not show next inspection date dialog box at the time of UD where I can see the next inspection date being set by the system
Say, I use QA07 (Triggered Manually) on 19.jan.08. The Next inspection date was 26.jan.08 and Initial Run in Days was 10 (days), the system created inspection lot on 19.jan.08 successfully. At the time of UD it automatically set 29.jan.08 as the next inspection date (i.e. 19.jan.08 + 10 days)  istead of 06. Feb.08 (i.e. 26.jan.08 + 10 days) without showing dialog box / suggesting next inspectino date.

  • The Comparing RAW with TS Time Lapse Recording file for MSI PANOCAM

I am a big fan of MSI, I have been using its motherboard, MP3 and NB. MSI introduces a new IOT product in 2015, MSI PANOCAM, I feel excited about it, therefore I wanna share some experience of MSI PANOCAM here.
Have you heard Time-Lapse, it is very popular skill for movie and advertisement. it looks very interesting because Time-Lapse shows interval recording fast forwarded.  It has been widely used in various industry, such as observation of flower growth; building construction and natural scene change.
The Comparing Analysis of RAW and TS file for Time Lapse
How to manage time lapse recording file is critical problem in the marketplace many end-users encountered. Generally speaking, there are two categories file have been used as Time Lapse recording, one is RAW file and another one is TS file.
The advantage of RAW would be better video retouched, such as more flexibility of colorful balance, color temperature adjustment and less Zoom in/out distortion. Especially, RAW is quite suitable for weak light resource environment and low speed camera shutter. Therefore, the requirement capacity of RAW file is larger than TS.
As beginner, be familiar with TS is suggested here, you can not perform as high quality as professional RAW quality until you learn proper shooting skill. Practicing shooting skill is necessary and should be prior than video retouching.
Left part is shooting by TS and ambiguous scene can be seen; Right part is RAW which demonstrates more detail scene

To change the amount of time you want each frame to display, you can do one of 2 things:
-Change the frame rate of the Image Sequence in the Media settings (select the layer and typ Shift F). If the frame rate is less than the project frame rate, your clip will play more slowly.  If the frame rate is greater than the project frame rate, it will play more quickly.
-Change the Speed in the Timing section (Inspector->Properties->Timing).  This is the method I think most people use.
To blend the frames, change the Frame blending option, also in the Timing section of the properties.

  • URGENT:  master data records not updating

    hi all,
this is all in Prod server.
i have first level C1 center infoobject in BW and second level C2 center infoobject.
    C1 has data like
    center-<i>1234,</i>
    valid from : <i>01.01.1000</i>
valid to: <i>31.12.2006</i>again another record for the same center
    center-<i>1234</i>
    valid from : <i>01.01.2007</i>
    valid to: <i>31.12.9999</i>
so when i do the full update from C1 to C2 then C2 should also have the same data as above but it C2 is having only this record
    center: <i>1234</i>
    valid from: <i>01.01.1000</i>
    valid to: <i>31.12.9999</i>
it was not the case before, i had very fine data in C2 just like in C1 because C2<-C1 (C2 gets data from C1)
i have tried with options like start date 01.01.1000 end date 31.12.9999 in the infopackage settings under <i>Update</i> tab
I have gone for simulate update of the pacage in every step of transfer rules, communcation structure and update of data target. the transfer rules has the fine data as in C1 but when it is landing in C2, valid to and valid from is 01.01.1000 and 31.12.9999, it is not fetching interval records with valid to 01.01.2007 to 31.12.9999
Please suggest what i must do to have the same data which is there in C1 object in C2.

    hi lieu,
logically u r center means it is valid through out year (01.01.1000--31.12.9999).
load center for one time zone the system automatically partions the second half.
you can refer c1 to c2. this may be simple.
    bye.

  • Sony Z5U.How to activate Interval Select button?

In Menu's Camera Set category, the Interval Rec button remains grayed out. How I can activate it?

Got it. Suspected that some menu option was on that prevented me from being able to activate Interval Recording. The culprit was that I had REC TYPE set to Progressive. INT REC doesn't like that. Switched to Interlace 60i and that activated INT REC. Who knew?

  • Help with Presence Server 9.0 and Compliance Logging to Postgres

I recently got Presence IM up and running, version, 9.0.1, using Jabber for Windows 9.1.1.  I am required to log all conversations so I stood up a postgres server, version 9.1.  I am not having any success with getting messages to log however.
I have gone through the database deployment guide, along with the IM guide and the regular deployment guide that has some of the persistent chat stuff in it.
Presence has created tables and did log some of the persistent chat stuff I did using CUPC 8.6 so I know the connection is working.  The 'jm' table was created so I know the connection for compliance is good as well.  I am just not sure what I am missing as to why it wont log conversations.
I have gone through the guides a couple times each and verified everything was done.  I am not seeing any errors in the postgres log files.  I see Presence connect and then disconnect right away.
Any help or advice with log files or where to look next would be greatly appreciated.

