XLSB file...how do I convert it back to XLSX?

I have a large Excel spreadsheet that has just somehow managed to turn itself into an XLSB file! I have no idea how it happened and can't seem to find a way to convert is back. I tried renaming the extension but it didn't work.
I am using Excel 2008 for Mac 12.3.2 and operating on Mac OS X v.10.7.3.
Can anyone help please?

Just drag the small window to the top right below the toolbar, you'll see the area highlighted and when you drop it the file should dock.

I didn't mess with the iTunes Media folder previously, so I don't think that was the cause. Anyway, I manually fixed most of the songs, but I still can't figure out how to fix the movies that became listed as songs.
Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when I click on "Get Info" for one of the movies (which has ended up in the music section on iTunes):
There is no option to change the media kind to "movie" or "video" even though it is a movie and it still plays as a movie if I press play.

Thanks for the quick response. I didn't think of that. I just tried several songs, and it DOES work as you say. Except iTunes downloaded the identical 128 kbps protected files again. These are 90's - "10,000 Maniacs" tracks.
So does this mean Apple doesn't have my "10,000 Maniacs" high bit rate unprotected files available? Then why would anyone even buy any songs through the "iTunes" store, when Amazon sells only 256 kbps MPEG music files, at a little cheaper price than Apple?
I'm missing something. The tracks I want to upgrade are available at Amazon in the higher bit rate format. Maybe iTunes is annoyed at me for using "Windows" on a PC and an "Android" phone?

If it is online and you set up Find my iPod before you lost it go to the cloud and activate Find my iPod. You can also disable your iPod so a thief will not be able to use / access your stuff. If offline, you'll have to go looking for it like it was a lost wallet or purse. Report it lost / stolen to the police, and disconnect from this iPod, change all accounts and passwords to prevent a thief from accessing your stuff. xlsb files are binary Excel worksheets, and many have problems with them. Make sure your version of Office 2011 is up to date. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling Office.

I created several virtual instruments to go along with my ecg circuit that I created for my senior project. The last step of our senior project is to send the data to a database were it can be retrieved later. I was saving the data as a binary file and than reopening it and displaying the waveform as a graph. I tried to do the same thing saving it as a lvm file because our database guy said that it would be easier to save a text file to a mysql database. But I am having trouble dispalying the data back as a waveform. IIf you open the read file menu and display the data there it wiil show all the text written. So I know the data is saving and being retrieved. After the data is retrieved I send the signal to the create a waveform from dynamic data block and than onto the graph but I do not recieve anything at all on the waveform graph.

It is unclear whether or not you are creating a new LVM file when you fetch from the database or trying to read the text from the database and parse it directly. The LVM read Express VI expects an LVM file. If you are creating the LVM file and it is not working, please post a copy of the created file. It is quite possible the database save/fetch is adding or removing a few things. In particular, the LVM read will probably not function well if the header info is not restored correctly.
On a related note, you can probably use the database the return the specific LVM fields without having to go through the create file step. See the LVM file specification for details of the format. Talk to your database admin about how to retrieve things. Let us know if need more help.

All my .psd files created in PSE were changed to CS files--how can I get them back to PSE?

Running PC, Win7, HP Pavilion dv7. PSE6, CS4.
I use both PSE6 and CS4 depending on the project. I am very happy with both of these elderly versions and have no desire to change.
Recently, all the projects (works in progress, .psd files) that I had created and saved using PSE suddenly converted themselves into CS4. Literally. I booted my computer and there were no more PSE projects. (To see what was going on, I created a .psd file with PSE and saved it; it also saved itself as CS4.) I can find no way to open them in PSE. This isn't a crisis, obviously, since I can still open them in CS4. But I prefer to work on these projects in PSE (that's why I used PSE to create them in the first place). And it's impractical to go through a laborious process of opening in CS4 and then transferring everything to PSE, only to have it end up as CS4 again.
The only change I have made: I downloaded and installed Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) updates, upgrading the PSE from v4.2 to v5.6, and upgrading CS to v5.7. Both installed and function without difficulty.
I will be very grateful for any advice/info that will allow me to work in the Photoshop program of my choice (PSE or CE), save and reopen in the same program.
Update:
The problem is half solved. Somehow CS4 was made the default for .psd files.
Unfortunately, it seems that for whatever reason, since this incident all .psd files must have the same default "Open with..." program. If I select a PSE project and make PSE the default program to open that type of file all .psd projects--even those created and saved in CS4, show the PSE logo and open with PSE when clicked.
So basically I have to decide which one I use more, then use the "Open with..." option for the other. Which introduces a small but noticeable hiccup into the work flow.
I'm still at a loss to understand how this happened. Used to be that CS4 projects displayed a CS4 logo, and PSE projects displayed a PSE logo, and each would open in the correct program when clicked.
Simple is better.

One of my clients has a new WiFi solution and he has given me his old AIR AP1131AG-E-K9 to my LAB. The problem is that access-points have been converted to LW and the customer has thrown out the controller.
I do not know the enable password, how can these APs be reset to their default setting?

Resetting to Default Settings Using the CLI
Caution You should never delete any of the system files prior to resetting defaults or reloading software.
If you want to reset the access point to its default settings and a static IP address, use the write erase or erase /all nvram command. If you want to erase everything including the static IP address, in addition to the above commands, use the erase and erase boot static-ipaddr static-ipmask command.
From the privileged EXEC mode, you can reset the access point/bridge configuration to factory default values using the CLI by following these steps:
Step 1 Enter erase nvram: to erase all NVRAM files including the startup configuration.
Note The erase nvram command does not erase a static IP address.
Step 2 Follow the step below to erase a static IP address and subnet mask. Otherwise, go to step 3.
a. Enter write default-config.
Step 3 Enter Y when the following CLI message displays: Erasing the nvram filesystem will remove all configuration files! Continue? [confirm].
Step 4 Enter reload when the following CLI message displays: Erase of nvram: complete. This command reloads the operating system.
Step 5 Enter Y when the following CLI message displays: Proceed with reload? [confirm].
Caution Do not interrupt the boot process to avoid damaging the configuration file. Wait until the access point/bridge Install Mode LED begins to blink green before continuing with CLI configuration changes. You can also see the following CLI message when the load process has finished: Line protocal on Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to up.
Step 6 After the access point/bridge reboots, you can reconfigure the access point by using the Web-browser interface if you previously assigned a static IP address, or the CLI if you did not.
The access point is configured with the factory default values including the IP address (set to receive an IP address using DHCP). To obtain the access point/bridge's new IP address, you can use the show interface bvi1 CLI command.
The 1300 series access point/bridge assumes a radio network role of a root access point. To configure it as a bridge, you must manually place it in install mode in order to align the antennas and establish a link. To establish the link you must have two access point/bridges configured in the install mode. In the install mode, one access point/bridge must be configured as a root bridge and the other a non-root bridge. To facilitate the configuration, an automatic option is available when the access point/bridge is in the install mode. After the wireless link is established and the bridge antennas are aligned, you take both access point/bridges out of install mode and place them on your LAN as root and non-root bridges.
Note "Resetting the Device to Default Settings" sectionIf xon/xoff flow control does not work, use no flow control.
Step 7 When connected, press enter or type en to access the command prompt. Pressing enter takes you to the user exec mode. entering en prompts you for a password, then takes you to the privileged exec mode. The default password is Cisco and is case-sensitive.
