XD99 Create sales Org data

HI,
I have a reuqest to create additonal Sale Org data for the existing customer.
I want to extend this to another sales org data. Can XD99 help in that.

Yes, it is possible. Chose the table KNVV for uploading the Sales Related data.

  • Default Sales Org Data based on User parameters

    Hello,
    I wonder if it was possible to have the Sales org data beeing filled in automatically based on the user parameters. In ERP you can set this up in the user settings "Own data". In CRM you also have this option but I'm not sure if the WEB GUI uses this data in order to default the values.
    What I would want is that when a user creates a prospect, the sales are data is automatically filled based on the user's parameters.
    would this be possible?

    You can attach the user to a BP which in turn is assigned with org attributes.
    Also the determination should be enabled.

  • Function module to extract sales org data for sales transaction

    Hi! I would like to find out the sales org assigned to a particular sales transaction. When I run function module CRM_ORDER_READ, it passes some information into LT_ORGMAN but I get 2 entries rather than the 2 entry I see in my sales transaction. Is this the right table to look for sales org data for a particular transaction?
    Appreciate any help on that.

  • Bapi for creating Sales Area data on Relationship

    Hi,
    I am looking for BAPI for creating relationship between business partners with sales area data in CRM 5.0.
    Example - I would like to create relationship type CRMH03.
    Bapi BUPR_RELATIONSHIP_CREATE does not allow for maintaining sales area data (Sales org, distribution channel, division).
    Does anybody know such a bapi?

  • SAP MM Rounding Profile not allowed for plant in sales org data 1-Quantity stipulation

    Hi
         I have created rounding profile in OWD1 for a particular plant  and it is showing IN material master MRP DATA1 area. But when i am trying to assign in sales :sales org1 data under quantity stipulation area there is no profile  . Is there any specific plant assignment for sales area data?

    Hi,
       The material master sales data 1 is not plant specific generally. You may create a rounding profile in OWD1 without plant and then the same will be visible in the F4 list in sales data 1. If the rounding profile is plant specific,  you have to maintain the delivering plant in material master - sales data 1.

  • BP sales org data update

    Dear Gurus,
    Can give some idea about the following issue.
    In CRM I have a BP 900123 with IN01 sales org replicated from R3 long ago.
    Now I maintained the org struc for FR with FR01 sales org and in CRM
    In R3 the customer 900123 is having 3 sales org DE01,FR01 and IN01.
    Now how do I need to update the FR01 sales org to the BP900123.
    In future if CRM roll out takes place for DE then I need to update the BP in CRM with DE01 sales org also. How to achieve this?
    I did req load R3AR2 for the customer with KNA1.KUNNR EQ=900123 and got u2018Sysfailu2019 error- customer already exists. What kind of filter need to set?

               Do check the following:
                       1. Go to r3ac1 - check CUSTOMER_MAIN adapter object for relevant settings.
                       2. Go to r3ac4 and check for object BUPA for R/3 system whether all the objects are active.
                       3. Use crmm_bupa_map and do generic download now.
    The error message that you ve got is a generic error message and you can just ignore that.

  • Creating New Sales ORG

    Hi
    We created a new Sales ORG in R/3.
    TO replicte the changes in CRM I replicated the new Sales org in PPOMA_CRM and linked it to the R/3 Sales ORG.
    But even then when we are creatign an Oppurtunity we are not able to see the newly created Sales ORG.
    DO I need to do other steps so that we can seethe Sales org in the Activities transaction.

    The problem may be due to following causes:
    1. The structure of the organization is missing in the CRM system.
    2. The CRM organizational unit is not assigned to the R/3 organizational unit.
    3. The division is not active in the CRM system, however, the R/3 substitute division is not maintained.
    4. The program buffer in the CRM system is outdated.
    So what you could do was the following -
    1. You can use Transaction PPOMA_CRM to check the structure of your organization.To create the structure, read the documentation in the IMG ('Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Organizational Management -> Organizational plan'). As of CRM Release 2.0C, you can generate the data from the R/3 system automatically. For this, use Transaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE.
    2.In Transaction PPOM_CRM, each R/3 organizational unit has to be assigned to a CRM organizational unit.This assignment occurs in Transaction PPOMA_CRM.You find the corresponding fields in the 'Type' tab. You can maintain distribution channel and division on the 'Attributes' tab.
    3. If you do not want to use a division in the CRM system, you have to make the corresponding Customizing in the IMG ('Customer Relationship Management -> Master Data -> Organizational Management').
    4. The organizational structure is buffered to increase the performance.Up to CRM Release 2.0B, this buffer is only updated once every day.
    If you change the organizational structure and transfer the master data based on the changes from the R/3 system on the same day, error messages may occur. Run the attached report ZCRM_ORGMAN_VTAREA_GET to resetup the buffer.

