Xperia T2 Ultra Dual walkman gets paused

I am facing the problem of walkman getting paused automatically and start playing again, from past 5 months and everytime the service centre people return it to me with a software update. I am stressed out by taking my phone back after every 10 days to service centre. Is there any solution to it because the same memory card works well and all songs plays normally in other phones. Even other memory cards' song also get stuck. So it is definitely not a memory card related issue. Sony people don't have any answer to any customer query and problem.

By the information you have provided, it sounds like the songs are stored at your SD-card. Is that correct? Have you tried to store them at the internal memory to see if you experience the same behaviour? You could also try to boot the phone into safe mode and play some music to see if same thing occurs:

I am having issue with walkman when playing song.
Track being played stops(sound) however the track is still in playing status.this happens for 5-6 seconds and sound comes back again.Do we have any fix for this?.

Are you sure that you do not receive any kind of notification when this happens? When you receive a notification, the sound will be lower but the music will continue.

Flashmode or Fastboot mode is only for those that wish to root and install a custom Rom or firmware, if that's what you want to do then head over to XDA - Howwever have you tried a system repair as this usualy fixes issues after an upgrade.
Performing a system repair using PC Companion will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Hello, Just got myself a Sandisk 32 GB Xtreme MicroSDHC..running about a week from now on my Xperia T2 ulta Dual without hiccups I wonder if 64GB SDXC is supported by this phone?Has anyone outhere try it out?I mean plugging it in and the phone recognize it also capable of READ/WRITE...As per Sandisk Website 64 SDXC Xtreme is supported : Do we have to upgrade to Xtreme PLUS or XTREME Pro if we want to have 1080p HD Video READ/WRITE capability with this phone?Or maybe XTREME is enough? Xperia T2 ultra dual touch screen is not working

Hello I am using Xperia T2 ultra from 31st March 2014. From last two to three days the screen is starting behave adhoc. without even touching the screen it was taking commands. Today moring the screen is not at all acceptign any inputs. I have tried restart removing sim and memory cord both. Still its not working. Please advise me what to do? Regards, VSK

i also faced the same issue, the touch screen is not responding at all.....and whenever i open the camera the msg pops up "unknown error" or "Error: camera not available" phone restart itself, does anybody know how to fix all this errors???

Shattered Xperia Z Ultra back-glass

Dear Sony Support Team,It is of extreme discomfort that I write to you regarding the first ever serious complaint I have faced in the last 12 years of my connection with the Brand. I recently bought Sony Xperia Z Ultra with the IMEI number 357656050195500. It has hardly been a month since I procured it, and was enjoying the unmatched features and functions it offers. Until yesterday. I took the phone out of my pocket as it rang yesterday, the back of the phone hit my steel-strapped watch and shattered / cracked. That is not the end of it. Exactly where it hit the watch, I have also got a tiny spot on the beautiful display. Trust me, there was NO Fall whatsoever, no other hit whatsoever either. It just hit the corner of the watch, conservatively. I have been upset ever since, and I can tell you it is extremely disappointing, especially as Sony would not stop raving over how the glass is unbreakable / shatter-proof. I take the blame for the cell phone hitting the watch (the back of the phone), but such a mild hit would do this to the phone? I have 17 Sony phones today with my office staff, and am extremely happy till now. How can you help me with solving this issue, as well as retaining me as a customer, especially when I have bought the phone for 46,000/-, which isn't cheap by any means of imagination. I am not saying that just because it is expensive, you should help me. I am trying to present my case in the most truthful manner possible. In me, you have a Sony Mobile loyalist, and I hope you help me out with replacement of the back glass (and the display spot issue please). Looking forward to your reply.

Same problems. I leaned against my car with the phone in my pocket and it cracked though the bottom glass, and then later the top glass showed the same problem and ceased responding. As frustrating as this was the help-line was far worse. The people who answer seemed far better trained in redirecting complaints and avoiding the caller than they are in offering information. The answer I was given ad nauseum was "It is a $40 fee to mail the phone in and inspect it. This is an inspection fee and does not cover any repair cost". No one wanted to hear the problem and getting an idea of how much the repair would cost seemed forbidden. This seems like an unexpected and unrelated response on my part, but I was in the process of deciding what system to buy; Xbox One or PS4. The PS4 at the time was getting better reviews, however my live account was with Xbox 360. After trying in vain to get information on fixing my phone (a phone I loved) I bought a Xbox One. The way Sony's support staff treated me and avoided talking to me (nearly 2 hours on hold between 3 phone calls) I simply felt it was not a company that would be dependable in the future if I had any further problems. I had already thrown $400 dollars away on one of their products, I was unwilling to double down knowing how their staff would treat my future concerns.

Need help locating a wallet case for an Xperia T2 Ultra Smartphone that has a slot on the side for the mini-usb

I realize this board is for Xperia tablets, but I don't see a board for Xperia Smartphones. I do hope someone here can help. I have a Sony Xperia T2 Ultra smartphone. I love the phone, but I purchased a case for it not realizing that the case doesn't have a slot on the side for the mini-usb connector, which means that I have to charge the phone with the case open.
I called Sony accessories, and they don't seem to make a case with a slot on the side. They have a very nice case, but again, it doesn't have the correct opening for the charger and you have to charge the phone with the case open.
I have also searched several websites for such a case with no luck.
Does anyone here know where I can find a wallet-style case for the Sony Xperia T2 Ultra with a magnetic closure (or some way of securing the case closed) that will actually allow me to charge the phone while the case is closed? Please let me know.

I had the exact same problem
It turns out I was using a 20 foot USB cable between the printer and the Airport Extreme and the signal had become to weak to work. Try using nothing more than a 6 foot cable or try a new cable

Lumia 520 music player gets paused automatically!

I got this problem from today morning. Whenever I play any music file on my speakers it gets paused automatically after a few seconds of playing and when I play it again it gets paused again. strange indeed mate, shouldn't be the case. have you checked that you are up to date with the latest firmware for your device, and also that you are up to date with the latest Nokia system app updates from the Store? also try performing a soft reset, and check that your back cover has no damage etc.

How to prevent video playback from getting paused when switching to another tab on Firefox for Android?

In Firefox for Android 27.0, if you play video in one tab and while it's playing you switch to another tab, the video gets paused. I want the video to continue to play while I'm viewing another tab (so I can at least hear its sound!).
How can I do that?

Currently Firefox for Android does this by default with embedded players. Some sites go automatically to full screen too which may be what you are running into. Try it.

I understand that your printer is not printing picures as expected. I know you stated that you had tried troubleshooting steps above. Where you able to take a look at this document? Are you printing from a mobile device or computer?
