Wwc-41439

Thanks for your response.
Now I can access to the portal home. But I have to specify port 7777 instead of 1521 which is the port of my intallation.
And I have another error while login :about the enabler table
wwc-41439.

You're right.I think I was too upset,That's why.
But my problem is still not resolved.I found in Documentation on line ,8 reasons and solutions for this error.I tried all, ssodatan, hostname in lowercase for httpd.conf , etc..., but nothing has changed.

    Thank you

Did you promoted/demoted a server? ( like from consumer to master , master to consumer , hub to consumer/master OR disabled replication and re-enabled with another unique ID and recreated replication agreements again?
IF YES, find out the current Unique ID in all the related server and delete the old serverIDs in the nsslapd-rererral.
Also the error will tell you for which server it is trying to update the duplicate entry. Mostly , that entry will be the old value as I explained before.
I have seen this before and mostly by doing above it gets corrected. I recommend that you should think before doing it.
In any case dont forget to update us since this is a tricky situation to me.

  • Log In Error : WWC-41439

When trying to log in the Portal , I get the following error :
Error: You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)
    What could be wrong ?
    Thanks.

I got answer to my problem in the Troubleshooting Guide :
Cause: The hostname specified in the httpd.conf file was written using capital letters. This prevents the SSO subsystem from finding a matching entry in the enabler configuration table.
Solution: Modify the servername setting in the httpd.conf file so that the hostname uses all lowercase letters.

    Hi,
Firstly, would you please post the result of running “ipconfig/all” on the DHCP server and domain controller?
It seems that the DHCP server cannot be authorized in AD DS. Please make sure that the DHCP server is a domain member and try to ping the domain controller on the DHCP server.
    Best regards,

  • Wwc-41439 trying to log into Portal

    Hello,
I'm getting error message wwc-41439 when trying to log into my Portal environment in Application Server 10g. My infrastructure and middle tier are on the same Linux RedHat 3.0 box. I am able to log into oiddas with no problem, it when I try to login into Portal that I get the error message. The following URL is the page with the login button:
    http://servername:7779/portal/page?_pageid=6,1,6_13&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL
    the button link is below
    http://servername:7779/pls/portal/PORTAL.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=PORTAL.home&p_cancel_url=PORTAL.home
and the error message page is below
    http://servername:7779/pls/portal/PORTAL.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=PORTAL.home&p_cancel_url=PORTAL.home
    Any help appreciated!

    Hi,
It sounds like the SPNego login Module is failing. You will get a better idea of the issue if you reproduce the logon scenarion while running a webdiagtool trace. You can follow note 1045019 for this.

  • Apache portnumber changed: wwc-41439

    Hi.
I have installed DB 8.1.7.1.5 and 9iAS 1.0.2.2.2a on one NT4+S6 machine. It works great, but the HTTP server is listening on port 7778. If I change Apache to listen on port 80, then i cannot log in and get a "You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table (WWC-41439)"message.
Anybody knows where i must change the portnumber on the Portal side? Do I have to run ssodatan ?
    Thanks...

Yes, you do need to run ssodatan (ensure the trailing "/" on the url), and update the port numbers in the httpd.conf file.

  • I got the following error when I try to logon to oracle portal.WWC-41439:

    Hi,
I got WWC-41439 error.Message is "You can't logon becuase there is no configuration information stored in ranabler confoguration table.
    Any solution?
    Regards,
    TLN Reddy.

I got WWC-41439 error.Message is "You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)"I was having a similar problem. Assuming you are using R2 (really a 1.0 product - thanks marketing) here is what was going on in my case.
I have Infrastructure on host_01.domainName and Portal on host_01.domainName (what Oracle calls the "Mid_Tier" even though the Portal Installation took place on host_02).
Here is the error and the solution:
If I goto http://host_02.domainName:7778/pls/orasso/orasso.home which is the "Access Partner Applications" page and then try to login - get the WWC-41439 error just like you.
If you'll notice the login URL is
    http://host_02.domainName:7777/pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_02.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home&p_cancel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_02.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home
Now if you click on the "The SSO Server (orasso)" hyperlink and then click-on the login URL - the url will be
    http://host_01.domainName:7777/pls/orasso/ORASSO.wwsec_app_priv.login?p_requested_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_01.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home&p_cancel_url=http%3A%2F%2Fhost_01.domainName%3A7777%2Fpls%2Forasso%2FORASSO.home
This works because ORASSO is a schema located in the databse on host_01.domainName.

