XI messages can't be archived or delete - Is this a commit issue?

Hello Experts,
XI team is reporting that messages sent from ECC are in a 'no commit' status and XI administrators are neither able to archive them nor delete them.
I see we have following COMMIT code:
      CALL METHOD iref_proxy->execute_asynchronous
        EXPORTING
          output = t_employee_master_data.
      COMMIT WORK.
Is this not the right way to commit the work. Please inform if you have any clue to address the root cause.

But where you are watching this error and what is the requirement you are trying to achieve. Please provide more info on this

I believe I had some kind of virus attack. I got everything cleaned up. (I HOPE) In the process of cleaning the virus, I unintalled Firefox because it wouldn't open. Kept getting the error message that Firefox was already open and I had to close out of the sessions or restart the computer. After restarting the computer several times and not being able to find any open sessions in task manager, I uninstalled. When trying to reinstall, I get the error message "can not find archive file." I've tried downloading Firefox from cnet as well as the Mozilla site to no avail. Please help. I'm getting tired of using Chrome already!

Rename secmod.db (secmod.db.old) in the Firefox Profile Folder in case there is a problem with the file.<br />
You may have to rename cert8.db (cert8.db.old) as well.
Firefox will create new files.
The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Vista/Windows 7 are hidden folders.

Can't download Ccleaner/Piriform. Is this a Firefox issue or Yahoo?

I don't think this is Firefox, I have IE and it still won't work. I go onto my Homepage and type in "Ccleaner/Piriform" A list of them come up. I pick the 'official' page for them, but when I try to download it, or whatever you call it (clicking on it?) All I get is a blank page with the 'little wheel' spinning, but it never downoads. Tried several others and ended up getting a hacker "Trivio" (Big mess) cleared that, but can't get Ccleaner at all. When I click the "Home" it flashes on for a second then disappears and Home comes up.
I need something to clear my History. Thank you.

You can clear the history in Firefox via "History > Clear Recent History" or in the Library (Show All History).

Error This message can't be opened

I am running 10.2.0.429 currently. However, since updating from 10.0, I have been unable to open any Notifications from the Hub. When I select a notification, the view switches to a new window that says:
Error
Date label area
This message can't be opened
Any help resolving this error?
NOTES
I have updated the OS gradually (2 or 3 times now?) from the originally installed OS 10.0. Getting to the current OS was not a one-step jump.
I used to be able to update my apps directly from the Notification section of the Hub. Now I get the notification and must go to BlackBerry World to update it, which is much less convenient (and annoying).
This is not a new error, I had hoped that the most recent update would fix the issue.

Not if the error code should be visible on the screen, I am not.
All I see is the blue bar across the top of the window that says "Error" and "Date label area", and then the message area says "This message can't be opened"

Getting message: can not connect to iTunes store

Getting a message when I try to log in to iTunes or app store. Getting message can not connect to iTunes store.

Saw this on another post.
Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Message can't be deleted using ICManager

I am trying to remove a message from the hub-queue using ICManager. via Hub queue management menu I select delete-option.
I am not getting the prompt back, message can;t be deleted.
Log file of ICManager created in current directory is not giving clues...

Simply do a truncate or 'delete from' a queue table can be very dangerous. It can get corrupted. I find the best way to delete 'stale' messages is to simply re-create the queues by running <AS_HOME>/integration/interconnect/repository/sql/create_queues.sql. I've done this even with running adapters and a continuing flow of messages coming in.
Be aware though that this deletes all messages.

There's no way to delete all message threads at one go. You can however do one contact thread at a time.
In Messages app where you see a list of messages from different contacts, tap Edit (top left), tap the red (on the left), then tap the red Delete button on the right.
