XL Reporter Server Error Log - Please Help

Question

Hi,
We are getting the following error multiple times per day and have been for months.  Can anyone tell me what is causing this?

Our Excel version is 2007.  Would upgrading to 2010 solve the problem?  What is the problem?  We are running in a Citrix environment so it's not really client-based since everyone runs on the same server.
