I down loaded the photoshop 3.2 that came with my video camera, when i down load short video, i cannot view, get sound only and error code:c000005, Address 2568b7ab. What can i do to fix this?

You have mentioned photoshop in your post below. I hope you mean Photoshop Album Starter Edition not Photoshop?
Which video format<file extension> are you trying to play in PASE 3,.2?
