X64 distribution not working

I made a setup of an x64 application and installed it on another pc (Windows 7 x64), but it isn´t working. It can´t start and Windows gives me the error code 0xC000007B. The Problem is that there was already an x86 installation of the cvi runtime and this one is also needed by other applications on this pc.
So after I installed an x64 application there should be a x64 cvi runtime!?
What can I do to solve this problem?

To use the 32bit and 64 bit runtime on the same system isn't the issue I think.
The error is sometimes a windows registry error if the registry has invalid paths.
In this reaason use a registry cleaner like "http://www.paretologic.com/products/regcure/index.aspx".

Adaptiva Software Distribution not working with Cisco APs in Local Mode

A worldwide customer would like to use a new Software distribution system called Adaptiva to replace SCCM within Windows environment. As far as I understand, Adaptiva is designed to work like a snowball system. A single PC at a remote side can be "infected" with new Software and will distribute the package to other PCs within the same IP-subnet, saving WAN bandwidth.
First tests are showing that it is working well with Cisco WLAN solution as long as we are using Flexconnect WLAN APs.
Customer locations with Local WLAN AP design create problems for this new software distribution method.
The WLAN-PCs can be reached from outside, but the establishment of the Client/Server-model between the WLAN Clients is not working. The Port used by this software for communication between clients in each WLAN subnet is UDP Port 34329.
Our WLCs are running at 7.4.130.0. The problem is appearing independently of AP Multicast settings or Broadcast Forwarding. Enabling Broadcast forwarding without Reboot did not improve the situation.
Global Multicast Mode and IGMP Snooping are also of no influence.
P2P Blocking Action is "Disabled" within the WLAN setup.
Who has any idea what might cause this communication problem between WLAN clients in Local Mode of APs ?

I can think of two solutions. You could 1: turn the "auto-lock" to never, so that your phone never sleeps. Or, you could 2: jailbreak your iPhone and install "insomnia". I wish we had the Cisco Mobile app. I usually use wifi/insomnia and turn data off at work since we have wireless pretty much everywhere...

LaserJet 1020 Windows 7 x64 driver not working!

Hello. I have problem. I have recently installed Windows 7 x64, and when I tried to install driver for my LaserJet 1020 from this site, an error appeared.
First, when I launched the driver installer, I agreed with license agreement and proceeded. Than, loading bar appeared, it came to 3 division sticks in it and text above was like "Preinstalling the driver files". Then, suddenly, for a split-second "Copying files to the hard drive." text appeared, than again "Preinstalling the driver...", and it appeared again for less than a second, and again, and again... Than, after a few times, it just crushed, with Windows message "Printer Software Installer" is not working".
And one more: in Program Files -> HP folder there are lots of driver files (which seem not to be working) and another HP folder with same file and HP folder in it... Recursion of some kind, I think.
So, what should I do? I can't use my printer for a long time because of this driver!
I'm haven't spoken English for a while, so, if I explained something strange, ask, I'll try to explain better =)

Distribution not working.

I have setup, I think correctly ZFS. I'm trying to do my first
distribution. I doesn;t seem to be working. How do you diagnose whats
going wrong. I know this is a broad question, but I'm not sure where to
look.

Write down your setup and look how things are connected and scheduled.
Distrubutor-Channel-Subscribor.
Then look if there is any distribution in the channel. Right click on the
distributor and do a refresh.
Set the messaging level for the log-file to 6 in the properties of the
distributor. In the workingdirectory of the distributor there is a file
called ted.log.
Some common error message's our files show ;-) are:
Scheduled to collect .... at Run never
Distribution not in any channel
Gather .... stopped with unknown error.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Drivers not working

When I installed Windows 7 Ultimate N x64 on Boot Camp, it worked fine, I could get into the Windows Partition no problem. When I try to install the Boot Camp drivers for Windows, it says that it can't run the program or that it is incompatible with my version of Windows. I can't connect to the internet or use the trackpad. Any help? It was a subscription version of Windows 7 Ultimate from MSDN.

Windows 7 (x64) taskbar not working after using digitizer in tablet mode. x61t.

I have Windows 7 professional x64 on my thinkpad x61t. I updated all drivers from windows update and also from lenovo.com. So far it's been about two weeks with no problems. But when I started using tablet mode (fold) for lecturing a class (clone video output) in tablet mode, the taskbar stops responding to my clicks. No error message or anything, but I just can't press the start button or anything on the taskbar using a stylus. The point on the screen moves and follows my digitizer/mouse correctly, but I can't press anything. The keyboard works though, so I can restart the computer to get it back working. What could be causing the problem?
I've tried installing lenovo-wacom dual touch driver, but it only caused more problems, so I had to remove it and use the windows update driver.
x61 tablet / multitouch / 3GB Ram / intel wifi / bluetooth

Workaround: Press 'Control + Alt + Del' to open task manager, and click 'Cancel'.
Stylus worked okay during teaching using Onenote. The problem starts when I start clicking the start menu and try opening other programs while in tablet mode. Once the loss of pointer, the only thing works is the keyboard.
I found a workaround for this. Press 'Control + Alt + Del' to open task manager, and click 'Cancel'. Then you can gain control again, at least until the next time you loose mouse/tablet control.
I currently have hotkey driver and sound driver (final driver for win7). For system interface driver / tablet button driver / tablet shortcut menu, I installed beta drivers. All other drivers were updated through Windows Update.
I'd appreciate if anyone finds a fix for this problem.

We are spliting the cost for an misc transaction. The Splitted cost are got cost distributed. But the Reversal expenditure (-ve Transaction) is not get cost distributed.
The cost distribute flag is enabled for the reversal transaction. but no credit or debit account populated. Please let me know what might be the issue.

