X3755 VDD_1.1_RUN Lower Non-Recoverable - Going Low

Hello I have an x3755 (Machine type and model : 7164Z2E) and this week the server has shutdown itself In the IBMC log i have this: W 179. [06/09/2015 02:41:26], VDD_1.1_RUN, Voltage, Lower Critical - going low - Asserted E 180. [06/09/2015 02:41:26], VDD_1.1_RUN, Voltage, Lower Non-recoverable - going low - Asserted I 181. [06/09/2015 02:41:32], VDD_1.1_RUN, Voltage, Lower Non-recoverable - going low - Deasserted I 182. [06/09/2015 02:41:32], VDD_1.1_RUN, Voltage, Lower Critical - going low - Deasserted I 183. [06/09/2015 02:41:35], HOST_POWER, Power Unit, Power Off/Power Down - Asserted But i can't find what is VDD, and why this voltage could be low So i don't know if one of the component start to failed ... or the full server ... or the external power supply ... do someone has information ? Thanks

  • IOM Temperature: lower-non-recoverable?

Just got that error as "critical". I don't get what "lower-non-recoverable"
Does that mean it is cold? Or is that the first alert for a high temperature?
Hope I am not being a brick, but that error just isn't obvious to me.

  • Power supply voltage upper-non-recoverable

    Hello,
One of our customers is seeing the following errors occur intermittently across all 4 power supplies in their chassis. They are running 2.0(2q). The chassis is powered via an APC UPS and PDUs, and there are no power events or alarms from within the APC InfraStruxure tools. Has anyone else seen these errors in 2.0(2q) or is this error indicating a voltage fluctuation from the UPS?

  • Non-Recoverable Tax Accounting for Purchasing of OPM Item

    Hi,
As an industry practice and standard functionality of Oracle Inventory, Non-Recoverable TAX (tax paid upon purchase of items is not recovered through sales tax) is charged to the Inventory. However, this functionality is not available in OPM Inventory, due to which the non-recoverable tax amount remains as a debit balance in ISP (Receiving Inspection Account). Can anyone help us with regard to charging this amount to OPM Inventory.
    Thanks in anticipation.
    Regards,
    Hammad.

Looks like there're no participants assigned to a role under which the task is executed. In your JDeveloper open "Organization" section and check the members for that role.
You can also check the task definition in the Assignment part what is the Participant List (by default the list should be created using Lane Participants / Current Lane Participants).

  • Macbook pro mid 2012 non retina goes ramdomly into sleep mode

    Hello people,
I bought a macbook pro non retina mid 2012 and everything was going fine until I installed Mountain Lion OS X. From this moment, my macbook is going into a random sleep mode. It is important to notice, that I cannot see any pattern, it can happens even when I am typing something and when it happens the screen goes black suddenly and it takes some seconds to return. When I was living in Germany last year, I called apple support two times. I installed the mountain lion update the first time as they recommended and the second time I reseted the SMC settings. They said to me that if it didn't work, I should reinstall the operational system before going to an apple store. Thing is that in the meantime I returned to my home country Brazil, where we still don't have a physical apple store and unfortunately the problem was not solved when I reinstalled the operational system. I don't know what to do next. I am afraid that since there is no apple store in Brazil, I just lost the chance to exchange it for a new one... Any suggestion that I didn't try would be welcome.

So, nobody can give me a suggestion? I am disappointed. When I googled for this problem I saw some people facing a similar problem, but their solution they offered didn't help me.

  • Hard Drive Crashed - Non-Recoverable - Reasons for Crash?

Hi, My hard drive crashed this week and was not recoverable. It was running on Tiger 10.4.
I have since bought a new hard drive, maxxed out my RAM, installed Leopard, and am reinstalling all my apps. QUESTION: does anyone know the reasons that would cause a hard drive to crash?
My specific concern is that I had some kind of bug in the system. If I reinstall all my old files (primarily Word docs, mp3s, and photos) will that trigger a second crash on my NEW hard drive?

