XI 2.0 Mapping Program Archive not imported

Hi,
I am working on XI 2.0 and using XSLT programs within a WinZip archive. I have tested the mapping program outside of XI and all is OK/Well formed etc, but when I try to import the ZIP file containing the xsl template the imported archive is empty so that I do not see any mapping programs in the list of files within the archive. I have tried then exporting the imported archive as a new zip file on the o/s and it contains the correct mapping programs.
I have re-started the XI box and still have nothing working.

Hi Theo,
yes the mapping program is xsl. I have sorted it out now, by simply re-starting XI and the local pc running the Java WebStart.
Dont understand what the problem was, as I cannot now replicate it.. but thanks anyway..

Thank you for your suggestions. I downloaded a more recent version of Twain, but this didn't help. I also tried closing and opening Photo Shop and restarting my computer without success. Reinstalling Photo Shop sounds like a very promising solution, but I'm not sure I will do it. In the meantime I can scan items using a printer program. These scans open in Photo Shop. It is an extra step.

After update LR 5.4, the program will not import new pictures

After update of LR 5.4 on my laptop, I cannot import any new pictures anymore.
I did the same update on my desktop and there it was no problem at all.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem??

I am importing from a verbatim ssd, and I just don't get the chance to choose an import, I don't see any pictures to choose from. Ans what ever I pick it won't work
On my desktop it was no problem at all. But my laptop gives my trouble.

Where are you importing from? What type of Import (Copy, Move, Add)? What is the destination specified at the righthand side?
Any error messages?

I have a SOAP to RFC scenario. Where the source is a service interface and target is ZBAPI. When I test this interface I get
'NO_MAPPINGPROGRAM_FOUND : Mapping program is not available in runtime cache' error.
I have tried the following things but none worked.
1. Checked the Message Mappings and reimported it in the Operation Mapping.
2. Deleted and created the Operation Mapping again.
3. Cleared the SLD Cache.
4. Performed the Complete Cache Refresh from SXI_CACHE.
5. Reimported the ZBAPI.
6. Deleted all the IR and ID objects and created it once again after performing the Cache refresh.
Note: I had one observation that the newly created Operation Mapping object had the same object ID as that of the deleted one.

Tiger AB Archive not importing with Leopard AB.

I have my address book backed up as an archive under Tiger, now I am on Leopard and I want to import my contacts, I use the import Address Book Archive from the Menu Bar, it asks if it is OK to replace all my current contacts, I click Yes, and... nothing happens!
Anyone have any idea what the problem may be? I am using a totally clean install of Leopard, hence the need to import an Archive.

I have the same problem, the import of my Tiger Address Book file won't work.
I initially started out from an Archive & Install of Leopard, and dragged the /Application Support/Address Book/ folder from the archive to the correct location on the new install.
Nothing showed up in Address Book. I then grabbed an AB export/backup I had from Tiger and tried to import that - again nothing worked.
Here's what Console tells me:

Is this an indicator that a record or entry in my old Address Book is not compatible with Leopard perhaps?
I've heard many others have the same problem, has anyone found a fix for this? I did of course try to restart AB, even restarted my MacBook Pro but nothing.

Payables Open Interface Import program is not Importing the Invoices

Hi All,
We are trying to create new invoices (SUM_DIF) based on the Foreign currency gain/Loss amounts. But payables open interface import program is rejecting all invoices with the rejectionr code as "No Invoice Lines, Atleast one invoice line is required".
But when we check in the interface tables we have invoices as well as the corresponding lines for those invoices. This issue is happening in 12.0.6
Any one faced this similar issue earlier? Any help is highly appreciated.

No issues for me on Payables Open Invoice Interface with 12.0.6 - and yes make sure you match up the invoice_id on invoice, lines interface tables.

Imported Archive not visible

I have imported into XI a XSLT Mapping in IMPORTED ARCHIVE; now I have to use thi mapping in my Interface Mapping, but the imported Archive (the XSLT Mapping...) is not visible! How is it possible?

1. Make sure that the XSLT program .zip or jar format.
2. If the mapping program it' not showing then forceble you need to push your interface mapping.
If the mapping program it is not showing mean particular source message particular target message couldn't defind the mapping program..this is not complesary any mapping program we can push through forceble .

Can LSMW use customer specific mapping program?
I have created a LSMW project to migrate various objects (Material, pricing conditions, conditions) for our new division. I want to add another object Purchasing Info records. We already have a customer specific mapping program that prepares the data for SXDB to complete the migration. After creating the new object in LSMW, I looked in step 1 (Maintain object attributes) but couldnt see anywhere convenient to put the program name.
I know that LSMW provides a mapping facility of its own, but can I avoid reinventing the wheel and instead own specific program?

Hi,
I am afraid, that is not possible. It is possible to create your own BDC recording but not the way you want to do. LSMW needs to know your source and target structures and then you do the mapping from source to target within LSMW. It stores this mapping information in several tables and unless LSMW has those entries, it will not be able to generate the mapping(conversion) program. Also, LSMW creates a 'read' file and later a 'converted' file. Your mapping program may not be doing that, which means LSMW cannot execute it in later steps to actually create the Purchase Info Records.
You will have to create your own BI or DI program or a business object and a BAPI, or an IDOC type and message type and then publish it to standard SAP, then may be it will be possible. But that will be lot of work, instead use the standard one availble to you.
If you want to use your existing code then, when you get to the mapping part of it, just cut and paste the logic specific to each field in the appropriate place, or don't do any individual field mapping, but just paste all the mapping logic in the ENDOF_RECORD_ section.

Mac mail not importing mbox archive from gmail

Hi, I'm terminating an email but want to import my existing email messages to date into Mac mail. I have the archive of my emails via google, which put them in .mbox format. When I open my mail program, click on "Import mailboxes" and choose the .mbox archive file it acts like it is going to import, but never does.
I've searched threads on here and have not found a solution. Someone please help? Thx!

Not sure what OS you're on, but if that mbox contains .emlx files, Import emlx to mbox, See if this helps...

Network Routings not imported through "Bill and Routing Interface" program

Hi,
I wanted to import Network routing to Shop Floor Manager hence I am using bom_op_routings_interface and then I am running "Bill and Routing Interface" program. But import program is errored with "You do not have access to items of type standard, so you may not be able to insert, update or delete routings ot this item type".
Highly appreciate if any one clarify why this error is issued by Import program.

CMS Import error: archive not found

Hi experts,
trying to import components under Consolidation tab in CMS I get this error:

Unfortunately all the *.pra files were deleted under CMS\archives.

I think the error comes not due to the pra files, but due to the missing sca files. Can you please try to recreate them in the way we have discussed? Assembly always takes the changes from cons/active, there's no way to change on this behaviour, i.e. there's nothing to be configured thisregarding. After import into cons a force activation takes place (i.e. in cons there's no need to do an explicit activation, the changes gets reflected after import automatically into cons/inactive as well as in cons/active)

The Auto Invoice Master program which inturn spwans Auto invoice Import program is not grouping by Transaction type. It is printing for each transaction individually.
What could be the reason for this to happen?

You must define "Auto-Invoice Grouping Rules". Define Group by column of the interface table where u are moving transaction type.
