Xml web service and lov

Hello,
I've got a collection containing Web service result.
I can create a report based on this without any problem, but when i try to create a LOV, there is an error:
LOV query is invalid, a display and a return value are needed, the column names need to be different. If your query contains an in-line query, the first FROM clause in the SQL statement must not belong to the in-line query.
Here is the query:
select extractValue(value(t),'/*/nom') nom,
extractValue(value(t),'/*/spr') spr
from wwv_flow_collections c,
table(xmlsequence(extract(xmltype.createxml(c.clob001),'//listmed/medecin','xmlns:r=""'))) t
where c.collection_name = 'MEDECINS'
Anyone have an idea?

You can try
select nom, spr
from (
select extractValue(value(t),'/*/nom') nom,
extractValue(value(t),'/*/spr') spr
from wwv_flow_collections c,
table(xmlsequence(extract(xmltype.createxml(c.clob001),'//listmed/medecin','xmlns:r=""'))) t
where c.collection_name = 'MEDECINS'
)or
create a view for this select and use that in your LOV query,