  • Error while creating sales order for material with another DIVISION

    Hello Friends,
    I have a problem with my sales order creation.
    I have defined a new sales area 0010 / 10 / 01. I have the sales order type assigned to this sales area. (in VOV8 for the sales order type, in the 'General Control' the 'item division' is flagged.
    Now, I have created the sold to party XYZ with all the partner functions defaulted same as the sold to party for the sales area 0010 / 10 / 01.
    NOW, I have the material ABC with the DIVISION 10 in the basic data. I have extended the material to my sales org & dist. channel & plant.
    Now, while creating the sales order for my sales area 0010 / 10 / 01 , I enter the sold to party XYZ - it is OK. But when I enter the material ABC, I get the error - "SHIP TO PARTY IS NOT DEFINED FOR SALES AREA 0010 / 10 / 10"
    Please help to resolve the issue.

    Common division for Material Master data will not work
    Because in the material master Division is a field not an organizational unit
    Means when you create MMR you will give sales org, DC, Plant  as organizational units and then enter but not division
    Division is a field maintained in basic data and sales org data 1
    This is the reason in t code you will find in t code VOR2 Common division only customer and conditions but not materials
    But in t code VOR1 Common DC ,customer  conditions and materials all there are available (you can check these t codes)
    Coming to your issue Item div is clecked in your order type
    This means the division in MMR has the priority or control for that order type
    Your header division is 01 ( taken from customers sales area) and item division is 10 (taken from MMR as per your post)
    So it differs
    To process this order with Item div is clecked in your order type you need to extend your Sold to party ABC to the sales area 0010/10/10 (the sales area where the division of the material falls)
    or alternatively
    There should be a  customer say DEF created in sales area 0010/10/10 who will be a ship to party ( your error is also the same)
    for your ABC  that is sold to party in sales area 0010/10/01 where the order is registered
    Hope yopu are getting it
    ABC in sales area 0010/10/01 will have  or should have ship to paty DEF  in sales area 0010/10/10 
    or
    ABC should operate in in sales area 0010/10/10  too
    If item division is not ticked then these are not necessary as the header division 01 will be valid for all items and syatem will not look MMR at all for division

  • Material master creation problem in sales org views

    I have faced problem while creating material master
    In mm01 >then select the org views basic data1&2 , sales org data1&2, purchaing, accounting and costing views >thanclick org levels> here enter the plant , stor loc, sales org & dist.chanel >then enter fill the all fields and save this is original procedure
    but problem occured at ... in org levels without dist.chan ( only enter plant ,sales org stor loc ) also system goes to sales org data-2
    in our development system .. in select sales org 1& 2 ... system should ask sales ogr &dist,chanel at org ..level scren ..if we does't ente dist.ch .. system does't allow the material master...actually like this in production system also worked  earler....but now our production system not worked like this procedure ...
    pls ..guide me to solve this issue any one

    but problem is ..when create material amster ...if select the select views sales orgdata 1,2 and sales gnerael plant data
    than press enter ... here system ask the palnt (mandatory), sales org(mandatory) and dist channel9optional).in production sysstem....

    DC             .........(BLANK)
    IF press enter system allow  to ... sales org data 2
    if DC ....(BLANK) System does 't allow to next screen sales org data 2
    how can i change this optional to mandatory in DC

  • Transferring ORg Data From ECC to CRM

    An ORg structure was maintianed manually in our CRM system. Without deleting the strucutre we tried to generate the ORg strucutre from ECC using the program CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE .
    Now it created problems and our products and business partners are not picking up the Sales Org Data.
    When we tried to regenerate the org using CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE a dump error is observed.
    We tried deleting the org strucutre using report rhrhdl00 but it didnt worked.
    Can you guys help us in bringing the Sales Org Data from the ECC

