I have an oracle linux basic server updated.
I need to test and installation with an GUI but I cannot do it. I found a lot of information so I did this:
connect with putty on an ssh to my server oracle linux with it´s ip address 192.168.100.62
I did the connection with my desktop with it´s ip addresss 192.168.100.34
When connecting I did with oracle user and I export DISPLAY as
export DISPLAY=192.168.100.34:0.0
then
xhost + 192.168.100.34 but show me xhost: unable to open display ""
and of course did not let me run for example xclock Error: Can't open display:

You need to have an x-server running on your desktop, in order to receive the redirected GUI output. I use xming. Like putty, it is free and lightweight.
Also, you don't need to fool with DISPLAY or xhost. Just configure you putty session to allow x-11 port forwarding.

I have 2 iphones4! Do I have to create one apple id for each device or I can have both in one apple id? I'm asking cause I'm trying to run findmyiphone app for both devices!
Here's what I do. My wife and I each have an iPhone. We each have our own Apple ID. I also have another totally separate Apple ID. The ONLY thing that one has been used for was to set up Find my iPhone for our phones and my iPad. There is no reason the MobileMe setting for find my iphone can't be something completely different from your regular Apple ID UNLESS you already use MobileMe, in which case the 2 conflict in ways I don't understand as I don't subscribe to it.

Jdev 10g is quite old now and i dont think it supports JSPX pages (i saw jspx extension in your deployment)

.FLV and .SWF are Flash formats that won't show up on iOS (or an ever increasing number of other mobile devices). Mobile Flash was killed by Adobe a couple years ago, so the number of mobile devices that can see it is dwindling rapidly, don't use those formats if you want your viewers on mobile devices to see your content. -

Please try:
Keep Ctrl + Alt + Shift keys pressed while launching PSE13 Editor and click OK on the dialog that comes next.

I have just bought a 2011 iMac (2.5 ghz, 4gb) and logic express 9, and when i installed logic and tried to run it i had a message saying 'you can't use this version of the application logic express with this version of Mac OS X. How do i sort this out!? It is very frustrating as the main reason i have bought a mac is to use logic! Any help would be great as i am a complete novice when it comes to Macs!

I had the same problem as you. I used Software Update to update Logic Express to the latest version, and then it ran without any problems. -
I am running Mac OS 10.10 and trying to run Illustrator CS4. CS4 says it needs Java SE 6 Run Time, but I can not load that into OS 10.10. What to do?

You can only update the iPad to iOS 5.1.1and you cannot go any higher. If you never updated that high, you can do so by using iTunes on your computer. You will have to connect the iPad to your computer with the cable and launch iTunes
You can read more here. Make sure that you read the section about using iTunes. The article starts off with using the Settings on the iPad for WiFi updates. That only works with the iPad 2 and higher that is already running iOS 5.

Hello. I built an executable using App Builder in LV 5.1.1 and now, years later, I am trying to run it in LV 6.1 but I get an error stating a requirement for Run Time Engine version 5.1.1. To be able to run this, must I install the older version of Run Time Engine? If so, where can I find the older version? Do I have to install the older version of LabVIEW to get the RTE? Will having both versions on my pc be a problem?
I assume that once I am able to run the exe, that I will be able to recompile with the newer version of the RTE using App Builder. Is this correct?
I have been away from LabVIEW for several years and am a bit rusty on these details that I once knew. Any help is appreciated.
AlexThe version of the run-time engine must match the version of LabVIEW that was used to create the executable. You can get any version of the run-time engine you want here. The only way to create a version 6.1 exe is to re-build it from the source code with diagrams. An exe has no block diagram so it cannot be converted to a newer version.

Hello and thank you for your email! I am currently using the 2004 version of Prentice Hall. Our books have been taped many times and are in very rough shape. We have one portable computer cart for our entire high school and do not have wi fi, yet our school in Ludington, MI has been ranked top 8% in the nation for academic success. My passion is teaching kids to think outside the box and I believe teaching them to create an app for a tough chemistry concept will be am amazing experience! I think the reason our American children are falling behind is because we are not teaching them according to the way they are wired. I may be wrong but need to find out. Creating this app will be both a learning experience and a research opportunity. Thank you so much for your words of wisdom as I begin the uphill climb in my journey.
