XML download of REUSE ALV Grid's Output

Hi,
I have a ALV Report from which I can download the report into a XML file.
I need the XML download to happen automatically along with the report display.
Please suggest how I can do this.

Hi,
You can add names of the buttons(which you want to hide) to internal table and pass this internal table for tool bar excluding parameter while calling ALV.
Here as shown in below code, 'Sorting, Ascending,Descending' buttons are removed from the tool bar list.

Help on ALV GRID display outputting format for 2 internal tables

Hi,
    I have requirement in ALV GRID where I need to display the data from 2 internal tables. The first internal table has the content of Delivery due list data and second the internal table has the corresponding stock transfer data of the Delivery Due list. I have a checbox on my selection screen, when unchecked it should output the 1st internal table data, i.e for Delivery due list. When it is checked then it should output 1st Internal table data + 2nd internal table data of stock transfer. For example, 1 document delivery due list data and 2nd line for that document should show the stock transfer data. You can also check the transaction code VL10E for that will show a delivery due list...and for stock tranfer,you need to check with Purchase order in in the USer Role tabstrip. Pls suggest.

Reg : ALV Grid Refresh - Output not appearing

Hi All ,
Am calling a screen 100 at 3 different places.
Though i use refresh_table_display , The value in the output table, say i_final changes, but while displaying the output , the whole screen is blank , even the container is not appearing in the output .
Can you please help me with your inputs .

Filter option is not working in Reuse alv grid

Filter option is not working in alv grid properly.
if i choose one particular field for filter option .it is working .but another field it is not working though it contains different values.please give the answer.whether i have to pass filter option throuogh reuse_alv _grid or not.thanks in advance

How to add excel download button to ALV grid toolbar?

Hi,
Im generating ALV output through the method "SET_TABLE_FOR_FIRST_DISPLAY".But in the output,I cant see a direct excel download button,just like how it used to come when we use FM "REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY". Here, the excel download option comes as part of a drop down on top.But is there any way that I can have a separate excel download button which will be more user friendly for the customer?

In REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLY FM after output
i have a collum check boxes. Now i used select all option then it select all records & check boxes in internaltable.
but i have when i filter some records then i apply select all in alv it not select perticular records when i filterd i
it select all records in internal table.
how to handle this one.
my requirement is.
when i filter records in alv FM then i am apply select all option, it select only those front displya records only selcted.
not all records in internal table.

Fields missing in ALV grid display output

Hello Friends,
I have done customer enhancement to VF04 tcode and i have added 2 new additional fields to the existing output.The program is working fine and its displaying the 2 new additional fields in the output display in development server.
But when i transported the program to Q server and i have observed that the 2 new additonal fields are not displayed in the output display but when I am selecting 'choose detail' push button on application tool bar it's showing the 2 new additional fields.In development server in the output 40 fields are displayed but in Q server only 9 fields are displayed.
Could you please help me regarding this.

ALV Grid table output field label length

Hi,
I have a requirement to display output label with 60 char length. But as per the class - cl_salv_column_table, it is of maximum 40 char it is accepting. Please help me in displaying morethen 40 in the output label.
Note: Method :- set_long_text, is taking maximum of 40 char.
For your reference:
DATA: fr_column TYPE REF TO cl_salv_column_table.
ldf_scrtext_l = text-t15.
fr_column ?= lr_columns->get_column( 'MAKTX' ).
fr_column->set_short_text( ldf_scrtext_s ).

Why is it that you need to use that class only, you can use any other class or user defined. if you must use this class, please describe in what scenario you are using this class, so we can see the other options for your requirement.
