Xperia Z suddenly cannot find service provider

Had my Xperia Z since May, had a few problems with it but seemed to fixed it self after a while, and has been working perfectly for the past 4 months. Today when I woke up, it suddenly would not connect to my usual service provider, changed my sim card to a samsung, and it was working perfectly. Refusing to give up I put back my sim card and tried to go around the area where I usually get strong signal from my service provider, and I found out that I could still get on my service provider's network but with horrible signal.(ie. places where I usually get a full bar from my service provider, I now either get 1 bar, no bars or no signal at all!, everywhere else I dont get any signal at all) I have contacted my service provider (in my case GLOBE telecom, philippines) and they said there was no problem on their end. HELP! Edit: Have tried sim card of other service providers and same result... no signal Model number :c6603Android Version :4.2.2Build number: 10.3.1.A.2.67

In that case I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using SUS.

If you still can't get a similar signal compared with the other phone you should contact your local support team, to have the phone examined and fixed at an repair center.

    Found one article saying you can get this if previous version not fully removed, and to do a repair of the previous version, but as I said I uninstalled it and followed all steps for cleanup, so nothing to repair.

    Here is the ERRORLOG file from C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10_50.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\Log.  At the bottom I am seeing the error you said before was a SAN issue.  I had hoped that issue was only with
    SQL 2012, but it appears it is even with 2008?
    If that is still the issue, I'm trying to understand if by the articles, if the SAN conflict is an OS issue or an SQL issue?   In other words, is it because the OS is Server 2012?   Or would this still occur if I install SQL
    2008 on Server 2008 R2?    I don't know that they will be willing to upgrade the SAN, and I don't really want to fool with a .VHD (virtual disk) as a workaround speaks of.
    If you're asking if I did this from your article:  select startup account for Database Engine services as NT Authority\SYSTEM
    , I don't recall what I did this last time.  I was doing that the last few days, but I think I didn't switch it to that once, just to see if I would have success.  I don't know if that was this last time or not when I switched it.
    Is there anywhere I can check that after the fact?

  • "Cannot find any provider supporting RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding" in jdk5

    i use SSLSocket, HttpsURLConnection in program , run well in jdk1.4 but
    get wrong in jdk1.5.0_06, saying "Cannot find any provider supporting RSA/ECB/PKCS1Padding".
    i also try to use the "Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy Files 5.0", but still not work.
    anyone knows why?
    thanks.

    I need more info to tell you exactly. But here are some thngs that might not be working.
    1st let me say I am assuming you are trying RSA encryption?
    1) You have an external JCE provider which provides RSA support installed on your machine using the security properties file. An applet would use a different properties file if you are using either RAW applet or the plugin. You need to add the provider explictly. Aka Security.addProvider(new org.cryptix.jce.Criptix());
    2) The external provider's jar file is not being downloaded with your applet code. Note that the Sun Java plugin does not use the same jre/lib/ext directory as does the JDK.
    3) Some sort of security violation in the SecurityManager of the applet engine if you are not using the Sun Java Plugin.
    Those are just guesses. but it might help if you were to inform us as to what RSA function youa re trying to do. AKA Signature or Cipher.
    Signatures would be a bit more complicated as at least JDK 141 and above have the SunRsaSigner built in. Again if you are using RAW applets (netscape/IE engine) then that would be the problem. (aka no provider installed).

  • Weblogic Server cannot find Service accounts  in my MSAD via LDAP

    Hello,
    I've configured an LDAP security provider in my WebLogic server but it's only finding some of my users, not my "service account" users.
    The users are found in the following locations in the tree:
    OU=Users,OU=Accounts,DC=dev,DC=mtb,DC=com
    OU=Service,OU=Accounts,DC=dev,DC=mtb,DC=com
    So I configured the LDAP provider with the following settings:
    User Base DN: OU=Accounts,DC=dev,DC=mtb,DC=com
    All Users Filter: (blank)
    User from Name Filter: (&(cn=%u)(objectclass=user))
    User Search Scope: subtree
    User Name Attribute: cn
    User Object Class: user
    But it cannot find users in the "Service" node, only users in the "Users" node. Both users have CN=, and "user" as part of their objectClass string. Any idea what I might be missing?
    Thank you,
    -Ben

