French customer assistance said me?that application will be aviable this?summer. If i remember correctly when I ran the installation CD there were options to do a full installation and a custom installation. I chose custom and a list of the applications was displayed with boxes with a checkmark in each. I "unchecked" the box next to keroke player to not install it.

Not all content types are currently available in all countries - a list of what is available where is shown on this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3599 . If you are in a country where you can't currently buy music and films / tv shows from Apple, then are there other music / film purchase download sites that you can use ? You can also copy your own CDs via your computer's iTunes and sync them to the iPad.
The Download tab will show any outstanding downloads that you have - if there isn't anything waiting to download then you will get the Terms and Conditions link.

If you are running Lion or Mountain Lion, the drivers are downloaded from within Bootcamp Assistant. If you are running Snow Leopard the drivers are on your Snow Leopard install disk.

Apple discontinued DVD Studio Pro three/four years ago. You can probably find copies from private sellers, but whether it will work without problems on OS X 10.9 I don't know. I don't know of any "professional" alternative to DVDSP for Mac, but someone else here may be able to offer suggestions.
As to iDVD, it should work under Mavericks, depending on what version of iDVD you're running. You might ask for assitance in the iDVD forum. For alternatives to iDVD, see this page for suggestions:
