why i cant upgrade my X3-02 firmware , it ses there are no available update of your software but my firmware version is 5.32.

Connect the phone to PC and open OVI Suite.. Goto Tools-->Software updates..
For the Phone software you may see something like this(if there is no update available..).. Device Software version v xx.xx installed. If you are having problems with it you can reinstall it .. Clicking on reinstall it will do it..

Cant Upgrade firmware to v1 on xp compu

Hey guys. I have a win98 se system, and my zen micro 6gig is undetectable on my windows 98, so i took it to a friends house to downgrade the software from v2 to v so it might work. Once i got the file donloaded, i tried to install, and it said error, please upgrade your jukebox software or something similar. What am i doing wrong? This is really pissing me off, and i really hate this product. I am so close to returning it and buying an ipod, because tech support knows nothing.

You're using a 5th Generation IPod video, right? I followed TrevorQ's instructions, (further up this chain) and they worked for my 5th Generation Ipod video. I haven't had any compatibility problems with my IPod and iTunes 6 so far. It was when I loaded iTunes 7 that the problems started.
If you remove ITunes & Ipod folders from your hard disk via Windows Explorer (c:\program files\iTunes and c:\program files\ipod), goto the link that's given in Trevor's post and download it (about 57Mb so it takes a few minutes) then install the downloaded file, this should put an icon on your desktop called 'ipodsetup.exe'.
Double click on this icon then plug your Ipod into your PC (resetting your IPod if necessary) and you should see a dialog appear with 2 buttons: Update or Restore. If you click on the 'Restore' button this should put the Ipod v1.1.2 software onto your Ipod removing the problematic v1.2 software in the process.
This takes a few minutes to complete, but it should cure the problem. Don't disconnect your Ipod whilst this is going on. It seems that the iTunes 7 / Ipod v1.2 software is the undesirable combination.

Firmware 6.05 WLAN problem after upgrade firmware ...

I just upgraded my firmware to 6.05 and now I cant connect to WLAN
it was working fine before then i upgraded firmware using OVI suite now no it prompts "WLAN connection failed"
- I have tried reinstalling firmware numerous times but it didnt solve the issue.

Is it happening in all WiFi networks you try to connect to ? Have you checked that you do not have any saved WiFi networks stored to the phone after the upgrade ?

Cant load firmware on creative zen 30

my creative player would not start one day so i went in to recovery mode and formated the player then selected reload firmware. i would hook it up to the pc and the pc would detect it and the player would say docked and when i go try to load the firmware on to the player the program wont let me select upgrade firmware. so i tried the recovery tool same thing happens. so now i try a diffrent computer and still the same thing happens. i've already tried a vista computer and 3 xp systems and no luck. i noticed when the player is docked and i go into Computer\Creative Zen Vision in windows at says storage media 50mb free of 50mb when the player is 30 gigsim using zen vision recovery mode v0.0.8

P.S. Goodluck to all of you I dont know if I will check this again but it took me about 8 - 0 hours to fix. I tried to make it as descripti've as I could so I cant be of much more help. But feel free if you have other fixxes to add or questions

RV016 - Problem upgrading firmware

I've downloaded the file "RV0XX-v4.1.0.02-tm.bin" from Cisco's web site. The current firmware in the RV016 router is V3. I log into the router with IE9 (or even firefox), navigate to the system management section, upgrade firmware tab. Browse to the file above and click the button to upgrade. Nothing happens for a few seconds, then the browser displays cant load this page. (Same results if I use the file "RV0XX-v4.1.1.01-sp.bin" as well.) Any thoughts?

The v4 firmware is for use with the v3 hardware of the RV016. You can verify this by checking the model number listed on the router itself. (it will be listed as RV016v3)

If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.
searching the internet i found a link to upgrtade to 10.7
The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.

Ipad wifi does not connect after upgrading firmware to 3.2.2

So many posts and replies on connection to wifi with iPad not working... My issue is that everyhing worked perfect a home until i upgraded firmware to latest (3.2.2?). Now it connects and disconnects in second intervals ??!!
no changes has been made to my router and my two macs connect as before, only iPad does not
Very frustrating indeed, so any tips on what i should do?

This message indicates that your phone was hacked or jailbroken to unlock it.
Then when you updated/restored your phone it locked back up to the original carrier.
Only the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock it.

iWork '09 installed from the retail disk or from the downloaded trial must be updated through Software Update. In Mountain Lion Software Update has been "rolled into" the Mac App Store. Choose Software Update from the Apple menu just like you always have & the Mac App Store will launch. Depending on what you have that needs updating you may see two sections in the MAS window.
But, as always, if you're not running the latest versions of the iWork apps installed from a retail box or the downloaded trial & Software Update says your software is up to date, make sure the applications are where the installer initially put them. The updaters are very picky. If the location is not where the updater is programmed to look or if the folder doesn't have the name the updater looks for, it will not work. The applications cannot be renamed or moved. If you installed from the downloaded trial or the retail box, they must be in the iWork '09 folder in Applications. That iWork folder must be named iWork '09. If it doesn't have the '09 Software Update won't find them & the updaters won't work.

I believe that when you reset your ipod(command given from the computer, right?) touch WHILE the ipod was updating, It cleared the system in the middle of writing files, thus corrupting(equivalent of cutting of in the middle of a sentence) the basic running system.
I suggest you go to an apple store and ask for a technical diagonosis in person. they may offer to help if the problem is fixable. If your ipod is still under warrenty, i would guess it would be free/low cost.