I checked the conf file and it matches what you recommended.
I then turned on trace logging, restarted the message archiver, ensured the external database screen show it could connect and tried sending some IM's.  The logs are below.
Still, no tables have any entries.

Reorganize Attributes and Texts for master data

    Thanks Sravani

    Hi
    1) Can any one tell me the situation occurs to use Interrupt Process chain in Process types?
When you want to have an and condition before starting or continuing the process chain you could use this process type.
Example scenario : I want to load a cube from a DSO only once a week but my DSO would be loaded everyday.
in such a scaenario you start process of the process chain to load till cube would have the schedule to start daily.
The process chain would load till DSO until interrupt process and would be interrupted.
If it is supposed to load the cube on monday only or after an even only, the interrupt process would execute successfully on monday or after that particular event it is waiting fo and thus would allow the process chain to continue loading to the cube.
    2) What is the use of Decision between Multiple alternatives option in PCs?
    Example scenario:
I want to execute a particular process on monday another set of processes on tuesday , other on wednesday...
This could be done using Decision between multiple alternatives option.
The variant has an option to write formulas which enable this process type to take decision and execute the corresponding processes.
    3) What is the use of following options in Process chains
    Work Flow - don't know
Is the previous run is still active - This is required when you dont want the process chain to start when its previous un has not completed.
Example: when you have a process chain on hourly schedule and is loading deltas and activating DSOs.
You could have a delay in one of the runs. You would want to avoid locking of objects which could occur if the same process chain would load the DSO in one run and activate in another.
Close request of Infopackage - It is required for real time info cube loads I suppose.
Reorganize Attributes and Texts for master data - This is required to repair master data.
Removes M records from time dependent and independent  master data table.
Combine 2 time interval records if the attribues are consistent within the records.
Send POS sales data to XI system  - dont know.
    DSO replication - dont know
Master data update with Global keys - dont know
Last customer contact update- dont know
    Regards,
    Sunmit.

    Thanks

Diff is null because you did not define starting point, or set nvl(lag, ...) for the first record.
First record does not have previous record.
    nvl(
    ( LAG ( END_INTV_TIME , 1) OVER (PARTITION BY TRAFFIC_SAMPLE_ID ORDER BY BIN_DATA_ID )
    , end_time) - END_INTV_TIME
    ) as diff
    or
    ( LAG ( END_INTV_TIME , 1, 0) OVER (PARTITION BY TRAFFIC_SAMPLE_ID ORDER BY BIN_DATA_ID )
    - END_INTV_TIME
    ) as diff

  • Any tips for editing an HDV time lapse?

I have done some extensive Googling on time lapse and understand the limitations of video as compared to film, and how most professional time lapsers use still cameras. Be that as it may, I am just having some fun with my new HDV camera and its built in time lapse/interval record feature.
What I would like to know is if there is an easy way or any tips/tricks for processing it? Being HDV, it has captured as several hundred 15-frame videos.
    Any advice?
NB What I have tried so far is:
    1. dumping all the clips onto the timeline (thank god they fall in order!)
    2. changing the speed of the first one to 00:00:00:01 frame
    3. pasting Attributes: Speed over the rest of them
(please don't laugh if this is a ridiculous method; I am very new to this!)

    Hello.
Is it 15 frames long or 17?
Just wondered as it might make sense if it was 15, as that is the GOP length for HDV, meaning that perhaps the camera records the pictures this way to ensure that you will have a complete 'i' frame... just a thought...
Lol! i got to laugh... my girl friend just read over my shoulder (i'm on my laptop), at an angle, and thought my first line was - 'Are you 15 years old or 17?'... oh dear... she now thinks i'm a chat-room stalker.

  • Time interval in Asset master record.

    Hi All,
I am creating asset master record using AS01. Then I am doing intercompany transfer of asset via T Code ABT1N.
If I view the asset time dependant data after this I am getting the following:
    1. The time interval mentioned is 01.01.1900 till 31.08.2007.
    2. When I add the furthur time interval I am getting the ABAP dump.
    Please help on this.

    Hi,
When you look in the dump you see on the begin somwere of the dump

  • Number of records in 30 minutes interval.

    Hi All,
I am trying to find number of records in 30 minutes of interval. Being said that, i am trying to find out number of records i am getting in 30 minutes. In my table i have a column called "Last_UPDATE_DATE" with date and time. Can somebody help me, possible way to achive. I tried to think through on how to get, but not getting required information.

