X201 - Taskbar toolbars disappear on restart. HotKey Integration Package to blame?

[This is a duplicate post I erroneously posted in the X Tablet forum.]
have an X201 with 8GB RAM, Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit. The problem is that the taskbar toolbars (for example, Access Connections and Lenovo ThinkPad Toolbox) reset when I restart the computer. That is to say, after every restart, I have to right-click on the taskbar, click on Toolbars and click on the toolbars I want to appear in the task bar. The only toolbar that does not disappear is the Language Bar (I use two keyboards).
I have tried various registry "fixes" involving the DWORD "NOSaveSettings". It did not work. I tried requiring a log-in with password. That did not work. There is no malware on my system.
Starting with a new user profile DID fix the problem UNTIL I installed the most recent Lenovo HotKey Integration Package, and immediately thereafter, the toolbars began once again to disappear on every re-start. Unfortunately, uninstalling the HotKey Integration Package does not solve the problem. Unless someon has another fix for this annoy‌ing issue, the only solution I have found is to create a fresh user profile and then insure that I never install the HotKey Integration Package. (I'm not sure what I will miss if I fail to install that package.)
So, does anyone have a solution?

Which toolbar you mean exactly?
Do you mean the Flash Cards on the upper side on the screen?
If yes you should try reinstalling Toshiba Value Added Package. This package controls the FN keys and the Flash Cards they will displayed if you press a FN key. You can download it here:

You have to remove the old version first and then restart your notebook. Now you can install latest VAP from Toshiba page.

Volume control only works when HotKey Integration Setup is on..

So I'm not EXTREMELY good at computers... But, my volume keys were working just fine until I had to restart my computer. After that, it stopped working. I tried to install the HotKey Integration. The sound would work when the screen is up. When the installation screen is exited out of and I restart my computer, it no longer works. I've also tried to update my audio drivers, but that doesn't help. What do I do?

Disk utility toolbar disappearing

when using disk utility the toolbar disappears after I open disk util, show toolbar then I close and reopen and the toolbar is gone I have to show it again. any ideas

If E. Chan's suggestions doesn't help...
Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. It has a small house icon.
Now open the Library folder then the Preferences folder.
Move the com.apple.DiskUtility.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac. See if that makes a difference.

(Mac OS X) All toolbars disappear in Add-ons Manager when Tabs on Top enabled

Using Firefox 4.0 RC 1 in 32-bit mode (so I can run 1password extension) with default theme on Mac OS X 10.6.6. Have had same problem with all FF4 betas.

I've cleared 'Everything' (cache, site preferences, history, cookies etc, search history), restarted in safe mode with all extensions disabled, rebuilt places.sqlite, but nothing seems to work.
What could be causing this? Annoying because I really want to use Tabs on Top!

In Firefox v4.0.1, custom toolbars disappear from the toolbar menu when I open a "New Window".

I created a new toolbar in Customize... / Add New Toolbar. It's on the list of toolbars and opens up '''most times''' I start Firefox, but not ''always''. I have tested it and it is completely random.

Same type of problem as 1., but '''''everytime''''' I use the 'New Window' feature the custom toolbar disappears from the toolbar menu and if I need to use it, I have to '''save all tabs as bookmark''' then close and reopen FireFox so I get my original window [where the toolbar shows up]. AARRRGHH.
I've been using FF for 7 years now, so I know enough to rule out corrupted localstore.rdf, new or updated add-ons (I could be wrong though, as I often am...).

Table toolbar disappeared in the screen reader mode in Oracle ADF

I have a validation message box(pop up) opening from a button action from page fragment(jsff) page and in screen reader mode the message box shows up as default on the same page instead of pop up message box and
and below the message box there is this message information "Press escape to exit this popup." and when I click ESC key it then shows up the main default page with the table toolbar disappeared. In the screen reader mode the ADF framework is taking total control over the showing message box as default on the same page instead of pop up message box and showing below message " Press escape to exit this popup.". My question is how to edit this page and is there any way to get rid of below message information. I also want to know does ADF provide any API in screen reader mode to control the table toolbar disappearing. I really appreciate any help or advice or any work around to solve this issue.

I'm using JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.4.0) which has come with accessibility feature(screen reader mode). I have no idea of which version of screen reader that Jdeveloper IDE has.

Hiding the Bookmarks menu item is not a default feature in Firefox.
Do you have a Delicious extension installed? <br />
If so, look for that option in that extensions options. <br />
If not, look at the extension s that you ''do'' have installed for that preference.

Local copy idisk folders added to sidebar disappear after restart

Folders from a local idisk copy added to the finder sidebar continually disappear after restart. Any idea how to prevent this?

a workaround:
you can lock this file via command + i
Library > Preferences > com.apple.sidebarlists.plist
to keep your sidebar setting,
then reboot
or
open Terminal and write:
defaults write com.apple.finder QuitMenuItem 1 < this will add a Quit command to the Finder
then:
killall Finder
Quit the Finder via Command + Q every time you mount iDisk...
it works for me, use at your own risk

Copy error when install Thinkpad HotKey features integration package under windows 7 U system

i upgraded operation system on my T61 to windows 7. All drivers work fine except Thinkpad HotKey features integration package. i used update manager 4. it suggested me to install this package but when i run it it keep pop out windows and say that file can not be copy to a folder ...
How can i solve this issue ? any clues ?

Toolbar Disappears

Hi All!
I created a Forms 6i, being 3 blocks and 2 canvas. First and second blocks are base table, the third block is a toolbar. When I move (for KEY-NXTBLK or GO_BLOCK) from the first to second block (this is in one stacked canvas) the toolbar disappears. I already tried to use the SHOW_VIEW, but nothing happens. What it could be?

When running a user defined report the first time it shows the tab toolbar (freeze view, run report, etc) but when a new report is opened in the same tab the toolbar disappears.
In order to show again the toolbar I need to close the tab, right click the report name -> Open and the new tab will contain the toolbar.
Verified with version 2.1 and there the toolbar is always displayed.

My problem is, in my custom form 6i (using template 11i), toolbar disappears whenever error message window displayed. This started after making few changes to this form.
Let me give you brief about this form, its a single block setup form on single base table. It allows user to update fields with validation. Now if user tries to enter wrong value the built-in error message window appears with some message for that validated field. The toolbar, which disappears, is the standard one (Horizontal toolbar). So the full form seems to be jumping, up and down. It has one window and its called,
Lets say SOME_SETUP window. Canvas Type is CONTENT.
I am not getting any solution from anywhere. Where to seek help? Any suggestions.

What are the following details :
The canvas the toolbar is on (and whether it's a horizontal or vertical canvas).
The window that toolbar canvas is attached to.
The form's console window
The names of all windows in the form, and their style (content, stacked, dialog etc), whether they have a >horzintal/vertical toolbar canvas property set.
When the error is displayed, what item is the cursor on ?
[Is the 'error' displyed as an alert, or are you using your own items/canvas/window]
What canvas is that item in ?
