Xcode Distribution Issue

I have exported & imported my developer profile into Xcode.
I have rectified the Bundle ID.
I cannot get this App to get into distribute mode. Can someone please help me? This is my first time submitting an app and it is starting to get frustrating.
If I go through Application Loader, I continue getting the error message "ERROR ITMS-9000: “No.app bundles found in package”

The script editor(s) keep track of how you capitalize your identifiers, and once created, it will use that even if it is wrong. There are a couple of techniques I've had success with - both start with closing the editor(s). You can then either edit the script text file with a text editor such as TextWrangler and reopen the corrected file in the script editor, or use a newly launched script editor to make your changes in the script before compiling it.

Xcode Distribution Provisioning problems..

Hi, I have recently upgraded my machine and upgraded to Xcode 4.
I am having problems with the distribution provisioning. Its strange. When I create the Developer provisioning profile, I can happily add my devices.
When I create the Distribution provision, the devices are greyed out and cant be selected. When I switch to add hoc, the option to add devices becomes available.
I'd really appreciate some help on this please, many thanks.

Distribution issue

Our business is Distribution. some times from our stock we use to send the material to customer and get it replaced by our vendor A for free. The issue is excise invoice. Our Vendor A does not give Excise invoice at the time of free replacement. We tried using a free replacement invoice and using the same excise to take the stock into sap using 511 movement. But, the issue is that cost impact in finance is missing. Could you please suggest an alternative method?

Form Distribution Issues

I have two related issues regarding the distribution function in Arobat 9.0.
We have an order form with a "submit by email" button on it. Myself and a co-worker, Leon, are responsible for completing that form for each order. I created the form in LiveCycle and with Acrobat 9.0, used the distribution function to send it to Leon and myself. I sent it to automatically collect the data on my own server.
When I take an order and click submit, it doesn't go through the email process, Acrobat just notifies me that the message was sent and the order database is updated with Adobe Tracker. When Leon clicks submit, he has to go to the email process.
Question 1: If I were to, and can I, move the collection folder that I originally set up on my own server to a common server that he and I share, would he be able to then skip the email process?
Question 2: He only has the Adobe Reader 8.0, whereas I have the full program. How does this affect his ability to fully take advantage to the distribution and collection process?

We have a solution that allows you to do most of what you want, including bulding the form, having people fill it out either in Reader (as an XFA-PDF) or on the iPad (as an HTML form).
You design the form once, and it will by styled correctly on the appropriate platform.

Can any help with my Xcode download issue?

Hi all,
Can anyone help with my Xcode issue? I downloaded it the other day but it is currently stuck saying waiting. I found this advice online http://scheyeniam.blogspot.co.uk/2011/08/how-to-revive-mac-app-store-when-its.ht ml and it seemed simple enough. However it tells me to go into activity monitor and quite 'storeagent'. The issue is that there is no process called storeagent. I have tried quitting other processes but it doesn't seem to be working.
Does anyone know of a solution to stop the download saying 'waiting' and to get it started?

Most likely it is downloading, although the App Store doesn't show the download progress. I had the same problem yesterday when I did the upgrade. It eventually finished, and it's quite a large download, so it might take hours, depending on your internet connection.
If you open the Launchpad, and locate the XCode application icon, it should show a download/install progress, if you want to verify that it's actually doing something. Otherwise, just leave the App Store running, and it should eventually finish.

Xcode distribution not found

Hi there,
When trying to update my application, i click on archive and it tells me that there is no iPhone distribution selected. So, i go and try and change it (in build settings) to iPhone distribution and it says "No profiles currently match" I have got the distribution certificate but it in not appearing in xcode. Please my someone explain to me in simple terms how to sort this out! (simple because i am quite new to xcode and am of a simple mind!) thank you soo much if you can fix this problem that i am having!

CCA planning price distribution issues

Hi Gurus,
When we do cost center planning using KP26 it suppose to distribute the prices equally for all the periods based on distribution key. In this scenario we are using the standard distribution key 2 and the values are not distributed equally and it's happening only for few cost centers and not for all of them. I have verified the master data for the cost centers which are having issue and don't see any issues with master data. I am really wondering what can be causing this issue.