    Hi
    1. I hope you already created a datasource on Weblogic Side using weblogic admin console and create New Data Source. Create a data source preferably with this JNDI Name "jdbc/mydbDSDS". It can be anything, but standard is jdbc/whatevernameyouwant. Once data source is created, you give db details like host, port, sid, username/password. Then deploy to appropriate server(s) like using Targets screen. Once all done. Under your domain/config/jdbc, you should see a .xml file with some unique name that has all the datasource details. The jndi name tag should be like this: <jndi-name>jdbc/mydbDSDS</jndi-name>
    2. Now, edit your persistence.xml file to refer above jndi name. By default, I know, it adds that wierd name with jdbc/jdbc etc etc. But you can edit it always. Take a backup of your persistence.xml file and edit it to look like this.
      <persistence-unit name="mydbDS">
        <provider>org.eclipse.persistence.jpa.PersistenceProvider</provider>
        <jta-data-source>jdbc/mydbDSDS</jta-data-source>
        <properties>
          <property name="eclipselink.target-server" value="WebLogic_10"/>
          <property name="eclipselink.cache.shared.default" value="false"/>
        </properties>
      </persistence-unit>
    </persistence>Save it. Redeploy and see how that goes. The above file is simplified version. What it means is, just refer already deployed data source whose jndi name is "jdbc/mydbDSDS". If you really have some extra properties, you can retain them. Otherwise they are not required.
    Thanks

    This is also my first smartphone and up until now I have not had any problems.
    I took a 12 minute 4K video the other day which is showing in my album but when I come to transfer it to my PC using the Sony Companion software I cannot find it anywhere.
    I looked for it on the internal memeory and it only displays photos - no video.
    I then bought a 128 GB SD card and transferred everything onto that, went back on the pc software but again the video is not displayed in the DCIM files.
    I have done a search using windows on both internal memory and SD card and nothing comes up for the file name.
    I can view the video on the phone and the details say it is on the SD card and give a full filename and pathway but as I said nothing comes up on a search.
    Why would this be?
    The file is 4.5GB in size but I didn't think that would be relevant.
    Can anyone help?
    Thanks
    Giles

    are you on a PC or Mac?
    open the video (play it) >while the video play tap on the icon to minimize the video > it will show you the path

  • Server Admin suddenly cannot find the host it runs on

    I am running mac osx server, snow leopard. It ran fine until just recently. Suddenly Server App is unable to find the host it runs on.
    I enter the hosts IP address on the local network, log in with my administrator username and password, and the system comes back telling me
    Could not connect to <ip address>
    Server Admin was unable to connect to the server at <~ip address>
    Server Preferences tells me that this host cannot be found on the network too.
    Point is however that both these apps run on the host with that very IP address. It is set up in System Preferences > Network, and is hardcoded, not given by the DHCP server in the router. I can also connect to the web server running on this host using the laptop and an ipad.
    This is quite annoying, especially as Server Admin is the only app that lets you manage the host it runs.
    Mac mini, OS X Server, version os os x server is 10.6.8

  • ITunes suddenly cannot find any of my music (but I see it!!)

    So all of my music (the entire library, including the library and xml files) are sitting on an external USB 2.0 drive, in this location:
    e:/ITUNES/library
    the xml and itl file is sitting at e:/ITUNES/
    In advanced itunes preferences, my itunes library is set to stay organized, copy new music when opened in itunes, and the music folder is set to e:/ITUNES/library
    All of the sudden, itunes can't find any of my music. I've tried to restart, no luck. I took a look in the XML file, and it is pointing at the G:/ drive instead of E for some reason (I don't even have a G drive!). I did a replace all with programmer's notepad (G:/ to E:/), but no luck. And when I re-open the xml file the next time, it's all back to G again....
    any ideas??
    Thanks

    Your music will only be where you put it.
    It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy.  Have you failed to do this?
    If for some reason you have failed to back up, then you can redownload some itunes purchases in some countries:

  • Iphone3Gs cannot find Service in Europe but original and other iphones can?