  • ERROR: WWC-41439 ssodatan.cmd

Oh my word! I have read so many responses to this error. In
most, I have seen suggestions setting ORACLE_HOME to the Oracle
home for 9iAS, not your Oracle DB's home. As soon as I changed
it from my 9iAS home to the DB's home... it worked!
Regarding the bat file I mentioned previously. I put the
following script into a text file I named myssodatan.bat in the
    same folder as ssodatan.cmd
    C:\oracle\iSuites\portal30\admin\plsql
Of course change to your drive letters, paths, etc. And the
ORACLE_SID and "-c orcl" needs to reflect your DB name. If you
are using port 80 and 443, this should be okay. If not, don't
forget to use the port number after the .net in the script below.
    Exp: http://yourhostname.yourdomainname.net:80/pls/portal30/
(everything after ssodatan.cmd is on one line)
    Hope this helps out ...
    set ORACLE_HOME=c:\oracle\ora81
    set ORACLE_SID=orcl
    ssodatan.cmd -w

  • IE only: wwsec_app_priv.process_signon (User-Defined Exception) (WWC-41417)

I am using Portal 3.0.6 in Sun SunOS 5.8. The site will be running in https mode. As everybody knows, 443 is the default port number for ssl mode. I setup the httpd.conf to 443. No problem. I ran ssodatan to relate Login Server to Portal - I had to specify 443 at the end of URL in ssodatan syntax. Otherwise, I got "Error:You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)" both in Netscape navigator and MS Internet Explorer.
I now am able to log in Portal site. But, the problem happens just after loggin in. With Navigator I don't get any problems. But, IE gives me "Error: Unexpected error encountered in wwsec_app_priv.process_signon (User-Defined Exception) (WWC-41417)". I guess this happens because of how IE works with https. It takes 443 off from URL in https mode. The portal is unable to match the url and what it has in wwsec_enabler_config_info$ which has 443. When I tested with 444 as port number. It worked! Putting a port number in URL will be cumbersome. That's why I am trying with 443.
I tried also with ssodatax to add an additional entry for without 443 as specified in a document "Oracle9ias Portal configuration options" page 30. Ssodatax has a bug so it updates existing entry, too. I had to update it back to its original value. It's fine. But, this time another error comes up. "WWC-00000". I don't see any solution for this.

When a new user is logging on for the first time, the portal adds them to the AUTHENTICATED_USERS group under the portal's group container. In your case, for some users, this is apparently running into some problem.
To debug this, try turning on additional logging on the OID server and attempt logging in as these users, and see what is reported.
You should enable the following debug flags:
    Search Filter Processing
    Access Control List Processing
    Status Log Connections/Operations/Results

  • Error while clicking on Login link on SSO home page

    Hi,
When I access the SSO home page http://<hostname>:port/pls/orasso and click on the Login link i am getting a error page with following error message
You cannot login because there is either invalid or no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table (WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$). (WWC-41439)
This is happening while installing Oracle 10g 10.1.2
    Where could be the problem

You need to check whether this function(PunchoutSiteInfoVOImpl.initQuery(Ljava/lang/Integer;)) exist in this class file or not.
Simply decompile PunchoutSiteInfoVOImpl class , check initQuery function exist with parameter Integer.
    Thanks

  • Timeout for content after installation

    Hi all!
Running w2000, 9i DB and 9ias, I finally managed to install the portal. Took a while.
( used the step-by-step guide ). But now after the installation, I get the following errors when opening the /pls/portal30 homepage.

Upon clicking the Login link, I get the following error:
You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)
I have tried to change the JServ settings to solve the timeout problem, but it doesn't help.
    my current zone.properties settings are:
    init.timeout=240000
    servlet.page.initArgs=stall=60
    servlet.page.initArgs=requesttime=240
    Have anyone seen this before?
    all help greatly appreciated.

I've had the same problem. You can solve it by modifying the timeout-period for the provider. Surf to the portal-homepage- administration- edit provider.

    Hi
As soon as I get to the portal url below ,
    http://ca0419wk96783/portal/page?_pageid=6,1,6_13&_dad=portal&_schema=PORTAL
and I tried qualifying with full domain name also, I still get the page with below mentioned error
    Error: Internal error (WWC-00006)
An unexpected error occurred: ORA-29261: bad argument (WWC-43000)
If I click on Login and proceed to login page , I get the below mentioned error
Error: You cannot login because there is either invalid or no
    configuration information
stored in the enabler configuration table (WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$).
    (WWC-41439)
Any assistance would be really helpful
    Thanks
    Bala