Check the cost distribution concurrent request's output. It will tell you the reason. It might be an auto-accounting issue too. Post the error code here.

Ad Hoc distribution not working

I am trying Ad Hoc distribution for the first time. I generated the Ad Hoc mobile provision profile with the user's UDID. I built the app as Apple describes. I sent the provision file and the zipp'ed app to someone running Windows XP.
They dragged the provision file into iTunes and that seemed to install (when they did it a second time it said it was already installed). When they dragged the .app directory into iTunes, the cursor changed to a Plus sign as they dropped it there. However it was not then visible in the Applications part of the library. When dragging it into iTunes a second time, it **did not** indicate it was already installed.
Any idea what the problem could be? If somehow their UDID didn't match the one in the provision file (or the one in the app), would it give this behavior?

I had this problem when doing ad-hoc on Windows before. I created a compressed copy of the application using the compress feature in Finder. Unfortunately, when that ZIP file is extracted on Windows, you get both a .app folder and a .app file in the extracted directory. Not sure what's in the extra file (Finder resources, maybe?) but it is a little confusing.
I solved the problem by writing a script that uses the command-line zip command to create an .ipa file, which is properly-interpreted by Windows and Mac OS iTunes. I don't think the structure of the .ipa file is documented anywhere, but it's just a ZIP archive with a "Payload" folder containing your .app bundle. If you want to see what one looks like, just run "unzip" on an IPA from your iTunes library.
Oh, and I suggest that you personally try out your install instructions on a Windows machine before sending a build out to a tester, if you can. I use Parallels to do my Windows-based testing, but there are lots of other options.

Wireless Distribution not Working

Attempting to deploy an Enterprise application wirelessly, with partial success. I do have the Enterprise Developers Kit, I've created the provisioning profile, added the devices ID's, uploaded the mobile provisioning profile, the ipa, and the P-list.
When I install the app through xCode directly onto the iPad, then attempt to download it wirelessly, it works fine. When I attempt to use it on a device that hasn't had that direct install, it downloads about 66%-75% of the way, right when the title shows up on the app, then says "Unable to Download Application".
Any ideas?

It's off a GoDaddy linux server, but actually I solved my own problem. It was due to not updating the iPad's OS to 5.1.1. I updated it and it installed just fine. My bad.

Vertical Distribution not working properly

I am attempting to distribute 6 pictures/objects (not text or text boxes) of similar widths but varying heights vertically, with even space between them, to the slide. I have the top and bottom centred and placed at the top and bottom of the slide, however objects 2-5 fail to evenly distribute themselves, and instead distribute strangely together. They are not overlapping, but they aren't spaced evenly in regards to the top and bottom object, or each other.
Here is a rough example of how it looks on the slide after using vertical distribution:

selecting all the images (command A) or click and drag the mouse over all the images should select properly
Also check there are no invisible extra objects interfering, if so, delete these

VPP and B2B apps distribution not working

Hi, as anyone been successful in setting up the Profile Manager to distribute a B2B app?
We have the app in our VPP account, it shows up in the front page, no problem. Then we "buy" (it's a free app) some copies of it, in the account summary licences are shown as "Managed Licences", but they never show up in the App panel of the Profile Manager.
Digging the issue down we discovered that OS X Server reports in devicemgrd.log, after the purchase
1:: [158] [2013/12/17 10:52:27.787] Requesting incremental VPP sync in response to push notification from server
and that's very good, but then
:: [158] [2013/12/17 10:52:30.700] Unable to retrieve any metadata for product ID 743681***
The ID is the one of the B2B app we asked the developers to put in our VPP account for purchase.
I also have to say that
- "Standard" apps distribution (apps that are public in the Store) is working fine (free and paid apps)
- It seems to me that there is no way to escalate this issue to Apple tech support? (any suggestion on this point?)
So, in the end, it would be a great relief just to know that anyone has the B2B method of app distribution working on his OS X Server Mavericks, because I'm banging my head on this issue for a month or more, and I'm starting to feel delusional ... Thank you for any hint!

No way. I opened a support case with Apple for this, and after a 10 days investigation they admitted it's their fault, but no timeframe for a solution was given to me.
Pretty much disappointing I have to say.

Xcode ad hoc distribution not working

I am running Xcode Version 4.6.1 (4H512)
I use ad hoc distribution to push my ipa and plist files, I have done this many times before....
It doesn't work now.
Has the process changed?

Earlier installed flash player for x64 yet still not working

Hello:
Over the past 6months flash player installed and it's a working program, then a update comes
along install that then you know it program stops working. I just uninstalled latest version as it was not working
I went back to dl.flash player square "beta preview, for windows X64. Not working.
Where,what is a user to do? I like learning from H.P. Learning which uses flash player so I really

Hi, The Square is a beta version and still in testing. You need to Uninstall it if you want the latest released version.
Even tho you have a 64bit OS, you need to use the 32bit browser with any Flash Player version other than Square.

Major features of Liquify Filter in CS6 are not working properly.

The Liquify filter in PS 13.0 x64 does not work correctly. The Forward Warp, Magnify and Hand tools work okay, but the rest of them procuce the same strange effect of a jumbled combination of swirl and black on white dot patterns. ending with a circular "transparent" pattern. I have just installed after removing 5.5 and using the Adobe Cleaning Tool. There were multiple errors in the installation log file, which I saved. I'm running Win 7 fully patched and up to date. I have a Toshiba Tecra wiith 6GB of RAM and an ATI Radeon DH 6450M GPU.
Here is a screen shot:
All three of the non-functioning tools begin with a swirly pattern quickly being jumbled by dots and checkerboard. If you hold the click for a few seconds it ends up looking like the above image.
Could sure use some help. I use the liquify filter a lot and I don't want to waste a fortune by going back to CS55.
