XML file missing some schema after upgrade to 8.8
Hi Experts,
We have already upgraded from SBO 2005A to 8.8. We have Add-on developed ourselves to export sales order, purchase order to xml file from SBO. But the schema <Costingcode> is missing from the file. How to include this schema back to the 8.8 xml file?

I am not 100% clear on your question, but there have been changes between Business One 2005A an 8.8. I recommend that you look at the Compatibility Issues/Changes for 8.8 at this link ...

Also, I am not sure where you originally pulled the CostingCode from (I assume the document lines object?), but it is still available via the Document_Lines Object via the DI API, so you should still be able to access this.

it seems the same problem exists in the mac os environment.The solution I discovered to fix this problem was to create a smart playlist with all song of a kind containing MPEG. Then I went through album by album, and coverted ID3 tags using the value of NONE. This then enabled me to play the songs in iTunes 8.0 and in many cases restored the Album Art.

What's the best way to create XML file with a schema from a database table?
Hi,
I want to create an XML file from a database table (which has over 600 columns) using XML schema (.xsd file). I want to know the best way to do this.
The output XML file is NOT a direct data dump from the DB table, there�re some logic around it, such as the XML file has some hierarchy with repeating tags.
I have done this using JAXB by creating Java classes form XML schema, but I don�t want to map 600 DB columns to these Java classes manually, and loop through the record set to create repeating tags.
I know there are few tools around now like MapForce (Altova), how do people do these now?

Even though Apple iTunes has reached agreements with the Music and Film industries, they cannot offer Audiobooks over the Cloud.
So, when you buy an Audiobook, you must download it to your main machine and hold it there. If you upgrade your hardware (iPod, iPhone, or iPad) or IOS software, the audiobook on that device disappears and you will have to download it again from your main machine. This means wiring it up "old school" and not wifi.
As a consequence, it is advisable never to buy an audiobook from a portable device as it will not sync and will not be available for download elsewhere. I did this and I had to ask Apple to "push" a new file so that I could download it on my main machine.

File -> Export not working after upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3 in few systems. Can you please let me know what could be the issue.
If export record count more than 200 it is working fine in all the systems and if change the profile option "Export MIME type” value to ‘text/tab-separated-values’ from application/excel also it is wokring.

Can you open any file, i.e. jpeg, etc.? Have you installed the Apple legacy Java: Java for OS X 2014-001? I'm guessing you have because you wouldn't be able to open PS at all without it. But have to ask.

I want to load this file into a table, validate it (against SpecificAttributes.3.0.xsd, genericNrm.xsd and configData.xsd) and query that table. How would the INSERT .. and the SELECT ... for userLabel attribute look like?

If set to true, the Oracle BPEL Process Manager applies schema validation for incoming and outgoing XML documents. This property is applicable to both durable and transient processes. The default value is false.

XML file missing in numbers 08
I have recently had to perform an erase and reinstall of snow leopard. On trying to get everything that was working fine before I find that I am now unable to open my numbers documents, this in spite of the fact that I wrote them in numbers 08 and have not updated to numbers 09 since reinstalling snow leopard. What's going on, do I really have to spend £80 just to open existing files with a programme that I already own?

Then you write that you are now unable to open your numbers documents.
At last, you wrote that you have not updated to mumbers 09 since reinstalling snow leopard.
Must I understand that you used numbers 09 before reinstalling snow leopard ?
*If you did, the behaviour may be normal.*
When you opened a numbers '08 document with numbers '09,
*if you saved them* they where changed in Numbers '09 documents which can't be opened by numbrs 08.
The soluce would be to install the iwork '09 trial version,
open your documents with it then
Use 'Save As" which gives you the ability to save them as numbers '08 files.

Missing application icons after upgrade to 2.0
Missing application icons after upgrading to 2.0. Tetris, Clock and Voice recording icons are missing. Looks like the applications are still installed but they are not showing up with all the other icons.
There is absolutely nothing in the help about restoring icons.
Any ideas as to how I can get these missing icons to display again?

InfoObject is missing in report after upgrade
Hi,
My InfoObject Statistical ID is missing in Report after Upgrading from 3.5 to 7.0.
I did comparison of report before and after upgrade and found this issue.
the data content is the same but only this infoObject cannot be seen in the report
how do I correct this issue.

My Macbook is running on OS 10.5.8. However, I forgot my admin password. I would like to find out if I can use OS 10.6 CD to reset the admin password while upgrading OS? Also, will all my files be still present after upgrade??
1. Should be possible to do that; go to the Utilities menu and select 'reset password' before starting the installer. (while booted from the DVD of course)
2. Standard installation of SL only replaces system components; applications, user data and preference settings should not be affected.
3. But you do have a backup just in case, don't you? -

Now the problem is that i was able to generate the xml file from word, but when i am binding it with XMLSchema.xsd following error is coming.