    Hello Vijay,
    you can delete the complete org structure in order to copy it again
    from the R/3. For that please use report RHRHDL00 to completely
    delete all org units.
    Enter "O" for object type and the number of your root org unit as ID.
    Enter "ORGEH" as evaluation path and execute the program (you can first
    check what will happen by leaving the "test" flag set). Kindly refer
    to the documentation attached to this report in trx. SE38. You should
    repeat this for all other root org units.
    Unfortunately this report does not delete the corresponding Business
    partners created in role Organisational unit, but they can be deleted
    by means of trx. BUPA_DEL.
    With report RHCHECKRELATIONS you might delete evetualy remained
    relations for these objects.
    Before reprocess report  CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE you need to
    refresh the buffer(before note 696229, generated records were
    considered as already saved in PPOMA_CRM).
    For example this report could be :
    REPORT  CRM_ORGMAN_R3_ORGDATA_DEL_GEN.
    DATA: lv_answer TYPE char1.
    START-OF-SELECTION.
    popup to confirm
      CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_TO_CONFIRM_STEP'
        EXPORTING
          defaultoption = 'N'
          titel         = text-001
          textline1     = text-002
        IMPORTING
          answer        = lv_answer.
      IF lv_answer = 'J'.
    refresh buffer
        DELETE FROM DATABASE indx(st) ID 'KEY'.
      ENDIF.
    Execute this report and then CRM org data could be created via
    trnasaction CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE

    If you r creating a new sales org (more than one)
    following activities has to be done:
    in IMG
    *create sales org -
    assign sales org to comp code
    assign dist channel to sales org
    *assign div to sales org
    *set up sales area
    *assign sales office to sales org ( if u maintain any sales office )
    *assign plant to sales org-dist channel.
    *Business area-BA assignment has to be done( if BA derivation rule is based on sales aera)
    *Pricing procedure determination has to re-check
    *Account determination has to check -VKOA(if any table based on sales org )
    Master Data
    *Customer Masters has to extend to new sales area
    *Sales Material tabs has to maintain for the materials
    *price condition records has to generate which is based on Sales org specific.

    Hi guys,
    I have two questions for clarification:
    <b>1.</b> While maintaining the org data profile in IMG,what is the standard rule generally given for the service org data profile? If iam using the other standards the system says the the rfc to R/3 is not there.(Ex:10000194 for sales org data profile)
    <b>2.</b> Assume we have created the org data ......Company,Bussiness unit,position,user.Now when i have assign the sales org,dist chnl and division to the pricing procedure which ID from the org structure has to be assigned......Is it the company level ID or the Bussiness unit level ID?
    <b>The crm system is a standalone one</b>.

    Hi Ajay,
    The Standard Org Rule used for Service org determination is 10000276, which is assigned to the Org Profile 000000000008 (For Header).
    This is based on the org determination rules which are assigned to the transaction types.
    These rules are defined to pick up the responsible agent/org based on two criteria
    1. Based on attributes
    2. Based on responsibilities
    3. Both of the above
    Incase when the org is to be determined based on the attributes, then the attributes of the BP like the Countyr, Postal code are matched to the same attributes of the orgs that you have maintianed in the system and the matching orgs are available for chosing.
    Based on the responsibility:- Incase you want the BP to be serviced based on his importance you chose agents based on the Responsibility. Eg:- If you want the Gold Card Members to be treated by different set of org than the normal customers, you can chose this rule to maintian it.
    Incase you have maintained both the rules, then the union of all the orgs determined by these rules will be available in the pop.
    The path to maintain these rules is
    IMG> CRM> Master Data> Org Mangement> Define Rules
    and then these rules need to be assigned to a profile which contains the rules to determine both sales and service orgs is done using the path
    IMG>CRM>Master Data> Org Management> Define profile
    and then these profiles are assgined to the transaction type using the path IMG>CRM> Transactions> Basic Settings> Define transaction types

    Hi Sonal,
    First you go to transaction MM01 for extending sales view in material master of the material which you want to use for creating info record.During extending material you select "sales org. data 1" view and put sales org. and distribution channel.I think that this will solve your problem....

  • Two sales org in One company code

    Hi all,
    I know u can assign two or more sales org to one company code.
    But if i have one common customer i.e one Customer No for both the Sales org's  how do I differentiate which open items belong to which sales org when running my open item report in FI. The Sales org data is not transfered to the FI Posting. Is a user Exit and diff numer ranges in SD the only possibility? is there no sap Standard for this.

    Are Business areas/Division of this customer same?
    Reference number and allocation numbers are transferred to accounting documents.In customizing for copy control in billing,you can define which numbers will be copied as reference or allocation numbers.
    Like - Sales order number,delivery number and Billing documents etc...
    From sales order number you can know sales organization.
    The reference number is in the header of the accounting document and is used for clearing.
    The allocation number is in the customer line item and is used for sorting line numbers.

    Please assign the org det. rules to org det. profile with Sales and Service scenarios and then assign the org. det. profile to transaction type. The below screenshot is just for your reference.
