Xorg crashing with fatal error

Question

I'm not sure what the problem is but from what I can tell its probably due to Xinerama. I can't replicate this bug consistently, it seems to only appear after Xorg has been running for several days.
Running everything latest from repo.
Running on dual opteron, with 6gb ram, 64-bit arch, 2x7800GTX nvidia's, 4 screens attached, and i'm using the  libfakexinerama patch

Yup This is arch.
Did a pacman -syu today

Yes, i know its a dummy package. But it references the versions.

Its still happening. And its the same error as before.
