I would encourage you to reach out to Microsoft Support, as this offer was facilitated through them directly.
Another option would be to return to the store with your console and receipt. If you do this, please be sure to bring all parts and accessories with you.

I bought an Xbox One Assassin's Creed bundle this Sunday, November 2nd. Is this bundle eligible for this promotion? And furthermore and more importantly, as I bought the Xbox One bundle less than a week before this promotion takes place, am I eligible to get the Xbox Live card for free on Saturday without having to buy another Xbox One?

A free Xbox Live 12-Month Gold Membership is a great deal, so I can understand asking if the Xbox One bundle you recently purchased would be eligible. As offizzdeapo14 mentioned, the terms of the offer state that the Xbox One and Xbox Live membership would need to be purchased on the same receipt during the Holiday Shopping Event in-order to be eligible for the promotional savings. With that being said, the Xbox One bundle that you purchased would not be eligible because it was not purchased during the actual event.

XBox One Strict help

I have called BT a couple of times about this and no helped what so ever same with the internet trouble after trouble.
I have BTHub 3 with the white router and my xbox one is on strict and can not do anything on the xbox. If you can help that would be good. I have tried several ways to change it, like the settings on the bt help page but still not worked. When i called though they said connect it via a ethernet cable. Whats the point having wireless :/ Please help.

I don't have an XBox or really know the first thing about them but I would start from the beginning with a clean sheet.
I would do a factory reset on the XBox.

and I would also do a factory reset of the homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds.
I would then connect the XBox to the Homehub to rule out any wireless interference.

Game Console Exchange - XBox One

I bought an XBox One console bundle (Forza and Kinect) last 09/28/2014. Is it possible to exchange this to the upcoming XBox One Sunset Overdrive bundle?
If it is, how much will I be paying since I already used the Forza code and what if I want to keep the Kinect as well?
I am an Elite Plus Member, so is this covered within the 45 days exchange?

With so many special edition consoles and bundles being released, it’s not surprising to perhaps see something shortly after that you may prefer over what you’ve already purchased. With our Return & Exchange Promise, as an Elite Plus member, you should have 45 days to return a purchase.
Unfortunately, you would not be able to return the video game, as we do not accept returns of opened video games, although they may be exchanged for the identical item. As this is a bundle and you would not be able to return everything, we should be able to accept what you do return, minus the value of the discount or freebies.

Xbox one overdrive bundle delivery - delayed 30 days

So, help me out please. I placed my pre-order online two weeks ago, selected home delivery, and now customer service tells me that it won't be shipping until Nov 25-28. Are you kidding me?? I am now trying to cancel my order and both the store and CS tell me that it cannot be cancelled. None of this delay was communicated to me, an entire month! I am furious that I am forced to wait for it. I can just buy it from another store and get it in 3 days. Why???!!!

Is this still active? I understand that it is given out as a $100 gc and a $50 coupon towards an xbox one. When I click the link online, instead of bringing up the $150 offer, it now brings up $120 offer with two controllers. Is the $150 offer no longer valid? Bought an Xbox One yesterday, but just found out about an upcoming promotion.

I just found out that this Saturday, Best Buy is going to offer 12 months of Xbox Live with the purchase of an Xbox One: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/global-promotions/holiday-shopping-event/pcmcat344700050000.c?id=pcmcat3...
Apparently the promotion is limited in time (from 1pm-4pm), so I'm a little wary about if there will be anything that you could do for me.
I'm assuming it might be possible to go to the store a return my (online) order there, and rebuy it at the store to qualify for the promotion, but because it was an online order, can they resell me the online stock item right then and there? That's assuming I have the console by then since it just shipped out today.
Another problem I had was that I qualified for 10% cashback with my Discover Card by shopping through Shop Discover (5% + 5% Seasonal for all online shopping) - if I were to return it, I wouldn't qualify for that anymore.
The main reason for the card and console being on the same receipt is that if they were on seperate, returns would be an issue. If that's the case, would it be possible to issue me the 12 month XBL code after my return period on my Xbox One is up (2 weeks)? That would seemingly solve my delemia.
The last thing that I forgot to mention was that the console I ordered was the limited edition Sunset Overdrive Bundle - which is in high demand and sold out nearly everywhere. If I didn't order it when I did, I probably wouldn't have gotten it.

