X240 led de encendido

Buenas,
Cuando pulso el botón de encendido de mi LENOVO X240, parpadea 3 veces el led de encendido pero no hace nada más, no arranca.
¿Podeis decirme qué significa que parpadee 3 veces el Power Led?

Hola, espera mas respuestas que puedan brindar mas informacion. Los parpadeos suelen indicar un problema de hardware, pero depende del modelo de BIOS el significado,puede ser memoria, cpu o la propia BIOS, que fue lo ultimo que hicistes antes de que apareciera el problema?
Te ocurre sin bateria y conectado a corriente o solo con bateria?
Realiza un reinicio de hardware. quita el cable de corriente y bateria y deja pulsado el boton de encendido por al menos 20 segundos, lo conectas de nuevo y comprueba si el problema continua.

1 pitido = sin RAM instalada
2 pitidos = tipo RAM incompatibles
3 pitidos = no hay buenos bancos
4 pitidos = no hay buenas imágenes de arranque de la ROM de arranque (y / o mal sistema de configuración de bloque)
5 pitidos = procesador no es utilizable
Además de los sonidos, en algunos equipos el LED de encendido parpadea un número correspondiente de veces más uno. El LED se repetirá la secuencia después de unos 5 segundos de pausa. Los tonos sólo se reproducen una vez.
Nota: En este caso, un destello se considera que es 1/4 de segundo o 250 ms o mayor en longitud.

has podido arreglarlo al final?, estoy experimentando el mismo problema exactamente, he intentado de todo y nada funciona, hasta contacte con el servicio de atención de la empresa proveedora del servicio e insisten en que es problema del dispositivo aunque sin cambiar nada en la configuración funciona sin problema en otras redes. Ha decir vedad ya no se que intentar.

Lenovo x240 Paper LED 12.5 is broken

I have Lenovo X240 laptop serial no xxxxx. Monitor cracked inside due to physical damaged. It is 12.5 Paper LED 30 PIN connector. Requested reseller for quotation in doha and dubai. Due to unavailability of spare, lenovo is not reverting for long time i.e., 2 weeks. This spare is not available in Dubai Lenovo express also. I would like to know when lenovo can producer these spares in middle east.

Hmmm, on the US site, there are four display options. 2 HD and 2 HD premium. They all offer a camera option except the HD premium with 3x3 antenna.

Hacer menú con 8 leds que en cada opción tenga una secuencia de encendido diferente

Tengo la tarjeta NI myDAQ con labview 2010 quiero hacer un menú con 4 opciones.
Primera opción todos prendidos.
Segunda opción parpadeantes.
Tercera opción en secuencia
Cuarta opción apagados.
soy nueva en labview esperando su pronta ayuda y respuesta gracias.

Para cambiar entre cuatro de los casos, se puede utilizar una "Case Structure".
Esta estructura le permitirá cambiar la forma en que sus leds se iluminan de acuerdo con un control. Cada opción de control se selecciona uno de los casos, así como un menú.
Puede encontrar un ejemplo en Help -> Find Examples -> tipo "Case"

La variable local tiene la misma representación que el control que se han vinculado, si este control es un booleano la variable será una variable booleana también.

X240 wifi issues

I have often noticed that this laptop (win8) faces issues trying to connect with wifi when other cheaper devices (older laptops, phones) have no such difficulty. Generally this happens in cafes so the issue is bearable but of late I have started facing it in my home (netgear router). Considering how expensive this laptop is I find it absolutely unacceptable that its performance should be so pedestrian. Let me explain the issue. Laptop can't connect with home network when every other device I have connects to it. Specifically, it displays that ridiculous yellow exclamation mark which essentially means "I am going to throw a massive tantrum because I am a rich spoiled brat." Troubleshooting it comes up with the generic sounding error "Wi/Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration". Tried several solutions given online but none works. Have also updated the driver to the Intel one given on Lenoveo's site but doesn't help. The network adapter is N-7260 which, I am led to believe from the forums here at Lenovo, is an absolute POS? Anyway, I'd really appreciate any help here, short of which I will be forced never to consider a Lenovo again (I've had several before.)

As per the query we understood that you are facing the issue with Wifi on your ThinkPad X240.
Please let us know is the issue persists only in your home network or it is occurring with all Wifi network?
If this you are facing only in your home network, then I suggest you to check with updating the Netgear router Firmware.
Also check with disabling any antivirus which is having firewall in it. Please let us know the status.

X240 Pulses when pressing Boot button

A just 3 weeks old X240 started pulsing when trying to boot the unit.
After pressing the Power button the machine starts pulsing, with some of the LED-indicators going On and Off and the Main Fan also goes On and Off until i remove the battery.
This started happening after a college dumped into the computer while it was docked to the docking station.
I've tried reseting the pc, with the reset button on the underside of the pc. I've tried resetting by removing the battery, and pressing and holding Down the Power button for 60sec's like suggested on some forums, but nothing helps.

What's wrong with my LED screen?

what should I do when my computer have the following problems:
1、LED large display (rectangle) and appeared splash screen phenomenon recently, but the power light is on.
2、When played PPT file, the display is normal,but after a while,the screen splash phenomenon appeared .If I restart the LED power ,the screen will normal again.
3、2 days later, when I turn on the computer and the LED display and then play PPT file,the LED display appeared black, but the LED disply power is still light .I have tryed to restart the LED power and re-plug the transmission line,but have no any effect.

