XL Reporter Runtime error - upgraded from SBO 2005A to SBO 2007A

Hi Experts,
We upgraded our client SBO 2005A to SBO 2007A. We have this issue with XL Reporter that everytime we go to Advanced Report Builder-> Cell -> Transaction Row -> Attribute ->ARP_Series we are getting IXSelectionBarctl error window that says Run-time error '0', and the only option you have is OK. After pressing OK, it returns another IXSelectionBarctl window error:
Run-time error '-2147418105 (80010007)'
Automation error
the callee (server (not server application) is not available and disappeared; all connection are invalid. The call may have executed.
After pressing OK button the Advanced Report Builder is still visible but no longer accessible.
Here is the command under Attribute I'm trying to access.
"FIG( SO_DocDate = @d1:@d2 And ARP_Series = "1" ) ARDT( Code = "Invoice" )"
Also, this report does not display the item quantity recorded in the invoice. It returns no data when running the report.
I think the problem is that the ARP_Series is no longer available in 2007A, if not where do I find the series or somewhat similar to ARP Series function?

Getting the Crystal Report Runtime Error 9.0.Could not open the report while Run on Launch Application. Actually in Launch Application, created a link for exe which is having crystal reports. We can open the Crystal Reports from the exe outside B1.
Note: SAP 2007, Crystal Report 2008 is using.Normally can open crystal report.

CRYSTAL REPORT RUNTIME ERROR

We have completed major upgrade VC++ to MSVS2010 MFC Application and Seagate CR 6.0 to CRVS2010,
I have used CR Viewer 13.0 and i have written code in C#.
when i assign & load Report using CR Viewer , i am getting runtime error, below mentioned error message,
i have installed CRVS2010 & CR .NET Frame work 4.0 ,installed in development machine. same codeing i have written in sample application ,that is working fine but my main application i have inculded my dll file then i getting in this error.
I given references below mentioned three dll files.

Please any one look at that message and give me solution for in this issue.

I have using Development machine, as per you suggested sample application link, i have downloaded you mentioned project (vbnet_win_SimplePreviewReport) and run the project its working fine.
i don' t know where is there problem, i have used same dll files & same coding method, but since i got error,
i think when i call that project , that time also showing error, i have installed Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 4.0 .

Crystal Report runtime error while changing Data Source Location

Dear All
We are using "Crystal reports for SAP Business one".The Crystal reports version is 12.1.
We built a report in another database with another server.
As we are importing the report in another database of another server,
I am not able to change the Data Source location.
When I am trying to change it,it gives Runtime error and closed automatically.
How can i resolve and change the data source location?

is your CR version the same from which you design the report and to the another server? also did you import your report directly to SBO without changing the data source first? in the case you should update first your Data Source in Crystal Report IDE before importing it to SBO.

XL reporter runtime error 0

Hello,
Currently i am doing an upgrade from SAP 2007 A PL 30 to SAP 8.8 PL 10 on a test environment.The system is working fine except for XL reporter.
I am able to launch xl reporter but it is generating a run time error '0'.(Reportorganizer:Runtime error '0').When i launch it again i get another error msg:SAP Business One UI API;Reference to a token that does not exist.
I tried the following steps but its still not working.
1. Disconnect from the DI (close all Add-ons)
2. Uninstall the DI API via Add and Remove Programs
3. Uninstall all the Add-ons from the affected workstations
4. Uninstall the B1 Client via Add and Remove Programs
5. Open the temporary folder via > Start > Run > enter %temp% and locate the folder SM_OBS_DLL and delete this folder.
6. Backup and delete the SAP Business One client folder
7. Open regedit and remove the following entries:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\iLytix
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\iLytix
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAP Manage\SAP Business One
8. Apply the solution from SAP note 1287193
9. Reboot the workstation
10. Install the DI API from the B1_SHR directory
11. Install the B1 Client from the B1_SHR directory
The platform is windows server 2003(64 bit).Excel 2003 and SQL Server 2008 R2.

Your steps are correct. One thing I want to add to your troubleshooting steps is that after uninstalling and cleaned the workstation, try by uninstalling the MS office too. And while starting the installation process, install the MS Office first and then others...
For a simple workaround, try in client machines first as Gordon suggested.

Crystal report runtime error on print preview

Hi everybody
I've built a CR report based on a 'SAP B1' connection type
I pick my tables from the DBO menu and not from the B1 tables menu (not the one which is organized like the SAP main menu)
I open CR application and the report
I click on the print preview button
I enter the parameter
I enter the Company user password in the "Enter connection details below' window
After this step, I've often have a C++ runtime error

I do not understand what makes tihs error to appear or not.
The only solution I've found so far :
Re open the report
Go to DATABASE Manue / Set Datasource location
I change the location of all the table to a new connection source.
environnement : win XP SP3 and CR 12.2.0.290 or Win 2008 serv and CR 12.2.0.290
Have you met the same problem in your editions ? Have you found any solutions ?