    I don't know if I is just my iphone 3Gs but, I seem to unable to get service. I tried turning on and off my phone. My sister has the original iphone and my mother does not have an iphone but a cheap one. Their phones work in Europe. I tried comparing what is different about mine and my sister's. We are on the same plan. The only difference was hers was older and she been out of the country more and mine is recently new and it is the first time out of the country. We are both in Europe in the same place. Its very frustrating that their work and mine does not. Anyone can help me out?

    I had the same problem in Europe and Africa last July with the orig Iphone. I calle ATT before I left to get the International rate and had to call them again from Europe to re do it ...When They did I got service. It sometimes takes awhile. I think you need to let ATT know you are going to europe and want service there. Also ATT may not give you overseas service if you have not been with them for a year or more.

  • IPhone will not find my network.  Neither will my wife's.  Has worked for one year, but suddenly, cannot find network.  My Mac can find the network.  Why not?

    Both of our iPhones won't find the our wireless router.  The router is fine with other devices including our Mac and Kindle.  Tried reseting and got nowhere.  Any advice?

    Oh I see, thanks for the info guys.
    I find it incredibly weird that after just one night it went from connecting to not connecting at all. Now when I manually input my connection, It shows it and shows bars but when I select it, it doesn't connect and just has a little spinning wheel next to the network name.
    EDIT: It came back somehow when I tried browsing in safari and it asked for my password and wala! Weird but hope it doesnt happen again haha.

  • Outlook 2010 suddenly cannot find or is timing out with email servers and pop3 accounts.

    ISP says DNS is fine . No proxys enabled. Have reset routers already

    Hi,
    Please try to increase the server time-out setting to check if the issue will be resolved. To do this, please follow:
    1. Start Outlook.
    2. On the Files menu, click Info >
    Account Settings > Account Settings
    3. Click to select the target POP3 account, and then click Change.
    4. Click More Settings.
    5. Click the Advanced tab.
    6. Gradually increase the server time-out setting until the issue is resolved.
    If the problem persists, please try to create a new mail profile in Control Panel to check if it helps. Please refer to the KB article below which described a similar situation:

    Hope this helps.

  • TS3276 My mail will not let me send mail and I seem to have lost my "Send" button  I have to look under messages to find Send. I spent two hours with my service provider last evening trying to fix this issue and now today it does not work again, what did

    I suddenly cannot send mail, I get the message I am not connected to my provider  I seem to remember I had a send button of a paper airplane on my mail page and now I have to look under messages to find the send

    Please describe in detail what happened when you took all the applicable steps in the support article that led you here. That's the starting point for any further efforts to solve the problem.

  • I cannot receive email properly now. When I open mail, it says that is downloading about 1,700 emails. At the very end, it gives me my newest ones. But this takes a long time. I've contacted the Internet service provider and verified all the right setting

    I cannot receive email properly on either my IPad or my IPhone. I have had them for over a year and they have always worked fine. Until three days ago, when they both started acting up. On the IPad, when I open mail, it says it is downloading about 1,700 emails. At the very end, which takes quite a while to get to, I finally get the most recent ones. The IPad is sending emails just fine.
    On my IPhone, when I open mail, it says it is downloading 100 emails, but it doesn't do that. And it gives me no new emails at all. The IPhone is sending email just fine.
    I have already deleted the email accounts on both devices and reinstalled them. I've contacted the Internet service provider and verified all the right settings. The Outlook email on my desktop is working perfectly.

    WMV is a heavily-compressed format/CODEC, and the processing time will depend on several factors:
    Your CPU, which is not that powerful in your case
    Your I/O sub-system, which is likely a single HDD on your laptop
    The source footage. What is your source footage?
    Any Effects added to that footage. Do you have any Effects?
    Each of those will have an impact on the time required.
    The trial has only one main limitation - the watermark. Now, there are some components, that have to be activated, but are not with the trial, but they would be evident with Import of your source footage, if it's an issue.
    Good luck,
    Hunt
