XE: apex3.01 upgrading failed--images gone, help!

Question

I just tried upgrade my apex on xe to 3.01, the apexins file works fine, but the step2 : @APEX_HOME/apex/apxldimg.sql APEX_HOME step failed, I can access the login page but the images are gone, and I cannot login.
Please help!!
I unziped apex at c:\oraclexe\apex
some the APEX_HOME should be : c:\oraclexe
I run the script like this:
c:\apex>@c:\oraclexe/apex/apxldimg.sql c:\oraclexe
but after a while it is said:
file not found: /doc_helper/toc3.html.
Does someone have a solution about this? I think the image is the problem.

I remembered when i run the apexins.sql file there's one error message:
when I begin to run, it prompt me to put some value

输入 9 的值: (enter value of 9)
---- I didn't put any value but just pressed 'enter' tow times but it worked, it is started to run, then it comes with one error message.

ORA-00922: 选项缺失或无效 (no found or invalid)(-- is this the problem????????)
but then it runs smoothly and after a long time, 20 minutes, I see the success message so I think the first error is no problem.
but the message is missing when I open the http://mycomputer:8080/apex
and then I run @c:\oraclexe/apex/apxldimg.sql c:oraclexe
but still images missing!!!
any idea.?