Thanks Adi but user is saying he never inputted the planning date for 6 months and there is no way I can prove that. I did some testing and this is what I found. If we input the plan data for 6 months and if we try to view the same plan data for 12 months then system sets up different price (not the amount we entered) for previous months and it's going to default the price we entered from current month onwards.

Content distribution issue with message "Found package properties updated notification for package '00000123'"

I've got strange issue with 1 of my primary sites that started just recently. I've updated the content of 1 package and this now needs re-distribution to all DPs. I've got 3 primary sites and on 2 of those the update succeeded and my DP's got
updated correctly. One primary site it does not work and checking distrmgr.log I can see following message every xx minutes
Found package properties updated notification for package '000008B7' SMS_DISTRIBUTION_MANAGER 6/21/2014 12:00:31 AM 5836 (0x16CC) ==>
Checking Pkgxfermgr.log does not show anything either, I've tried with 2nd application but again the same result it only shows the the notification message.
I saw similar issue yesterday but with restart of the sms_exec service it eventually distributed the content, obviously this is not something I like to do too often.
does anyone have idea what this could be, suggestions are welcome. Thx.

Jason, I've checked the flow from the CAS down to the primary below is quick overview. The package I'm testing is just small package that we use to check replication is working in our environment it's less then 1MB in size and we run it
1/week basically update content and then check monitoring-content distribution that it has been received on our 260 DP's around the globe
CAS (Located in the US EST Time zone)
Distrmgr.log 11:25am update package and needs to be send to 3x primary sites (A00; B00; C00)
sender.log 11:30am all 3 primary sites have received the content.
C00 (Primary site in Singapore having the issue)
distrmgr.log 11:27pm received notification of the package
despool.log 11:32pm packaged content extracted successfully
distrmg.log started to see message Found notification for package '000008B7' and followed by next message
Package '000008B7' (priority 2) is already in queue.
This goes one until 1:21am (Singapore time)

After that nothing anymore.
When I check monitoring - content distribution I can see the package being updated/distributed to 80% of my DP's and last 20% are the dp connected below this Primary site.
To add to the confusion, there was another package distributed around the same time, and then one actually made it to the remote DP's.
This is first time I see this issue.

Xcode Update Issue

I'm having trouble getting the point releases for Xcode to take. I downloaded v4.0 from the MAS, but can't get 4.01 or, today, 4.02 to update. When I launch the app, it still says 4.0. Anyone else having this problem? I'm not a registered developer...could that be an issue?

That is not the issue, because registered developers don't have to use the Mac App Store.
Xcode is a slightly different beast. Unlike all of the other applications in the Mac App Store, it is just an installer, not an application. So, you have to copy the original installer back into place and then it should recognize that you have it and allow you to download the update.

Because I am a registered developer, I can't test the Mac App Store version.

VPP Distribution issues with OSX Server Profile Manager

Hi, I have a new issue with my OSX 10.9.5 Server. I use VPP to distribute apps to users devices, when I would add a new user I would send them an invitation message through /profilemanager . All was working well until recenetly , the message still arrives in the users mailbox however when you click the "sign in" link on the "receive apps and books from xxxxx" email instead of opening through the Mac App store app it now opens Safari and connects to the profile manager server , any ideas ? it never has done this before and although I thought it was a new feature or method I can not seem to resolve the issue.

Hi if when you are redirected back to your Mac Server you enter the user name and password of the user you are trying to receive VPP apps for i.e the Open Directory credentials it will then open the App Store providing the credentials are correctly entered so it looks like an additional layer of security. The process is click on the link in the VPP invite email, this takes you to your Mac Server profile manager, log on with your OD account, App store then opens on your Mac like it used to.