Not able to connect to uplay on xbox one

Hi there,
I seem to have a problem where I can't connect to any ubisoft games on my xbox one. I have both Assassins Creed : Black Flag and Trials Fusion and both constantly say the servers are unavailable. I am able to connect to the uplay app via the xbox one and also the website but no luck at all with the game servers, is this still a widespread issue?

Getting an Open Nat on XBOX One?

Hi all, first post here.
I'm trying to configure my Xbox One so that I have an open nat type as opposed to the moderate one I have now but have abosuletly no idea on how to go about this. I've followed a few guides, but not made any progress. In terms of hardware, i'm running with a BT HH5 Type A on Infinity Option 2. I know for a fact I'm not on Carrier Grade Nat.
So, any ideas? I'm a bit lost really...

The Home Hub 5 has poor UPnP support. Because of this it is not fully compatible with the xbox one.
There are work-arounds you can try
To tell you how to get round the problem I need to know a couple of things
Do you own more than one Xbox One?
Do you also own an xbox 360?
Do you play Call of Duty Ghosts on the xbox one?
There is a workaround to open the NAT but this wont work for call of duty ghosts.
Go to the Network settings in the xbox settings app then run a multiplayer test. When test is finished press and hold both the triggers and the bumper buttons at the same time to go to detailed stats screen.
When on this screen press A then press A again. Hopefully your NAT should now be open. You sometimes have to do this two or three times though to get the NAT open.
Because of the home hub 5's poor UPnP support though there is no way to open the NAT in cod ghosts using UPnP. You need to forward port 3075 to open the NAT in Ghosts.
This is all a total pain and I keep hoping BT will update the firmware with a fix but i not holding my my breath.
It should be said though that NAT doesn't matter for games that use dedicated servers. So for games like Forza or Titanfall you don't need to worry about NAT. It's only games that use p2p that need the NAT open like COD or assassins creed black flag.

Received a beat up xbox one...

Hi guys, I ordered the sunset overdrive xbox one bundle and received it today (super quick shipping) The problem is the box was not shipped in anything, you just slapped a label on the consoles box itself and sent it out. Well, it arrived ripped up, full of dirt and soggy. I know the box isn't a huge deal to most, but when spending almost 400 for a limited edition bundle you want to keep everything in collectors shape, I think it's a bit unacceptable to pay that price and get sent something that looks like it's out of Amazon warehouse deals.
I'd like some sort of compensation for this or to at least know what my options are. Not mad about it, just disappointed.

While not much of a gamer myself, I do like to purchase collector editions of my favorite movies. It’s rare for one of them to arrive in less than pristine condition, but it can be incredibly disappointing if it happens. I’m glad to hear that your console isn’t damaged as a result of something like this, but I do understand why receiving a damaged box is less than ideal. Limited edition items can be expensive, and even though you got yours a great price, I know I wouldn’t be happy to find myself in a situation like the one you describe.

Xbox One Gaming System Volume

Hello, I just purchased a Lenovo All-in-One Desktop (C40-05 Model) and I'm attempting to hook up my Xbox One gaming systme to the monitor. I've hook the HDMI into the HDMI IN port on the back and I have picture and sound. The problem is that the sound is very loud and I don't know how to change the volume. I also plugged a pair of headphones into the side of the monitor attemping to use those to lower the volume, but I get no sound of them. I'm assuming that audio port is only for the PC portion. Any help would be great, thanks.

Congratulations on your new Xbox One console. I’m not much of a gamer myself; however, I know if I bought a console, it’d be all over for me! It’s such a bummer to hear that your controller isn’t quite up to par and doesn’t like to respond to your commands, especially as this was included with your console.
I pulled up your account via your email address to see what options you may have. As your purchase is outside our 15-day Return and Exchange Promise, we wouldn’t be able to exchange it in-store on your behalf. Additionally, it doesn’t appear that a Geek Squad Replacement plan was purchased so repair services or replacement options isn't available through us.
However, your controller should have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty with Microsoft. As long as your controller doesn’t show signs of physical or liquid damage, you should be able to explore options with them here.

Assassin Creed is multi-platform game Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and PC. and another game from Nvidia(The way it meant to be played). so far as i know only nvidia that has better driver support for the game. GX70 is not really recommended for it but if you still want to play it, turn down the settings to medium or high and before you start the game, make sure you turn the "High Performance" in the "Configure Switchable Graphics"(from desktop, right click and click Configure Switchable Graphics)