!!! We Want Design-Specs Of The MEGA LED-displays !!!

Every once in a while someone opens a topic in which he/she askes for a possibility to control the LED display. Some have even sent e-mails to MSI support, only to receive no for an answer. I see no reason why MSI could not release more details about the LED panel, specifically because most of us feel like a bunch of Beta-testers. Hey, we don't even ask for a complete SDK-kit, I think that sufficient knowledge about (hardware)programming is available amongst the users of this forum to make direct use of the design specifications.
Therefore I would ask you to reply to this post to make a general statement towards MSI, and hopefully convince them of releasing the so-wanted data.

Second thing: I worte to MSI (germany) for the specs of the LCD and they transfered by to a technician/programmer in Taiwan. After his holiday he told me that he mustn't give any information about it out. This is again one more example of data protection that just blocks every kind of progress. At the moment I AM expecting an SDK. I won't spend my whole free time to do THEIR job - well and if I do - I'm sure I will charge. I've seen this trouble with the girder plugin which was very very little work compared with an LCD control - enough is enough
Why should anybody of us HELP MSI do make their products more attractive? That's what it's really all about.

K7T Turbo Limited Edition d-led one green led 3 red leds is it my mobo?? that died

Hi people my girlfriend whas just printing somthing when the screen went black and te noise came out of my system...
I wasn't there but when i came home i opened my system and turned it one ... the D-leds went on (1 green 2,3,4 red and some noise came from my speaker (lika a weak alarm)
Swiched my video card, memory and my harddisks but no improvements. I don't know what the D-leds mean
I need some help here guys

I think it is best to bring this machine to a supplyer, becouse i don't have a power supply unit and i can't get that freaking heatsink of the damn cpu ( ) that #$#@#@ piece of @##@@# wont get lose without risking me sticking a screwdriver trough my mobo.....
- The D-LED will hang here if the processor is damaged or not installed properly
or you have a weak Power Supply Unit.

Caps lock/scroll lock/num lock/ LEDs not working - instead pop-ups in bottom RH corner of screen

Specific details; p/n: GS066PA#ABG, 4 GBytes DDR2 RAM, OS Windows 7 (6.1) Ultimate Edition 64-bit Service Pack 1 (Build 7601) DirectX 11.0. LED's were working but during one of the windows automatic updates they stopped working. I don't know which update. Now I get little pop-ups "CAPS LOCK: ON" etc (black text on white background). If I rename bttray.exe to bttray1.exe and restart the laptop, that kills the pop-ups in the bottom RH corner of the screen but it does not restore the operation of my blue indicator LED's. Can anyone help please?

I saw your post regarding the problems with the pop-ups and LED lights not working after a Windows Update. Most likely there was a problem with the update when it was installed. This Microsoft Support link will show you how to uninstall an update. Try uninstalling the most recent updates and the restart the notebook and see if the LEDs start working again.
If that fixes the issue then there is another section in that link entitled: I remove an update but it gets automatically installed. That will show you how to hide an update.

IPhone 6 Plus LED alert not working.

I have always used the iPhone's LED flashing alert to notify me when I get a call or text message. While I was on iOS 8 Beta 2-4 it was working fine. I did a clean install of the complete iOS 8 release and ever since then, the flash alert doesn't work.
Sometimes it will work on incoming calls, but will not work on text messages. I've tried soft/hard rebooting, clean wipe and fresh installs, and pretty much anything in between. Now, today I got my 128GB Gold ATT iPhone 6 Plus, and it's the same thing. Updated to iOS 8.1, reset everything/deleted all contents and settings. Both fresh install, and iCloud backups and still no alerts on text messages, but now I get them on calls. I tried my girls ATT 128GB iPhone 6 and she has the same problem too. My old phone was a 64GB iPhone 5S and hers was a 32GB iPhone 5. Everything was good until the official release of iOS 8.
I've tried searching for related issues, and haven't found anything since 2011 with a quick Google search. Most links just tell you how to turn the flash alert on but no new issues. All of my devices are on iOS 8.1. I gave my father my 64GB 5S with a clean install and he still has the issue as well. So, that makes my iPhone 6 Plus, my girls iPhone 6 and my fathers iPhone 5S not flashing LED on messages and sometimes calls. There aren't any custom vibrations enabled on any if the devices. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is it a known bug or am I just not doing something right here? i never had an issue before the iOS 8 release. Any help would be appreciated.

Iphone 6 plus led light not working in 8.3

I updated to 8.3 a few days ago and have just noticed that my led light does not work.
I backed up the phone, reset it to factory settings and it's still not working. Ay ideas on what I can do next?

Horizontal shifting bars on MBP 15 after disconnecting 24" LED cinema display and waking up from clamshell mode.

I use my MBP 15 (late 2011) with 24" Apple LED Cinema display in a clamshell mode. After disconnecting external display, and opening display, it shows horizontal shifted bars, so it becomes completely unusable. Have to hard reset laptop. Any hints on how to resolve this? Thanks.

Ok, more information for anyone that might care. The wake-up seems to be the familiar dark wake in order to go into hibernate mode. Except now, it's a death wake. Looking at the logs, I see that it happens exactly 70 minutes after sleeping, even though hibernatemode = 0 (which shouldn't hibernate at all!)
So my power settings look like this:
