Hello,
we would like to upgrade our XI environment to XI R2
1-Is it possible to do an upgrade on the same hardware (I've tried on a test system and I think I've lost all reports. The report names was there but the system coulnd't find the report)
2-We mostly call the reports from the web. Our develeopers put the rports url into their code. So the report id's are important. Is there a way to keep report id's while migrating/upgrading? We have hundreds of reports.

1) yes but it's risky. When using this method if something goes worng you could be left in a state where you cannot roll back or move forward. It's much safer to migrate to another server/vm/etc.
2) Migrating via CCM db copy will keep all object ID's in tact. However if you are setting links to objects by their si_id you should redesign the reports to use the si_cuid in the future. This will not change whether or not you use the import wizard or DB copy. There have been issues with upgrading via CCM DB copy in XIR2, only the simpliest of systems seems to work but you are free to try.
