After the new update to Build Number : 15.3.A.0.26 My Zperia L is getting switched off and restarting automatically while using the google chrome for internet surfing.I tried software update using sony pc compain for more than 8 times. Tried out all the facilities provided by sony,but it didn't come to use.My phone was working properly before this update.now i cant even use it,i dont know when its going to restart,when its going to freeze.tried out all the possible helps from sony.please find a solution.And don't provide any lame updates like this.sony mobiles are getting worse after the software updates.Please provide a stable firmware.Hoping for a favourable reply.

If you do, please reinstall the phone software using Update Service:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/
You could also try to remove SIM and SD card from the phone and try the phone without to see if you experience any problems.

Also, if this only happens with one Wi-Fi network, power cycle that Wi-Fi router.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order.

I would highly appreciate it if someone could take a moment and help me regarding my iPhone4 issues. I had my iPhone resting on my desk unplugged for quite some time, and when I decided to make a call, the phone was really hot I could not hold it against my face, the phone turned off and the call was lost. I look at the screen and it was turning off and on automatically, it's been doing so for 3hrs and I don't know what to do. I've already tried to turn it off and it won't even turn off. I'm contemplating whether to go to an AT&T store for advice or call the apple store. It's Friday 08/23/2013 and this hasn't happened to me before, will someone please help? Thanks in advance.

Just to be perfectly clear, when you reset the iPad by hod,ing down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen, that is a way of resetting the system and restrating the device. If you want to shut down, you still have to hold down on the power button until the slider appears and then slide to the right to shut the iPad off.
IS this what you are doing and if so what happens when you try to shut down? Describe what happens in detail.

My Mac keeps turning off. It freezes, shuts down and restarts. It's happening quite frequently, everyday, and I'm really worried now. It happens at least a few times everyday but it hasn't been as frequent as it is now. I'm not sure what it could be. A virus? I have a version of MacKeeper. There may be other issues, but you should start by getting rid of "MacKeeper."
"MacKeeper" is a scam with only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
First, back up all data.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
If you have incompletely removed MacKeeper—for example, by dragging the application to the Trash and immediately emptying—then you'll have to reinstall it and start over.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the other functional components of the software will be deleted. Restart the computer and empty the Trash.
☞ Quit MacKeeper before dragging it to the Trash.
☞ Let MacKeeper delete its other components before you empty the Trash.
☞ Don't try to drag the MacKeeper Dock icon to the Trash.

Turn the computer off by holding down the power button, then get your original DVD that came with the Macbook insert it in the DVD drive as soon as you can and then hold down the "C" key while the computer restarts and then run disk utility on your hard drive, also repair your permissions.
