Xperia Z2 camera & Samsung Note 2 camera !!!

After 1year i decide to upgrade my phone to powerfull camera phone, i cant decide to buy S5 or Z2, and at last i buy Xperia Z2.
Now after a week use of this phone yesterday i go to travel with my friend that have Samsung Note 2.
In travel my friend alwaaaaaaaays can use her phone and most of time he capture FULL HD camera without any fault, buy when i capture only some pictures my phone heat up and camera closed.
NOW SONY , IS THIS YOUR BEST CAMERA PHONE WITH LATET YOUR FLAG SHIP THAT I CANT CAMPARE MY PHONE WITH A OLD PHONE LIKE SAMSUNG NOTE 2 ??????
SONY Co please answer my question and solve my problem...

    I have a Samsung Note 3 that is only a few months old and the Camera continues to not function correctly.

    * Flash will randomly turn off and I will need to restart my device to get it working again.

  • Unfortunately xperia stock camera has stopped with Google Keep

    I didn't install the Google Camera because I don't want to use it. I just use the Xperia stock camera on my Z2 4.4.4 and it causes an error message appears Camera has stopped  when I press the camera icon on Google Keep. Is there any other solution than installing Google Camera?

    then the photo added to my camera folder and google photos auto backup, run the backup process. is there any other solution for this problem?

  • Samsung note 3 is not giving audible alerts for all my text messages since the 4.4.4 update.

    Samsung note 3 is not giving audible alerts for all my text messages since the 4.4.4 update.  I get an audible tone about 3/4 of the time.  Thinking a conversation is over I come back 45 minutes later to find another text I didn't know came in.  I've restarted my phone and checked my message settings.   Any ideas?  Factory reset is not an option!

    I'd try going back into the Text Message settings. In Sound setting, work the setting from None to an alert. Then in Vibrate put a check in the box then uncheck. Just to see if that will free it up, could be a possible corruption with the new software update?

  • Malware or virus on Samsung Note II?

    Anybody had a phone taken over by malware or a virus?  Are Samsung Note IIs a target of viruses or malware?  My phone came up with a screen message "don't turn off target" and was unresponsive.  It had been plugged in for hours and had not charged at all. When I found it it was inresponsive to any commands.  I unplugged the phone and removed the battery.  It then was responsive but said battery was critically low.  I turned it off and plugged it in multiple times and each time it turned itself on and quit charging and said battery was critically low. Anybody seen anything like this?

    Were you running antivirus software on your phone before this happen? What phone are you using? Have you installed any new apps or had any updates? Need more detailed information.

  • I have been trying to put music I bought on I tunes on my Samsung Note 2 phone but it won't play.I try to convert them to mp3 format so I can play them on my phone but it won't let me convert them because it says they are protected. Can anybody help me?

    First quit iTunes and look in your iTunes folder.
    On Windows, the iTunes folder is in your My Music folder.
    On Mac, the iTunes folder is in your Music folder.
    Follow this path:    iTunes > iTunes Media > Music >
    Here there should be all your music folders. Open the folders containing the music that is not playing. Right click "get info" (mac) or right click "properties" (windows).
    This window will tell you the file type. iTunes will play music in AAC, MP3, and Lossless, etc.
    If the files are .wma you will need to convert them into ACC or MP3 format for it to play on an iPod. In iTunes, highlight the tracks that you want to convert, then on the menu bar, Advanced > Create AAC/MP3 version and the tracks will convert. Delete the old files.
    If the file extenstion is anything like .exe .txt .rar  then you don't have an audio file.

    March, 9th, 2015 -- My Samsung Note 3 is on AT&T wireless, but I Have Xfinity wi-fi at home. Firefox browser worked yesterday & last night. Today when I search it comes up with a blank white screen after the orange bar runs across the top & never loads anything (words or pictures). When I open the tabs in the side bar, it shows the pictures for them, but still only loads a white page after clicking actual link. It will not sync the last few saved bookmarks with my computer. I made sure that I have the latest android version installed, but It still does this even after uninstalling & re-installing & restarting the phone. AT&T had an update a couple of days ago & I've already talked with their tech support with no resolution. I don't know if there is conflict with AT&T's update & current Android Firefox browser. Please Fix, thank you.

  • Printing on an HP LaserJet P1102w from a Samsung Note 10.1

    Hi,
    anyone who could tell if and how I can print from my Samsung Note 10.1 to my HP Laser Jet P1102w?
    I understand it must happen by connecting my printer wirelessly to my router, which I have not done yet. (I already use its USB connection to my laptop, and shall continue to do so.)
    Help is greatly appreciated!

    Hi,
    First connect the printer to your wireless network, it is essencial to print from a mobile device.
    First remove the existing device as following:
    On the Windows taskbar, click the Windows icon ( ), and then click Control Panel . The Windows Control Panel opens.
    In the Control Panel , click Devices and Printers .
    Find the icon for your HP product ( ), and then right-click it.
    Click Delete to remove the product.
    Disconnect the USB cable from the product and the computer.
    Once you are done launch the software installation CD again by selecting a wireless connection, it will ask you to temporarly connect the USB.
    Once the printer is connected to your network and the blue wireless light is turned On (solid), you may remove the added network device from the control panel as listed at the beginning of my post, then plug the USB and it will be added as a USB for that laptop.
    As soon as the printer was connected to your wireless router use the HP ePrint app to print from your Samsung Note:

  • Samsung Note 3 Lollipop Stuck at Searching For Service...

    I have terrible signal strength at work and often completely lose cell reception.  Ever since I've updated my Samsung Note 3 to 5.0, whenever I completely lose cell signal for hours and I go outside, my phone will not pick up the mobile network again.  It's stuck at the "Searching For Service" part.  I have to restart my phone and I'm immediately back on the mobile network.  On 4.4.3, it would pick back up in a few seconds once I step outside.

    Thanks for the additional info! I can definitely understand your concern. Being able to use your phone for work is definitely important.
    You mentioned the issue is only at work and the hard reset has not helped. If the issue were due to software you would experience the same issues everywhere. We are unable to guarantee service indoors because there are many factors out of control that can interfere with the signal. But I definitely want to further assist since you have been able to use your phone there before.
    I checked the coverage in that area and show good coverage. What's the signal strength on your phone when at work http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-88700/? We can try replacing your SIM card to see if you notice an improvement. You can get the sim card replaced at a VZW store for free or we can order and send one out to you.

    Phone does not ring on incoming calls
    Phone does not always hook up to bluetooth connection but t-mobile phone connection always work.
    Phone mic dosent work most of the time but t-mobile works everytime and Vonage works everytime.

    I have same issue.  Note 3 version 4.4.4
    Have downloaded lasted Skype Version 5.0.0.52727
    Phone will NOT ring with an incoming Skype Call.
    This seems to have happened since the last skype upgrade or two, but not sure what version it was when it was working last.  Probably 4.something....
    Have looked everywhere for some setting that might make it work, but no avail.
    BTW, my wife has the Samsung S5, and Skype calls do ring on her phone, so go figure.
    Very frustrating.  Whatever you (Skype) did in the last upgrade has reduced the usuability of Skype for me.  FIX IT, or let us know that you are working on it and pay attention to these forums, which I doubt...

  • Samsung Note 3 update

    I just completed Samsung Note 3 required software update and now the time showing on the top of my phone is incorrect.  The first number of the hour is not being shown. (example:  correct time is 11:33 but it shows 1:33.....another example: correct time was 10:35 but it showed 0:35).  Please fix!
