WWE 2K15 Sting Preorder bonus

Hello,
I noticed that Best Buy's product info page for the upcoming WWE 2K15 game is advertising the preorder bonus of Sting the wrestler.
When you add the game to cart, I notice that the preorder bonus is not automatically adding to cart. I think this is going to be a bonus that is emailed since places like Gamestop are advertising it as a DLC to be printed on their receipt instead of being packaged in the game case.
If that's the case, I just wanted to bring this to your guys' attention since NBA 2K15 had a similar issue in that the Kevin Durant preorder bonus wasn't adding to cart at checkout either for preorders and it may have caused folks to not get their codes automatically during pickup for online orders.

Customers who pre-order and purchase a copy of WWE 2K15 will receive a Sting DLC redemption code though, with fulfillment method depending on where they reserved their copy. For in-store purchases, the code will be printed on the final sales receipt at the time of pickup. For BestBuy.com orders, customers should receive it by e-mail within 24-48 hours of pickup or shipment.

No "Sting" code for WWE 2k15 Preorder on PS3

Hi,
I preordered WWE 2K15 online and picked up in-store yesterday. It has been over 24 hours and I haven't received a code for Sting (preorder bonus). Junk mail and spam filters have been checked. In the past the code was always printed on the receipt, but I was told I'd receive this via email. I thought this was supposed to be "day 1" DLC for all preorders. Can someone please assist?

Sting Pre-Order Code for WWE 2K15 on PS4?

I just picked up my copy of WWE 2K15 for PS4 with in-store pickup but I did not receive my promo code for the Sting character. I also picked up copies of Far Cry 4 and LittleBigPlanet 3 and I received my promo codes immediately after pick up via email. Is there a reason why the Sting code did not get sent right away? I understand that you say it can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to receive them but I've always gotten the promo emails right after pickup.

WWE 2K15 Xbox 360

I pre ordered the game WWE 2K15 on 10/04/14 and it said that i would get a special character (sting). When I picked up the game i asked if that game came with the code for the character and the employer said yes. When I got home i saw that the game didnt come with any code inside the box. I called Santana Row Best Buy and they said to wait 24 hours and i would get a code emailed to me. I didnt receive anything so I called again and they said there have been many issues and to email here. Can I get some assistance? or the code I need for the character.

To be honest, I’m the type of gamer that inexplicably manages to accidentally kill herself in a way that was previously thought to be impossible. As someone who pre-orders a wide selection of items though, I certainly understand wanting to make sure you’re getting all the bonuses to which you were entitled. When a pre-order is picked up in-store, the bonus code associated with the order is typically printed on the bottom of the receipt. Using the email address you provided, I was able to locate your purchase and found that your particular code isn’t there. Pre Order Issue Madden 15 - no preorder bonus

I did not receive the pre order bonus for madden 15. What are my options when the CS rep messed up the transaction. I picked up the game instore (4hrs ago) and the bonus did not show up on the recepit and i have not recieved an email. I originally told the rep that it did not look right. I am a member of the gamers unlocked, so i am not sure if they assumed that the 20% off was part of the $5 deposit. I also used the promo coupon for $10 off madden. I just check my receipt and the $5 deposit was not taken off the price of the game. I have a feeling i just bought the game and not pick up my pre order. What should I do to correct this issue? Will I loose all the preorder bonuses? This is the second time I did an instore preorderd. The first time i had to return/rebuy. Will have have to do the same?

My preorder was cancelled by in store rep, I didn't receive my preorder bonus

Hello,
I preordered MLB The Show Anniversary Edition, in store. When I arrived for pickup, the case was crushed. It was the only copy they had.
The rep told me he'd have one sent to my home. All good.
EXCEPT...what I didn't realize at the time was, he ended up cancelling my preorder when he did whatever he did to get my $5 deposit onto the new order he placed to ship to my home.
The preorder bonus was for a MLB controller skin, $19.99 value.
Last week I spent 20 mins on a call with a BB rep, who I explained everything to, and she said I would receive an email within 2 hours. Over a week later, I still haven't heard back from anyone.
Please help. Thank you.

WWE 2K15 free online pass

I purchased the game yesterday at a retail store, and was told the promotional code for the free season pass would be emailed to me. The site shows that it usually arrives within 30 minutes but could take up to 8 hours. It is now the next day, and still no email in my inbox, or spam folder. I was worried when it wasn't on the reciept, but was assured by a team member, and manager that it would be emailed. Any comments or any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey I am trying to Pre-Order WWE 2K15 for PS# but it says the release date is 11/18, which is the date for next-gen systems, while PS3 is supposed to come out October 28th, I just want to confirm that I will be able to pick my game up on the 28th.

I’m sorry to see that there may be some confusion around when you’d be able to pick up your WWE 2K15 pre-order should you choose to pre-order at Best Buy. You make a good point in regards to the release date of the older generation consoles possibly being earlier than that of next-generation systems. In looking, I believe you may be correct here and there may be a discrepancy with our listings for PS3 and Xbox 360. I appreciate you pointing this out so I can research this further.

Dragon Age Inquisition Preorder Bonus Digital Download Code

I preordered the PC standard edition of DA:I, and should have received a preorder bonus code in my email, but I have received nothing. I've pm'd the BBY inbox with all information requested, it was read last week and still not even the courtesy of a response. I have called the digital download dept 4 times, each time I am told my code is being "requested" and I should have it within 24 hours, yet still nothing. This is frankly ridiculous, can Best Buy not handle a simple preorder bonus correctly? I (and many others, judging by these forums) am being ignored because you already have my money. This is the last time I preorder anything with this company.

Haven't received $10 preorder bonus credits on Multiple Orders

Hello,
I have multiple games that I preordered and purchased over 20 days ago, and still have not received the preorder bonuses for any of them.
Pickup dates were: 3/16 and 3/20. Games were: Final Fantasy Type 0 HD, MLB The Show 15, and Bloodborne.
What information do you need from me to rectify this situation?

Preorder bonus for The Last Of Us PS4

Hi I preordered The Last Of Us Remastered on PS4 last night for store pick-up. I picked up the game when the store opened but I didn't get the preorder bonus. I didn't receive an email or the code being printed on the receipt. The preorder bonus was for a Survival Pack. It has been posted that this is what the U.S. Bestbuy is getting for the retailer preorder bonus: Golden Hunter MP Character along with all other bonuses for preordering from any retailer