Hope this helps. detailed set of possible reasons and steps. The script being referred was ssodatan and the table is right, check portal, orasso schema. Check the detailed reason, resolution below. Let me know if it works.
Reason 1: The enabler table is empty.
It is possible that loadjava is failing to load the SSOHash class early in the installation process. If this class is not loaded, then much of the Login Server and Partner Application seed data is unable to load and the table is not populated.
Solution: Make sure the Java Option is installed on the database and correct the Java environment variables such as CLASSPATH, and try to reinstall Oracle Portal.
If the problem is still not resolved, check that the SSOHash class is loaded.
Log onto SQL*Plus as the SYS user with the appropriate password.
    Enter the following commands:
    SQL> select object_name from user_objects
    2 where object_type = 'JAVA CLASS'
    3 and object_name like '%SSO%';
Reason 2: You've installed Oracle Portal over a previous installation of Internet Application Server (iAS) or the default Oracle HTTP Server powered by Apache ports are being used by some other process.
Both Oracle Portal and iAS version 1.0.2 default to port 80 on Windows NT and port 7777 on Solaris upon installation.
In the future, to avoid this situation, make sure that you stop any service running on either of these ports (depending on your operating system) before installing either iAS or Oracle Portal.
Solution: Change the Oracle HTTP Server powered by Apache port number.
You will need to make changes to the Oracle HTTP Server's configuration file, httpd.conf.
With a text editor, open the Oracle HTTP Server's configuration file, httpd.conf, which is located in the following location by default:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf
For the HTTP port, edit the port number to 7777.
    Save the httpd.conf file.
Repeat the above steps for the jserv.properties file.
With a text editor, open the Apache Jserv configuration file, jserv.conf, which is located in the following location by default:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/Apache/Jserv/conf/jserv.conf
For the Default port that Apache JServ is listening to, edit the port number if you have another Jserv installation using the same port (8007).
Remove any alias defined in the Apache configuration which makes Apache translate "host.domain.com" to just "host". You must define the default domain as well.
    Save the jserv.conf.
Reason 3: The URL for the login link is not using the same host:port as the entry in the enabler table. This is usually due to one of the following:
The URL was mistyped when invoking the ssodatan script. Re-run ssodatan with the correct data.
The ssodatan script was run correctly with a full URL: host.domain:port. However, the Login link shows only host:port (dropping the domain). This is typically because there is an alias defined in the Oracle HTTP Server powered by Apache configuration (httpd.conf) resulting in the translation of host.domain.com to host.
The default domain is not set in the Oracle HTTP Server powered by Apache configuration. When this is the case, only the hostname is produced, without the domain.
The ssodatan script was run with the default port number 80. As a result, the Oracle HTTP Server and your browser drops the :80. Thus, the URL no longer matches the entry in the WWSEC_ENABLER_CONFIG_INFO$ table.
Solution: Install the Login Server by running the ssodatan script, which is located in the following location by default:
    <ORACLE_HOME>\webdb30\admin\plsql
where <ORACLE_HOME> is where your Oracle Portal installation is located.
    Start a command line prompt.
Enter the following command to associate a node to the Login Server:
    ssodatan <-w portal_url> <-l login_server_url> <-s portal_schema> <-p
    portal_password> <-o sso_schema> <-d sso_password> <-c portal_connect_
    string>
    Example
    ssodatan -w http://server.oracle.com:7777/pls/portal/ -l
    http://server.oracle.com:3000/pls/portal_sso/ -s portal30 -p portal30 -o
    portal30_sso -c orcl
    See:
Table 5-1, "ssodatan parameters" for parameter descriptions.
Specify to use port number 7777 in the script's URL parameter.
    Important:
If you are using the default port 80, do not specify this port number when running the ssodatan script.
Reason 4: Insufficient tablespace, shared pool size, or Java Pool size to install Oracle Portal.
Solution: You will have to correct the appropriate configuration setting before reinstalling Oracle Portal.
    'See also:
    Oracle8i documentation set.
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4032 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","java/lang/ObjectSYS","joxlod: in ehe","ioc_allocate_pal")
This error displays as a result of a parameter setting in the Oracle8i init.ora file. For some reason, the java_pool_size parameter may be set to 0. By default, the Oracle8i installation sets this parameter to approximately 20 MB.
Solution: You must drop the Oracle Portal objects from the database, set the java_pool_size initialization parameter to 20 MB or above and then reinstall Oracle Portal.
    'See also:
    "init.ora settings".
Error: A post check on the Portal installation has determined that the SSOHash class has not been loaded into the database
This error displays for any of the following reasons:
the Java option was not installed with your Oracle8i database
the Java environment variables such as CLASSPATH is incorrect
the ORACLE_HOME is not set and the loadjava command cannot be found
Solution: Install the Java Option with the Database Assistant and rerun the Oracle Portal installation