Hard drive failures are often simply random. Most times when the heads touch the platters, maybe a little bit of data is destroyed or maybe none at all. If the head crashes really hard it can do all sorts of bad things including taking out the system area (sort of the mother of all head crashes).
There are things you can do to reduce the chances of a crash. Minimize movement of the drive when it's in operation (it's generally safe to move when the heads are parked where there's no data). Some head crashes are caused by sudden environmental changes. It's important that the breather hole in the drive isn't blocked so that it can adjust to pressure changes. The heads are flying on a cushion of air, and abrupt changes in pressure can increase the chance of a head crash.
Of course the future may be in solid-state drives replacing hard drives for mobile applications. They're already highly resistant to shock and "best in class" SSDs outperform even the fastest 10,000 RPM mobile hard drives in read speeds.

  • Non recoverable system fault : unable to find operation: null

    Hi,
i'm calling a web service (composite having only one operation), from a third party software but above error message is being shown on my weblogic console...can any one help how to resolve this?

As you are able to test the Composite in the EM console and the correct operation, everything looks fine from SOA side.
Now whatever application from which you are trying to push the data, make sure while configuring the WSDL of the Composite, please check whether you can select the operation of the SOA Composite over there. I think you are leaving the default option which is null or not selecting the required operation over there.
    Hope this helps

  • While working on my file things get automatically deleted/moved and become non-recoverable

And when reopened the file shows the same problems/artifacts. I am using Yosemite. The file seems to corrupt itself while working on it.. even if I save it elsewhere and open it again the same thing happens.
For example I will have 3 image layers and 2 adjustment layers. The 3 images get cropped in some areas and the masks in the layers become all noisy/messy and unusable.
Is this a known issue? Any fixes?

    Thanks for the replies.
I am using the latest version of PS CC (2014.2.1 20141014.r.257) and Yosemite 10.10.1.
What happened is I had 3 image layers (plain photos) with 2 adjustment layers on top of them. I would edit some text and after doing so the masks in the adj layers would become full of "noise" and in some of the images cropped areas would remove parts of the image. If I opened a saved version of the file the same artifacts would happen and I would need to start over.
What I did to fix the issue is just merge all of these layers together and since then no issues.

  • My old computer crashed and the hard drive is non recoverable. Is there a way to recover my saved bookmarks through the Firefox website?

My old computer crashed. I took hard drive to specialist to see if it could be recovered but it can't. I now have a new computer and will be running Firefox. is there a way to recover my Firefox bookmarks and files to my new computer through the Firefox website?

I did sync my old PC but later the hard drive crashed. I do have the recovery key. How do I get all of my saved (synced) stuff onto my new PC? I am now running Windows 8 and Firefox 20.

  • Sun x4200 Fan threshold High/Low

The server room is at 22Celcius, and all the other servers are ok, but the x4200s have these on their logs, and I can't figure out why. Does anyone know how to possibly fix this issue?
Well it seems that it only happens when I only connect one power supply. After I connect the redundant power supply no more logs. Anyone?

I know that when you have both of them then there's not more events...but why would it throw so many events when only one power supply is on? Is there a way to stop it?

  • T5220 Fan problem

    Hi,
sorry if this is the wrong forum.
We have a T5220 in the office, yesterday this message appeared
    "Jan 30 12:34:06 T5220 SC Alert: [ID 118048 daemon.alert] IPMI | critical: ID = fc14 : 01/30/2009 : 12:33:06 : Fan : /FB0/FM0/F0/TACH : Lower Non-recoverable going low : reading 1600 < threshold 2400 RPM"
Could anyone shed a bit more light on this? It's obviously a fan problem but will it need to be replaced?
    Thanks,
    Paul

I would have the fan replaced. The fact that it is spinning way under speed is an issue as these very compact boxes require forced airflow.

  • Non-unicode can only have 32-bit kernel?

    In a non-unicode system (NW04s), run disp+work -version,
it does tell it is 64 or 32.
I remember I saw somewhere that non-unicode goes
    only with 32-bit.
Who can clarify? I'll thank you with points.

    Hi Greg,
SAP supports non-unicode and unicode installations of SAP NetWeaver 2004s and prior release based systems (32 bit and 64 bit). Obviously 64bit has some advantages with memory handling and therefore can benefit unicode installations too.
For the latest information of when SAP will only ship unicode installation kits, please see this blog: /people/michael.eacrett/blog/2006/05/03/single-code-page-sap-systems-heading-towards-history--unicode-only-future
With regard to 32bit and 64bit, SAP is phasing out 32bit support and will only ship 64bit in the future. You can get more information in this blog:
    /people/matt.kangas/blog/2006/05/03/will-you-still-love-me-when-im-64
I hope this helps you answer your question,
    Mike.