Error upgrading from APEX 4.0.1.00.03 to 4.1.1

I receive this error. In my opinion the problem could be related to the presence of one personalized authentication schemas, based on a DB function, taken from a Packaged application, some years ago, called "menu_framework".
This is the error report:

I think this has something to do with your database and now APEX is affected. I don't think it is an APEX issue. Which version of database are you using? Maybe you should patch it to a more stable version.

Runtime Error - Suddenly From Nowhere

Running Windows XP SP2 - 2GBS RAM - AMD Dual Core 64X2 - Roomy drive.
I've been running 1.2, since it was first offered as an upgrade to 1.1. I never upgraded to 1.3, because it didn't seem to offer me much, and I was fearful of some of the upgrade problems I had read about..
SUDDENLY, after using LR frequently, until around three weeks ago, I tried to open it today, and I got the same RUNTIME error which has been reported by other users.
So, I thought it might have been a glitch in 1.2, and to test it, I upgraded to 1.4. NO DICE, same error.
I opened LR by holding down the CTRL button, and was offered 2 of my backup catalogs, older ones, on my external drive, and my original catalog. I couldn't open up my original one - same Runtime Error, but could open up the backup. I eventually found all of my backup cataloges in the backup folder on my external drive, and the most recent contains around 97% of my work -- not much work that had been unbacked up.
What can I, or should I do? It seems to me that my original catalogue must have somehow become corrupt -- obviously an Adobe Bug, or else I wouldn't be reading about so many others with the same problem. I guess I could open up the most recent backup, but what do I do with it then? Ideally, LR opens up with a regular catalogue on my internal drive and the backups are where they belong, on my external drive. Is it possible to resurrect my original catalouge? If so, how? If not, how do I convert my backup catalouge to my main one?

You mean I've been able to zip files all these years and never knew it? WOW! And, I thought I was so smart.
LEE: Do you have any opinion on whether or not LR would be more stable on a MAC? This corrupt file/Runtime error, is pecular to Windows, isn't it? I'm getting tired of having to troubleshoot various programs, operating systems, browsers, etc. I think the MAC commercials may be getting to me. I went to the Apple Store today. The IMACS are really neat, and if they're more stable than a PC, I may make the move. If I do, I'll be back here asking you how to migrate my catalogue.

What version of 5.0 are you running? There were some problems new in 5.0 seen mainly with the Java Plug-In and other apps which embed the JVM which were fixed in 5.0u6.

In all likelihood, this is just indicative of not having all of the
files converted to v.8 format when working at the book level.
The first time you open a book, you will get prompted about opening an
older version FM. The same goes for any of the book component files.
You should use the option to open all files in a book (by holding down
the shift key and select File > Open All Files), deal with the prompts
and then do a shift+File > Save All Files) to ensure that they have
been saved in the FM8 format.
As long as you haven't moved your files in between upgrades, things
should work as before.
Also, there are several patches to FM8 that you should install in
patch order. See:

Error - Upgrading from 12 0 4 to 12 0 6

Hello:
We are in the process of upgrading from 11 5 9 to R12.
To be exact, we are upgrading from 12 0 4 to 12 0 6 on DB 10.2.0.4.
The upgrade process errored on OMNDIAGMYGRATE.sql . Found an exact hit in Metalink (bug No 7115209).
But no resolution found on the bug.

Error Upgrading from the Evaluation Version of Microsoft Lync Server 2013

I try to upgrade from Evaluation to full Version using:

i get a popup:
"Another version of this product is already installed. installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel."
Get-CsServerVersion :-> Microsoft Lync Server 2013 (5.0.8308.0): Evaluation license key installed.
Any ideea?

As your upgrading the Licence on the Lync 2013 FE it shouldn't care about the Lync 2010 Environment. As your moving from Eval to Full Licence on 2013. I have come across the below url that might help.

I would personally go with from Lync Management Shell with Elevated Permission

I’m not sure what needs changed to get this to work. The table aswihart.preship definitely does exist, in a different schema in the same database.

Hi,
you need to grant rights from the owner of the table to the user who ownes the package. In 10g some roles have less rights, so this lost the user rights on the table. So start to make a grant select and insert on the table:
grant select,insert on preship to TBORGESON;See if this helps and get more compiled packages.