And this is yet another solution:
    with timeranges as
    select trunc(sysdate)+(level-1)*(30/24/60) starttime
         , trunc(sysdate)+(level)*(30/24/60) endtime
from dual connect by level <= (24*2)
    select TO_CHAR(b.starttime, 'MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MI:SS') starttime
        ,  TO_CHAR(b.endtime, 'MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MI:SS') endtime
        , (select count(*)
             from abc a
            where a.last_update_date > b.starttime
              and a.last_update_date <= b.endtime
          ) cnt
      from timeranges b
    group by b.starttime, b.endtime
    order by b.starttime;

  • Query a table according to SYSTIMESTAMP  for records within an interval

    Hello ,
I am trying to query a table based on the systimestamp and taking two timestamp as intervals.Following is the query:
    select * FROM MY_TBL where to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP,'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS')
    BETWEEN (to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '40' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'))
    AND (to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '16' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'));
I am not getting any results.(no rows selected)
    So i tried:
SELECT * FROM MY_TBL AS OF TIMESTAMP
    to_date(to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '40' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'),'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS')
    - to_date(to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '16' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'),'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS');
    ERROR at line 3:
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected TIMESTAMP got DATE JULIAN
Since TIMESTAMP is in a different format.I may be getting this error. How do i cast TIMESTAMP in the above query to map to the intervals.
Please let me know how to approach this issue.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Santosh

Thanks for the quick and prompt replies....
To provide a quick background.I am providing a daily report to my customer which is based on column (DATE type) in the table. But the records were inconsistent.Hence it was agreed that we get the report based on systime stamp.
Range is : between day-before-yesterday midnight(START_TIME) and yesterday midnight(END_TIME).A perl script runs the report at midnight 2 AM as cron .So i figure the interval can be :
(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '40' hour) - It is 12 AM day before-yesterday-night if run at 2 AM - Interval 1
    --------------------------------------------------------BETWEEN----------------------------------------------------------------------------
(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '16' hour) - It is 12 AM day yesterday-night if run at 2 AM - Interval 2
    SQL> select to_timestamp(to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '40' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'),'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS')START_TIME from dual;
    START_TIME
    08-JUN-09 06.43.59.000000000 PM
    SQL> select to_timestamp(to_char(SYSTIMESTAMP - INTERVAL '16' hour, 'yyyy-mm-dd HH24:MI:SS'),'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS') END_TIME from dual
    2 ;
    END_TIME
    09-JUN-09 06.44.46.000000000 PM
How do i get the records for these two intervals.
    Thankyou..

  • Data record with time interval error

    Hi,
I have come across the following error.
Data record with Time interval error and data is getting loaded into data target and no PSA in between.
    thanks
    kris

    Hi Kris,
Could you please explain your problem little bit more. I mean what is source and target, or you using IP or DTP.
goto the details in monitor tab, you will come to know to which record yo uhave error.
If you are running IP, it is recommended to keep PSA.
    Regards,

  • Is there a way to get the coherence reporter to record the interval?

There are three questions, really - but the first is the most important.
    1. Can you get the reporter to record the duration since the last batch in seconds (or ms) in the same row as the current batch?
    2. Can you get the reporter to record the timestamp in the report rows as ms since epoch (preferrably alongside the regular date in a different column, but by itself it'd probably be ok)
    3. Is there any way to hook into the reporter output to customize how it records the actual data?
The jmx reporter records the batch number and the date of the batch run, but I don't see an easy way to get it to record the current date as a MS timestamp.
I've thought about creating a simple custom MBean that existed to do nothing but expose the current time in ms since epoch as an attribute that I could then have the reporter use and include a column both for the absolute date and for the relative date. Having certain metrics reported in terms of # of events / second would make it easier to analyze certain data (for instance, instead of showing the total ReadTimeMillis if it would show ReadTimeMillis / Reads / # ms * 60 to get the average time for a read, that would be a lot more useful for comparing intervals)
The intervals are never run on exactly the same schedule because the timer starts after the last report runs and the duration of running all the reports is not uniform.
(It'd also be very nice if the outputting of the reports were configurable and there was a way to plug into the reporting engine to hook in a different output method - e.g. to a database or to send the data over UDP to a graphite server or something)

When I record the keyboard sounds as a midi track in Logic
I loose my sounds when I bounce to disc. Why do the sounds
not record on the hard drive when I bounce the midi track.
The plug in software instruments bounce fine to disc, but
not my keyboard sounds (external instrument-Roland XP 50
    Keyboard)???
Think about it for a minute.... for one, MIDI is not audio, it's only data, you are not recording sound into the computer, the audio for the XP50 is coming out of the keyboard's audio outs. Software instruments take MIDI data and output directly to audio, so... they bounce fine as their output is audio. Your XP50 keyboard's audio outs are on the keyboard. So, you will have to record the audio from the keyboards output. I notice you're using Logic Express, unfortunately it doesn't have the I/O plugin.