BroadCasting distribution issue in BW 3.5 version

Hi Gurus,
               We have issues with workbooks Broadcasting using Precalculation Server. We have few workbooks which are not going to Inbox through precalculation server. I can see them in SOST in BW (3.5 version) after workbook refresh using Precalculation Server as send status. But some of them are going to Email. I didnt understand the difference between them....
              I tested with my emailID as well, the problem with workbooks are not coming into my inbox again they are in SOST after refresh. where as others are coming. I checked few tables start with RSRD*.
             We are sending this workbooks since from last four months and we never had any problems.
             Please help me if any one have this issue before.

                    Appreciate for your quick response. As far I know nothing wrong with Precalculation server, because when I run workbook refresh it is process which I can see. After refresh it is sending mail back to BW Server where I can see in SOST send status.
                   Still it is showing as send status but cant see in Inbox. I tried for other workbooks which are working and I am receiving mail.
                   Please any suggestions to fix this issue...

Document Distribution Issue.

Dear All,
We have set of End users who are authorized for various types of Document Types.
Suppose End user A is authorized for Doc types: IRR, IRC, IRP e.t.c.
End user B is authorized for Doc types: GRR, GRC, GRP e.t.c
Now End user "A "has Distributed "Released" Document type "IRR" to End user 'B'. But End user is unable to open the Document,bcoz he does'nt have authorization for the same. We can't authorize him for the same Doc type 'IRR' or create any role for him.Becoz in future so many pepole can request for Doc, but we can't create individual role for them to authorize.
My issue is what settings can we make to authorize End user 'B' to view the Doc type 'IRR' based on his request.
We have also tried 'ACL'(Access Control list) but the problem is when DIR is having status "RL" it doesn't accept any changes.
Means when I try to feed End user Name and activity as a only "Read File" system proposes a message changes are not allowed with Doc type "IRR" and with Relased status "RL".
Can somebody guide me on this issue.

based on the mentioned error message number I think that this is not comming from the ACL entry but from a DMS authorization object which prevents this user from editing document info records of type IRR which have currently status 'RL' assigned.
I think the best way to check the permission checks would be to execute an authorization trace in transaction ST01. The result of this trace should show which auth. objects are checked and where maybe an error is raised.

LiveCycle Form used on an iPad/Distribution Issues. PLEASE HELP!

I am a young designer with a complicated problem. I have virtually no experience building interactive forms and I have a client that wants to do the following:
-Take a form and fill out some of it on a pc
-Then send it to an iPad, use the app SignMyiPad to insert photos taken with the iPad into image fields in the partially filled out form-
-Fill out the rest form on the iPad
-Then send the fully filled out form back to a pc
For reference, he has given me a form that a business associate of his is already using to do the above, however, the designer that created the existing form quit and is now on bad terms with the associate. This means I can't ask this person about the process he used that makes this work. My background is in print design, but after watching a few tutorial videos and playing around with some of the features on my own I understand the basics of creating a form in LiveCycle (I think).
I've made several test forms (just a few fields on a page) to send to my client to make sure I could create what he wanted. Unfortunately, I can't even find out if the forms I created will work the way he wants because my biggest issue so far is actually getting the pdf onto his iPad! When I email the files, sometimes they show up as an attachment icon which he can touch (click) to save and work with but most of the time the pdfs appear in the body of the email like an embedded image and he can do nothing with them. Sometimes if I send a plain text email from Outlook, it makes it to his iPad as an attachment he can work with but that only worked once with a totally blank form. When I filled some of it out and tried again, the info that was typed into the form and was saved on the pc was lost when that same file made it to his inbox.
Can anyone offer any insight? I truly have no idea what I'm doing and I really don't want to let my client down.

Acrobat X fill in form distribution issue

I created a fill in form in Acobat X for MACs and twice attempted to distribute the form to 32 recipients using my Acrobat.com account. The distribution seems to stall while "sending". The form does not show up on my Acrobat.com account nor were the forms distributed. Suggestions?

LiveCycle Designer Forms are very different from Acrobat Formtool forms.
If you have a LiveCyle Designer form, then you need to create a master page and save as a dynamic form.
There is a different forum for LiveCycle Designer under Adobe Forms.
