    Hi Gurus,
We have implemented N-Step BADI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI For Approvals Levels in SRM.
Work flow is triggering correctly and workitem is sent at all the levels. But in transaction code BBP_PD the status of the workitem is not updating showing the error message "NO WORKITEM FOUND" also status is not updating in BBP_PD.
    Please reply with your suggestions.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply.
We are getting "No workitem found" status in BBP_PD transaction. But all approval process is happening perfectly and when we check status through "Status Monitor " through web it is updating correct status.
Status is updating in BBP_PD .Status of main workflow is displaying correctly and approval levels and corresponding approver names are displaying correctly, but only the status and time of approval is missing.
can you suggest something on this issue.

  • Dangerous APO and BI Transaction codes

    Hi experts,
I have question Dangerous APO and  Transaction codes
    Background :
We are in the process of implementing SOX controls for the new APO and BI Systems
    Questions :
What are the Dangerous APO Transaction codes which should not be assigned to any one in Production system
What are the Dangerous BI Transaction codes which should not be assigned to any one in Production system
    Additional Notes
    System which we are having
    APO
    Version  : SCM 5.0
    BI
    Version : BI 7.0

    Praveen,
I am a puzzled that you would ask such a question.
Authorizations ALWAYS derive from requirements.  In this case, Sarbanes-Oxley speaks of control mechanisms.  Your SOX auditors should tell you what they consider to be critical, and they should advise the client company as to which transactions should be controlled, and how best to control them.
There is no transaction that should be disallowed to everyone.  That would eventually make the system unusable.  The question is, "how many people should have these critical transactions, and how should the execution of these transactions be monitored and controlled".
Generally, the APO portion of SCM should require less SOX controls than ERP, since APO is mostly a planning system, and not an execution system (there are some exceptions here though).  Likewise, the BI portion of SCM usually contains no financial reports, and therefore should have relaxed controls over, say, the main BI instance used by your company.
Don't make the mistake of strangling yourself to satisfy your perception of what you think an auditor may require.  Make them tell you the minimum requirements for compliance.  Anything beyond minimum compliance with SOX is costly.  This question is then a matter of your company's policies.  I usually vote for 'no additional restrictions' (but my poor vote doesn't usually count for much).

  • Transaction code for infopackage scheduling

    Hi,
Does any know what the standard transaction code is for infopackage scheduling (other than RSA1)? Is there any other option to by pass the RSA1 code and go to the infopackage directly to upload an external file to the infocube? Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi,
RSA1 is a standard TCODE for SAP-BI or BW.
As far as my guesses, there was no standard transaction to run a Infopackage....
Instead of using tht still if u need to scedule a package,
    1) If ur Infopackage is included in process chains, then u can goto RSPC to the same chain where the infopackage was included and there on the loading step if u rightclick-->display variant.....then it'll goto scheduler window..there u can start...
    2) If u have run the same package before anytime and u remember the date, u can goto RSMO and filter according to IP selections and u'll get all the packages run on tht day...
If we execute with tht selection u'll get the monitor of the load..ther from the header tab...in the IP selction u can schedule the same without using RSA1..
But RSA1 is the easy way to trace via data source..

  • Transaction Code..SM58

    Hi All,
Please explain me what is the use of T.code SM58 in source system and B.W.
    Thanx,
    Niranjan.

    Hi Niranjan,
Transaction Code: SM58 ment for tRFC monitor.  Some times we face the long running Info packages and gives missing message in the monitor.  This is due to missing conformation from tRFC queue.  We can check the status of the tRFC progress both in source and bw system in this tcode.  If the transaction is running its fine if it is recorded or timed out we have to manally push it (F6) otherwise the data load remains yellow only.
    Hope it helps
    Regards,
    Srikanth.

  • What is the main purpose of MEREP_EX_REPLIC  transaction code

    hi,
i want know the main use of MEREP_EX_REPLIC, MEREP_MIG and
    MEREP_MON transaction codes.
    Regards,
    Anu

    Hi anusha,
MEREP_EX_REPLIC-  (Execute Replicator) is used for  replicating SyncBO IDs.
MEREP_MIG -    (Used for Migration) When u go for migration of a SyncBO using the SAP transport technology we use the Export and Import options.
MEREP_MON-   (Mobile Monitor )The transaction MEREP_MON is a tool used to display inbound and outbound worklists of SyncBOs. Simply, transaction MEREP_MON allows you to see what is sent from the client to the MW and what happend when trying to send it to the Backend. May check there if you can see anything coming into the MW from the client. As well check what is the outcome (processing status) of these worklists.
Do check the below link...Its worth.
    <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/909d75c3-0801-0010-5f92-920a78c53daa">https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/909d75c3-0801-0010-5f92-920a78c53daa</a>
